I have just secured by first booking through VR360 in less than 12 hours from when I listed it!!! Fantastic! Just what I was hoping for. There are so many websites to advertise on and I chose VR360 as I like the way it was easy for users to navigate and I like the whole design which is lively and interesting.
Lee came out to do the pics of my home and I was absolutely delighted with the results. You worry that pics won’t capture what you want to convey to future guests and I happily saw the Lee did the job very well. I found the whole experience of getting the pics taken, house being advertised then getting my first booking has been the icing on the cake!

We came across vr360homes when researching for a potential property to purchase in August 2015. The first thing that struck us about the site was the clean fresh feel but also the quality of the listings, the photographs and the videos. We purchased a new build property which we completed on in March 2016 that then took a further month to complete the decorating and furnishings. Having looked at numerous options of where to list our property in addition to the website we created, we remembered vr360homes and chose to proceed with them. Some of the reasons for this were the ability to link our website to our listing on vr360 and the cost which seemed a no-brainer although we did take advantage of the offer to promote our home further as one of the featured listing at a additional cost.
Having contacted Lee from VR360 to set up the listing we were particularly impressed with the speed of responses and the advice (especially as we are new to this). We went live with our listing on 8 May and received two enquiries that evening. Since then we have secured 4 bookings, which at the time of writing this is exactly a month to the date, which we are more than happy with and we have also received a lot more enquiries. We have continued to tweak our listing adding further information etc. which is very easy to do and again Lee has provided advice on this. I would highly recommend vr360homes not only from an ease of use and cost perspective, but also the friendly, helpful and speedy manner in which you get responses. Above all of this - it generates enquiries!

Peter and I bought our Orlando home in 2009, and as first time owners, worried that we would not be able to generate enough rentals of our villa through traditional modes of advertising. What we like about your site is the simplicity. We have total flexibility. Enquiries come in and we take it from there. The problem with other sites, they try to control everything. God forbid if a guest wants to change their dates or add an extra (pool heat or BBQ). With your’s that’s not a problem, as we’re dealing direct with the guest, without a poorly designed site trying to control everything you do!

Unless you are a very good photographer, it is worth getting VR360 to photograph your home as the quality is excellent.

If you want an effective, value for money site to advertise your villa and you want to keep control of the booking process then this is the best site there is, in my opinion. Our villa is on other sites too but if I had to choose only one site to advertise on – this would definitely be it.
We have owned our rental home in Florida for 9 years now and we have had our villa on vr360homes website for almost all of that time. They were recommended to us and we haven’t been disappointed. VR360 works hard to ensure that the site is always near the top when people make a Google search for a villa to rent in the Disney or Orlando area.
VR360 did our 360 Tour and that really helps to show what a villa offers as opposed to just static photos but the quality of the photos taken by VR360 that make up the 360 Tour are of such a high standard that I use them for all the static shots too. VR360 also has great ideas to help present your home in the best possible way when they are shooting the 360 Tour.
VR360 is very professional; efficient; responds to emails quickly; there photography is excellent and they are always coming up with ideas to keep the site high on the Google listings… I highly recommend this site.
