We are pretty low maintenance people and we’re here to only soak up the sun! The pool area was perfect and the house was very clean. Only ding was the Highway noise which you could hear at night as well. We enjoyed our stay!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The house looked just like the pictures. It was about half an hour drive to attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, and Discovery Cove. My kids loved the pool in the back. Catherine was nice enough to leave out 3 swimming noodles for our 3 children. We would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Having teenagers we had to make sure we had the space for them to do their thing as well us being able to enjoy a fantastic family holiday! The house fitted our needs exactly - the chaos of the parks matched with a peaceful and relaxed ambience at home - who could ask for anything more? Disney is on your doorstep with Universal and SeaWorld straight down the I4 - which can be busy so get your head around alternative routes. Supermarkets and restaraunts not too far - no distance in the US! Thank you again for great time! Lovely home we will rmember summer 2019 for sometime!

I will recomend this Villa 100%. This is thruthly a home away from home. The rooms are very good size and there are three full bathrooms all of them with showers , which is a huge plus when you have your kiddos going in and out of the pool at all times of the day. Very cozy and kid Friendly will defenetly come back again .!

recommend this home to anyone coming near the area. I am very particular about where I stay on vacations and typically always feel tense when being away from home. This home was truly a home away from home. The attention to detail was impressive. As soon as we walked in it was so welcoming and warming. There were games, books to read, pool supplies etc. I won't give it all away. All I can say is I was grateful for Catherine allowing us to stay in her beautiful home. The neighborhood was quiet. We wanted the Disney experience minus the Disney chaos so it was nice to be able to go to Disney World, enjoy and then come back to relax in this cozy home. The neighborhood is gated which is an added bonus of security. We will definitely be back if she allows. By the way, Catherine is an absolute sweetheart and a pleasure to communicate with. Our family stayed straight after New Year, and enjoyed every moment. We were searching for a home which would fit everyone under one roof, and this home was perfect. It was spacious, and the layout was nice for a large family like ours. We felt very much at home in the villa. It was clean and well-equipped. It was in a quiet neighborhood, even on a busy weekend, and we felt very safe. It was just a short drive to all the parks, which was very convenient. We highly recommend if you are visiting Disney. Thanks for accommodating us in short notice. It was great to have plenty of space rather than being cramped in a hotel room. I loved waking each morning to the sun rising through the patio doors. The villa is just a few minutes from the I-4 which was great for travelling either towards Orlando or Tampa.

We stayed here with our family with teenagers and young children and it was perfect. The home had everything we needed, even a high chair, stroller and playpen. Everything was immaculate. We have stayed at Catherine's Villa a couple of times before when visiting the Orlando area, as usual we don't want to be confined to the Disney Parks environment, and enjoy days out at the beach etc . This time we spent less time at Disney, Universal than usual, so renting a villa instead of staying at various park hotels gave us the flexibility we need. The location of the villa is great, not too far from anything and in a quiet neighborhood with a Publix store just up at Lake Wilson Road. It was immaculately clean and very inviting as usual. From the towels folded on the bed, you can tell that attention to detail are important to the property owners. Thanks again Catherine we will definitely be back.

When visiting the Orlando area, we didn't want to be confined to the Disney Parks or have to plan every single day out in advance. We thought the best option would be to stay at a local location, then visit the attractions on the days we felt like it most. We spent time at Disney, Universal, and even at Sarasota (Siesta Keys) beach. Renting a villa instead of staying at various parks let us pick the days we visited (it helped when it rained most). The location of the villa was great, not too far from anything and in a quiet neighborhood with a Publix store just up at Lake Wilson Road It was immaculately clean and very inviting. From the towels folded on the bed, you can tell that attention to detail are important to the property owners. We also loved the private pool area and next time in Florida, we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for 8 nights whilst visiting Orlando to do the theme Parks. It is a half hour drive from Universal Parks and twenty minutes from Disney and it is so lovely to drive away from all the hustle and bustle after a long day in the parks into the quiet area of Davenport. The Villa is beautifully furnished and brilliantly maintained. Private pool is fabulous. We paid to have it heated as it was May and it was a gorgeous warm temperature but that wouldn't be necessary to be honest. The bedrooms are very large and luxuriously furnished with plenty of bathrooms. We are a family of 5 with three adult children so separate bedrooms are a must. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Catherine is very prompt at replying to emails etc and refunds your bond very quickly too. This is our third visit to Orlando and Villa Devine is the best property we have stayed in. Fully equipped kitchen and easy to use appliances plus fabulous washing machine and Dryer in huge double garage. Loved it Thank you Catherine we will definitely be back.

My wife and I booked this property for a special family holiday. We have four daughters - 17, 14, 12, and 8 - and they were incredibly excited. The house is superb. Very spacious, well laid out, and an excellent standard of decor and cleanliness. It had everything that we needed and more. The children loved having their own private pool - quite compact but perfectly sufficient for them to splash around in. We paid a little extra to have it heated while we were there over Easter. Particularly handy for Disney (about 20 mins drive). Universal a touch further away (30 mins when traffic was kind). The Publix supermarket was only 5-10 minutes away, and stocked everything that we needed. We have a few food intolerances in the family - gluten and dairy mainly - and Publix stocks a good range of food that caters for those. Finally, the owner, Catherine, was incredibly helpful and replied very swiftly to any queries that I had. We had a great couple of weeks staying here, and, should we ever be in a position to visit Orlando again, we would certainly be booking it again

My friends and I stayed here for about a few days (Mon- Sat) when we were vacationing in Orlando. There were 6 of us total including myself. The description of the villa and pictures displayed were exactly what we arrived to. The villa was very clean and well maintained. There was a note upon arrival on the kitchen counter regarding issues with the dish washer, but we were advised that maintenance was already on it. There was plenty of space for us, as the description does say that this property can accommodate 8. We didn't even use the second living area. We went to Disney World, which is about 20-25 mins away Tuesday-Friday so we were gone for most of the day and came back to the villa in the evening before dinner. There's a Publix grocery store about 10 minutes away. We passed by this on our way to and from Disney so we were able to pick up things to make dinner. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The house came fully stocked on household items. The pool area was great. We swam every night when we returned from Disney. There were plenty of chairs for all of us. The water was not cold and we didn't request pool heating since we stayed during September. The only complaint I do have is that the supplies were not replenished. We were only given the initial amount upon arrival ( 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 2 dishwasher soap tablets). Because of this, we had to purchase our own pack of TP and dish soap. This was not a big issue though. I would definitely stay at this villa again if I'm vacationing in the Orlando area. I would highly recommend this place. This villa was perfect for our stay and I'm glad that we chose to stay here. The owner and property manager were always reachable if needed

My wife and our four young children (ages 3 to 9) stayed at Catherine's Villa in the Aviana gated community for 8 days. It was exactly as pictured on the web and we thoroughly enjoyed the house. The house was clean, ready upon our arrival and had all of the necessities that we needed on hand like towels, bedding, small fold up strollers for the kids, pool toys...etc. We spent four days at nearby theme parks and two days at the beach. This home was a perfect spot for us to get ready for our day and also to unwind after a long day of walking through the theme parks. The house is just off Hwy 17 (between Kissimmee and Davenport) and close to I4 which made getting around very easy; it was in-between many of the theme parks that we wanted to go to. Within 5 min from the house (by car) there were grocery stores, fitness clubs, coffee and more. We really enjoyed the location of this resort because it's on it's own a only a few minutes away from the hustle of the Orlando area. Still close enough to do what ever we wanted but also quiet enough to have some time to relax. We also enjoyed the club house with the heated pool and hot tub, volley ball courts, fitness room and children's play equipment. Access to the house and the gated community were very easy, upon arrival we went in, got our code and parking pass, and proceeded to the house. During the course of our stay and after driving around the area and noticing several of the other rental locations we had considered, we were happy with the location that we had chosen. Some of the others were large apartment type condo communities or others were in Kissimmee which had heavy traffic every time we went through. At the end of our stay, we did a light clean, packed up and left. Within a few days, we received our full damage deposit back. The property manager on site was attentive, we called Annick a couple times to check in and ask questions and she was prompt in answering the phone and helpful each time. The only slight critiques that we had were that the house was bigger than what we found we needed (didn't use one of the bedrooms or the 2nd family room) and that the digital cable in the bedrooms had limited channels. Overall, we really enjoyed out stay, highly recommend this rental home, and would certainly consider staying here again should we decide to take another vacation in the Orlando area.

We arrived on Monday 6th of April after a shocking flight. Lost buggy and missed transfer from Atlanta. My advise to anyone is DO NOT travel through Atlanta, get a direct flight. The villa was amazing. Had everything we needed and wanted. We were in the pool in the morning everyday as the sun hits it first thing. Disney is around 20mins drive and universal a bit further, not too far though. Publix is around 3km away, 5 - 10 mins drive. Our hole family loved their stay at the Devine villa and will more than likely be booking up again next year

This was our second visit and we arrived to find the home in perfect condition as on our last visit. Both the indoor and outdoor space were immaculate. The house was exactly as described in the listing and if anything exceeded our expectations again Our family found the location to be convenient when accessing all the major Orlando attractions, including theme parks and shopping. Catherine provided excellent customer service and not only would we recommend this home to family and friends we would love to return to rent their home again for a third time in the future. The villa is beautiful but we missed chairs at the tables. We couldn't eat at the same time. The pans were all round in the bottom. The knives were good and there were enough of plates and glasses etc. The beds were comfortable. The villa is a bit off. The gym at the clubhouse is small.

The villa was amazing, even more beautiful than it appears in pictures. We stayed 2 weeks in June and my family absolutely loved it. Our two boys 8 and 11 enjoyed having their own rooms & bathrooms and lots of space to play. Rooms were spacey, clean and nicely decorated. The Pool was the best thing ever, boys went there 2-3 times a day, parents too :) Everything was smooth, friendly and prompt with Catherine. What a lovely villa this is absolutely superb and in a great location close to all of the theme parks, shopping, restaurants and golf! It was immaculate furnished to a very high standard and there was lots of space and room for everybody. Best of all we loved the pool and deck. The dining area was so nice that on several occasions we cooked and ate in and as food is much cheaper than in the UK we really spoilt ourselves. There are lots of restaurants close by we were spoilt for choice but really liked Mannys Chophouse on the 192. Catherine was very helpful and provided us with lots of tips about the local area. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, spacious and comfortable villa which is just south of Orlando; it really was "a home away from home". The heated pool was a real plus - it was such a nice way to relax and unwind after a busy day. It is an ideal situation for a family's Disney vacation as it is an easy drive to all of the Disney attractions. And for golfers in the family, there is a golf course just minutes away from the house. Catherine's professional and caring approach to managing the rental process was very much appreciated as this was a first time experience with the VRBO organization; she followed up promptly with any communication and made sure that we had what we needed for our stay. Can't recommend this rental highly enough!

My family of 5 stayed at this villa for a week. From the moment we entered the villa we were immediately comforted (one never knows for sure what they will get from booking online). The place was spacious, clean and well decorated. It had plenty of towels, utensils/dishes/pots, flat screen tvs, etc. The pool at the villa was amazing for "after park" swims to loosen up tired muscles. It was the perfect place to come "home" to after a day at the parks. The neighborhood was not fully finished but was very quiet and well taken care of. We used the Clubhouse pool once and it was very clean and enjoyable as well. The only negative I can say is that the neighborhood is about 10 minutes from interstate 4 (Disney is off of 4). We wished it was a "hair" closer to interstate 4 but it would not prevent us from booking this villa again. Catherine (owner) was not only a pleasure to deal with but must be the MOST organized person I have dealt with in a long time. She responded immediately to all my questions. She included detailed instructions on how to provide payments (even helped me when I accidentally chose a wrong Paypal option). She provided detailed and concise operating instructions for the villas entry, alarm, etc. upon arrival & departure. It was a wonderful & refreshing experience dealing with her. I highly recommend this villa.

This was our first trip to Florida. The holiday was wonderful for all sorts of reasons including the villa. Very lovely in its feel, it is in a peaceful spot, is spacious and has a great pool. It was so good to return to the villa each evening after our theme park experiences. Our comment to our friends and family when we returned to the UK was that it felt like a place you could happily live in. The villa could easily accommodate two families and not feel overcrowded. It also gives very easy access to the theme parks to the east (15mins) and is only an hour from Tampa

We were very pleased with our stay in this immaculate and spacious home. The kids loved the pool and having their own bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms were also a hit as everyone had their own space in which to spread out. So much nicer than a cramped double room on the Disney complex. Everything was spotless and all of our needs were met, including a car booster seat for our 6 year old (we forgot ours). Would highly recommend this home if you don't mind a 15 minute drive to and from the parks. It is located in an area that feels safe, and the home owner was extremely professional and attentive to our requests. The only caveat is that there seemed to be little amenities in the immediate area (supermarket, pharmacies, etc.), but we just stopped to pick things up on the way to and from the park. Would certainly rent here again!

The Villa provided all our needs required to make our family feel comfortable relexad and entertained with it's private pool, cable TV and WIFI. The decor is very elegant and modern. Where do I begin... The villa was magnificent and just as shown is how you will find this lovely villa upon your arrival. When my family and I first arrived, we toured the house and sat out by the pool before we unloaded our luggage. We were just so amazed at how warm we felt when we walked through the door. This property is very well maintained and is located in a nice community minutes from stores and atractions. Ms. Catherine was the best, she contacted me almost immediately once I inquired about the property via email. She even took the time to give me a call just to find out if I had any additonal questions before my stay. I was provided with all the information I needed before my arrival to check in. This is a great place to stay and is recommended for all families or friends. The villa is approximately 15 mins from the Disney attrations in which we enjoyed. My family and I stayed at the “Devine Villa” in Aviana for 1 week in January 2011 in all there were 2 couples and 3 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was newly furnished to high standard and the pool and patio were terrific. The house looks just like it does in the pictures. I was really nervous about booking the house since the whole both family's vacation was depending on the ease and comfort of the house but it was terrific better than I hoped. The neighborhood is new and clean and quiet. It was about 15 minutes from Disney, very close to a Publix grocery store, CVS, and Chillis at Champions Gate. We spent a couple of days at Disney, lounged by the pool, went shopping and the guys played golf. (Lots of golf). This beats staying at a hotel every time and I would definitely do this again without any hesitation. Everyone had a great time! Catherine was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She answered every question quickly and efficiently. I have recommended this to many of my friends and am forwarding them this information. I doubt that you can find a better house for the value. We have just come back from a 2 week trip to Orlando our 4th visit and only 2nd stay in a villa. We chose this villa because it was situated on the same estate that we stayed in on our last holiday. This however was a truly better decorated villa than our last one. It has everything you need and you truly won't want to come home!! The villa owner is very helpful with any questions you may have from the moment you book her villa. The management company are very helpful and check on the pool cleaning etc throughout your stay. The owner has a visitors book which guests can write in and we picked up suggestions of a few new places to eat which we hadn't tried before. We will be going back again hope fully in 2012 and will be booking this villa again!!

We booked this at the last minute and the owner was a real pleasure to deal with, this was my third time renting a villa in Florida, and this has been the best so far. It was very clean, with new furniture and was well-maintained. The location is great as it was not to far from all that we needed (adventure parks, restaurants and shops) yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located in a very quiet and secure residential area. The pool is a real asset and is kept very clean. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the very best. I have already enquired about renting in 2011.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in July 2010 at this villa tremendously! It was everything the owners said it would be & more! The villa was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and newly furnished. It was more than adequate for our family of eight. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. I'm always worried about renting a property because you never know if the property will live up to the pictures but this villa was just stunning, if not more, than the pictures showed. We always looked forward to coming "home" at the end of each day and spent all our time around the pool as it was so hot in Florida . The neighborhood was quiet & secure and we were within walking distance to the clubhouse with it's larger pool and gym which my nephew used daily. We were close (15 minutes) to Disneyworld and all necessary ameneties, including Shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. We look forward to coming back to Florida and this villa. We will be recommending this property to friends and relative
