Updated March 2026, we recently took a quick drive around Highlands Reserve to show you how it looks now, unfortunately there had bee na very cold snap so all the grass and trees were looking a bid brown and crispy. Regardless of this Highlands Reserve is still one of most requested Orlando villa rental communities and guests come back year after year to stay here.
We have also personally stayed on Highlands Reserve a number of times and found it to a great location from which to explore the theme parks and also you have lots of restaurants around the corner, some within walking distance.
We have over 65 Florida vacation villas on Highlands Reserve and it's a great place to stay as Disney World is only 15 minutes away.
Berry Town Center is located next to Highlands Reserve and has a number of shops and restaurants as well as a Publix Supermarket and a petrol / gas station. There is also a Walgreens pharmacy across the road so you have everything you need right on your door step. The Highlands Reserve golf course is open to the public and also has a driving range if you feel the need to get some practise in.
