Overview
Welcome to Highgate Sunshine Villa located on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park.
Highgate sunshine villa is a single storey south facing 3 bedroom villa (which sleeps 8) on the gated Highgate Park Estate. The villa is open plan and features a kitchen, living room, dining room/2nd lounge, 3 bedrooms 1 ensuite and a further guest bathroom and a games room. The villa includes pool and pool furniture.

Facilities
Please remember this estate is also home to permanent residents and as such there is a quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
This is a no smoking property. No smoking of any substances anywhere on the property, otherwise renters will be subjected to an enhanced cleaning fee.
Living
The bright and airy Family Room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, loveseat, and an armchair, and features modern décor. In addition to the ample seating, a large flat-screen TV with full cable programming invites you to kick back and watch a movie with the family, or cheer on your team on game day. Glass sliding doors open directly onto the pool deck.
Kitchen
The kitchen in this villa is well-equipped. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, range, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a toaster, blender, kettle and every small utensil imaginable. Dishes, cookware, server ware, cutlery and more has been provided.
Dining
Adjacent to both the Family Room and Kitchen, you have a casual dining table and chairs to accommodate 6 guests. There is also a formal dining area within the formal lounge area. Additionally, there is a small breakfast bar which provides bar-top seating for 2 guests.
Bedrooms
The sleeping arrangements for this villa consist of a King bedroom with en-suite bathroom; a Queen bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom. Each bedroom is outfitted with plush bedding, a TV with cable programming.

2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite and 1 shared between the queen bedroom and twin bedroom.

Foosball and pool table.
Outside
Head outdoors to the fully enclosed pool deck which features a pool, a dining table with four chairs and sun loungers and BBQ to truly enjoy the Florida lifestyle.

Location
Highgate Legacy Park Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Orlando just off HWY27. All our vacation rentals on the prestigious Highgate Park gated community have their own private pools. Disney World, Orlando and all the main attractions are on the doorstep 10 - 15 minutes drive away so your family or group can have the time of your lives here. Highgate Park is one of six subdivisions on the Davenport development of Legacy Park. It is a pretty setting amongst landscaped gardens and an abundance of pine trees and orange groves. This Orlando community has guest facilities which include a tennis court and children's play area. The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restuarants. Local favourites would be Sunday's Fish and Chip shop, Applebee's Bar and Grill there is also MIA Pizza and and Indian restaurant called Dhaba.
If it's a bar you are looking for then the Paddy Wagon formally known as Linksters is the place to be. The Paddy Wagon has a long bar area with flat screen TV's showing all the sporting action including English Premiership Football. They have Ladies nights on Tuesday where you get an extra 20% off your drinks until close, pub quizzes and they run a Paddy Wagon golf league on Thursdays in the summer at the nearby Highlands Reserve golf club.
As well as the inside bar area there is outside seating so you can sit and enjoy the warm Florida nights with your friends over a few cold beverages what more could you ask for and did I also say the bar is great value with Bud Select around $2.50!!

Fantastic property for Theme Park visitors ??
We are back from a fantastic 2 week vacation staying in the Highgate Sunshine Villa. This property was in a fabulous location, with perfect amenities for our family of 6. The hosts were informative and helpful with all my queries and questions prior to arrival, with a brilliant document supplied ahead of our visit. My two daughters loved the themed kids room and adored the heated pool - we would highly recommend paying extra for this in the cooler months. The property was well maintained and cleaned thoroughly prior to our visit, and had everything we needed and more. We cannot wait to visit again ??

Wonderful Christmas and New Year!
We stayed for just over two weeks over Christmas and New Year and had a great time.
The villa is spacious without being overbearing, easily accommodating our family of four. The primary suite has a king bed and en-suite, with the double and twin rooms sharing a bathroom which was perfect for our children.
The additional sitting / dining area was also great, allowing our 13 year old to setup camp and spend time online with this friends while we enjoyed the main lounge area for a little bit of deserved downtime!
The pool area is lovely, South facing meaning even in the winter months we got plenty of sunshine around the pool deck.
Having stayed in lots of villas in and around Orlando, we were very happy with the security of the gated estate also.
The location is very good for Disney - less than 30 mins - and has both a Publix and Walmart supermarket within about 5 mins drive.
There are plenty of restaurants within maybe 5-10 minutes drive on Highway 27, and the 192 and International drive with all their restaurants are only around a 10 and 20 drive away respectively.
Though we didn’t have any problems at all, we did reach out to Melanie on a few occasions to ask a couple of questions - though the welcome pack was very helpful - and she was extremely responsive and helpful.
If you’re looking for an immaculate villa where you can feels, but also be less than 30 minutes from Disney, this is a wonderful choice.

Christmas break
Just had a fantastic two weeks at this villa. Well presented, with everything that you need, a home from home. Great entertainment/family area with ample space for dining and fantastic large TV with great choice of viewing. Pool south facing and is private with a shaded lanai sitting area.
Villa is within a gated community in a great location for easy access to all the parks and attractions, shopping and dining options nearby too.
Great support from the management company on the one occasion we needed it. Appreciate the kind response taken by the owners on our return.
To sum up, we would recommend this villa and will certainly look to stay here again in the future.

Awesome Highgate Sunshine Villa
Just returned from a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning to this villa again. The owners are a pleasure to deal with, sharing important information and responding very quickly to emails. The villa is situated in a quiet residential gated community and is close to shops and restaurants. The interior is very modern and tastefully decorated and the exterior is furnished well and very private. Overall, one of the nicest villas we have stayed at during the past 30+ years. Would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

Highgate Sunshine Villa
Fantastic Villa located in quiet gated community. Villa was spacious and clean with lovely private pool area.
Shops/supermarkets/restaurants are all just a short drive from the villa.
The owner is very quick to respond to any queries.
Would not hesitate to stay here again but sadly the villa is booked out for our dates next year ??.

Fabulous villa
We stayed in July for a 3 week holiday and the villa is beautiful, exactly as pictured. Melanie was brilliant, giving us all the information we needed well before we arrived. Very spacious property, with more than we expected, games room, lovely pool and perfect location.

Fantastic Villa
Modern villa which is beautifully furnished and well situated within the gated Highgate park community.
The villa was clean and well maintained throughout. Super pool area. Lovely touch of providing a small welcome pack of dishwasher tablets, sponge, bin bags and washing liquid to use when you first arrive.
I can highly recommend a holiday here and would love to return.

Great Villa for family holiday
We stayed here for 2 weeks in late May/June 2024 with a family of 2 adults and 2 older teens. The villa.was more than big enough to accommodate us all. The villa is superbly furnished, the pool is a decent size, the beds are comfortable and the location is superb. 20 mins to Disney parks, 40 mins to universal/international drive, 1.5 hours to clearwater/tampa and a host of restaurants 5-10 mins away on either the 192 or in Haines City. Would defo stay here again without hesitation and would highly recommend for adults or families of any age.

our 3 week stay
This was our first time staying in Davenport, we have been to Orlando several times normally staying in the Kissimmee area close to the 192. the villa we stayed in was fantastic, had everything we needed the king size bed in the master suite was very comfortable and got a great night sleep from the very first night. The rest of the villa was also very well presented and the games room in the garage made for some good nights in .Melanie and Roger where always on hand for any query i had with quick response. The estate we stayed on was very clean and tidy and safe with it being gated. Overall would happily recommend this villa to any family and friends.
