Bridgewater Crossing 5 Bedroom 3 Bath Florida Villa

We stayed in this villa for a two week family holiday, with our grown up children. It was so lovely arriving at the villa and realising we had chosen so well. Lovely decor, spotlessly clean with an amazing outlook over a lake. We had great days out at the parks, went to the beach, did shopping but what we enjoyed the most was our time relaxing around the lovely pool. It is so private and quiet. We loved making lunch and just watching the wildlife around the lake. The Champions Gate location really suits us, not far from the I4 with lots of restaurants, supermarket, Mc Donald’s, Starbucks etc near by. We will definitely be getting in touch with Hazel to book our next holiday, we literally would go back tomorrow!!

We have been staying in villas annually for many years and this is by far our favourite. Location is perfect, close to supermarkets, restaurants and not too far from the parks. The pool/lanai area is unbeatable, sun all day and plenty of space. Need to mention the management company, nothing is ever too much trouble and they're at the end of the phone every day. Owner (Hazel) is very responsive with replies and is happy to help with any concerns. We will continue to rent with Hazel (when available) when we return to our favourite place.

We have stayed in several villas over the years including a couple on Bridgewater Crossing. The location is about 20 minutes drive away from Disney so is a great distance to access the parks easily but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful start and end to the day. There are a good selection of restaurants, take aways and supermarket at Champions Gate which is about 10 minutes drive. We have just returned from 2 weeks at Hazels villa . The villa was lovely and the outlook from the pool area is the best we have ever stayed in , looking over a lake with lots of wildlife and not overlooked by any other villas. The owner is extremely helpful and the management company who look after the house and pool were great. We would highly recommend this villa and intend to return in 2026 ??

This Bridgewater home is in an ideal setting with easy travel to all that Florida has to offer. The owners (Hazel and Alan) are a pleasure to deal with, they are quick with all communications prior, during and after your stay. They have a great team to support you during your stay should you need it. The home is great.... spacious, clean and the pool! Lovely views from the pool area, we spent hours watching the birds (cranes etc), turtles and the odd alligator (a safe distance away). We really enjoyed our two weeks vacation in November and would highly recommend it to others.

Weve been coming to Florida and renting villas for over 30 years and this was one of the best. We stayed here for 9 nights in October and our stay was excellent. Communication before, during and after was super quick and we were given everything we needed and kept fully informed. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Linen and towels were high quality. The view from the pool area was lovely and we throughly enjoyed watching the wildlife in/around the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Just spent three magical weeks in Hazel & Alan villa. We have stayed in Bridgewater Crossing before so we know the area very well. It is an excellent location which is so peaceful and only 15 minutes drive to disney with plenty of shops and restaurants close by.. Booking with Hazel was so easy, she replied every time quickly to any questions that we asked. The villa itself was exceptional with everything you need in it to make your stay enjoyable. The views from the pool where gorgeous over looking the lake, plenty of wildlife on view. We have been to Florida quite a few times and we would not hesitate in staying in Hazel & Alan villa again. We stayed here at very short notice in June '22, following our requirement to move from another villa due to building works ruining our stay. We enquired on the Saturday and were moved in by Monday, thanks to the excellent communication of the owners. We have stayed in Alan & Hazel's other villa on Bridgewater Crossing previously, so we knew we could expect a beautiful, clean, well appointed home and we were not disappointed upon arrival. The pool deck and view from it are fantastic. We were greeted by the local alligator and every day we spotted new wildlife. From turtles popping up to sunbathe on the banks, through to the local family of sand cranes that visited us each morning and evening, so much to see whilst lazing in the pool. It's such a peaceful location too, whilst remaining close enough to all the action. This is a beautifully kept villa with all the facilities you could possibly need. We would highly recommend this to any Florida goers and I'm already trying to make my next trip to Florida fit in with Alan & Hazel's availability calendar so we can stay here again.

This was the first time we stayed in Hazels villa, and we had an excellent experience. The villa is very spacious and has all you need for a home away from home. The outlook was beautiful and very peaceful and relaxing by the pool was perfect. The location near Championsgate is perfect for exploring the parks and surrounding areas although if you dont want to go to i-drive or the parks then there is plenty of lovely eating places close by to enjoy. We have been to this area a few times and every time we go there is more and more restaurants, the new Longhorn Steakhouse is fab, and Millers is still our favourite. Hazel was a brilliant host, keeping in touch and providing some hints and tips for local amenities. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

Wet can't say enough good things about this 5 bedroom rental in Bridgewater Crossing in Davenport Florida. The best feature of all is the pool area which faces due south and provides sun all day, or shade under the deck roof area if preferred. You can enjoy 4 comfortable loungers and a table for six for outdoor dining and it is very quiet all day long. In addition to the lovely pool there is an amazing small lake directly behind the property which is like a wildlife sanctuary and home to many species. The 5 bedroom house has all the right features with a comfortable suite with king size bed, two other double bedrooms and two children's rooms, and three bathrooms in total. The living area has high ceilings and a comfortable lounge area for relaxation indoors. The kitchen area has all the right amenities and also leads out to a large garage. Lastly, the management company who oversees the property management is very competent and very responsive to any issues that may arise. My wife and I have spent two lengthy vacations there and would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

We loved our stay in the villa. All the rooms are clean and spacious and there is a good supply of towels and everything else you need. The pool is great and very private. The villa is in a fantastic location just a few minutes from Champions Gate. We found Hazel very helpful and would recommend this villa to anyone.

The Villa was spacious comfortable and very clean with all the home comforts you could wish for and in a very quiet cul-de-sac. We are very sadly leaving this fabulous Villa (and the one next door owned by the same people) today after spending 3 fabulous weeks here. It’s a real home from home but with the sunshine and a pool. Very well stocked kitchen, very large walk in wardrobes, plenty of hangers. Lots of towels, tea towels changes of bedding. I definitely recommend Hazel as she’s been great at answering any of my queries and questions before we arrived. She supplied us with fantastic driving instructions from the airport as well as other necessary information about the Villa. The location and surrounding area was perfect. If your thinking of renting this villa then don’t hesitate, it’s spacious and airy with comfortable beds, sofas and sunbeds. Everything worked and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool deck was amazing with great views of two lakes and south facing meant it caught the sun all day long. There is an Aldi and a publix supermarket two miles away which made shopping easy. There also are a number of good restaurants within easy reach and only $6-$7 in an Uber away. Hazel was a delight to deal with and very responsive to any emails we sent. We will definitely book again next time we want accommodation in this area.

This was our 2nd stay in this villa and once again we enjoyed its excellent location and beautiful view from the pool area, which has an abundance of wildlife to see all day long. The Villa at 113 Bridgewater Crossing was an amazing spot for our family to stay while on vacation, with 4 adults and 4 kids there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is very well kept and has everything you need. Getting up first thing and watching all the wildlife around the pond out back while sipping on a coffee was great. Our kids spent tons of time in the pool every day and was a great spot for everyone to socialize. There is plenty of spots within 5 or 10 min to go shopping for everything you could need. I was amazed at how many different things there is to do within 30 min of the Villa. We will definitely make a return trip here!!! Absolutely amazing ??

This villa was a great find and was ideal for the quiet chilled break that we were seeking. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the beautiful pool and just enjoying the amazing view and watching the wildlife. The villa itself was clean and well maintained and provided everything we needed. Even though we didn’t visit any parks this villa is in a great location to do so and is also good for restaurants and shops. We have visited Florida many times and this was one of the best villas we have stayed in. Further Hazel was a pleasure to deal with, she provided us with lots of information and was quick to respond to all our enquiries. We spent 15 days in a very beautiful villa in a quiet little community just minutes from restaurants, a supermarket, gas stations and a pharmacy. Disney theme parks were all within 20 to 30 mins drive time depending on traffic on I4. The villa offered lots of room for our family of three adults and two children. The pool was a great hit with all of us although we would have liked it better had the water been a little warmer, unfortunately the December nights were a little cooler so the pool heater had to work hard to raise the temperature a little. We had some lovely warm weather during our stay the coldest day being Xmas day which we spent in Magi Kingdom. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a good sized clean and comfortable place rest up between the hectic visits to the theme parks and those occasional visits to the retail outlets.

We have stayed at this villa and others owned by the Bells a number of times and we keep coming back for a reason! The villas are very well equipped, all rooms are a good size with excellent facilities. Very well located with places to eat just down the road but far enough from the hustle and bustle to truly have a relaxing stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and will be booking again ourselves very soon!

Great quiet location for families or couples, with shops, petrol and restaurants only 5mins away, as is the junction with the Interstate 4 to take you to the parks. The villa is as described, clean and very well equipped including bikes, high chair, pool toys etc, quite the home from home. We were there during Hurricane Matthew and the management company couldn't have been more efficient with their instructions and advice. Not only that but the owners even phoned us to check we were ok. Husband loves to fish in the lake outside as well as watching the varied bird and wildlife, which this year included a small armadillo, a first for us. We will definitely be staying here again.

We have stayed in this villa a couple of times now. We love the location overlooking a pretty pond that attracts wonderful wildlife. The villa is close to Champions Gate, giving access to a Publix Supermarket, petrol, restaurants and more. Within a 15 minute drive you have all the Disney theme parks. This villa is clean, well equipped and is well looked after by the owners and the very helpful management company. I have no hesitation in recommending it for up to a party of 10 people.

This villa really is everything described by the Ownersand previous Reviewers. It is very well equipped and well looked after by the Owners and helpful Management Company. We have been visiting Florida for over 20 years and this villa and the Owners' next door at 123 Hills Bay Drive are the best. The location is peaceful with wonderful views of the lake, and frequent visits from the friendly wild-life - sand cranes and squirrels - and yet so convenient for all the Parks, the 192. and I4 and local shops. We look forward to being able to stay again, but booking up so if any of Hazel's villas are available for your dates then book with ease and confidence for a fantastic stay.

This was our third stay in this villa and once again we were not disappointed. The beautiful view over the lake from the south facing pool deck is so relaxing and we even saw the resident alligator this time. The daily visits from the family of cranes was very much enjoyed by my grandaughters. The villa is in a brilliant location - handy for the I4 and access to the theme parks yet in a lovely residential community with supermarkets and restaurants close by. When we have had occasion to contact the Management Company they have always responded promptly to sort out any problems. The villa is nicely decorated and has all the facilities families would require. We would happily return to Hills Bay Drive in the future.

This is the 5th time we have been to Florida and we have stayed in a different villa every time. This one was fabulous. Location and setting was amazing. My husband enjoyed getting up in the morning and sitting out by the pool by himself just enjoying the view of the lake. Children enjoyed the pool and the nice pool deck. Nice to have decent sofas and room for everyone to sit. All in all was a great villa and a good price. Great for families with young children as everything was there that would be needed.

This villa has everything you need for a relaxing 2 weeks - I think you would struggle to get a better villa than this - believe me I am so fussy and I have looked! Hazel keeps the price reasonable and is quick and efficient and caring with the bookings and us as customers. I made a nice friend on our last visit (a grey crane - please feed him small bits of bread preferably Italian from publix he comes by for his tea around 4pm) it seems ages ago now :( (we have just got back) it was our second time booking with Hazel and out 6th consecutive year in Orlando!! that says it all really - I have already had a look at next year and I am devastated that this villa is already booked for Feb 2016 - the view and pool are the most important part of the villa for us - and the birds the crane and the cheeky squirrel that hangs upside down on the tree staring at us every day! it is lovely as the pool is south facing so we were able to come home from the busy parks and still sunbathe until around 5.45pm and enjoy the pool I hope we can return next year perhaps in one of the other 2 villas of Hazel's x

We have stayed a number of times now in Hazel's villa's and always look forward to our next visit. The location is perfect. Quiet, peaceful, overlooking the lake, private and south facing. Our family love to spend time around the pool relaxing in between the more tiring days at the Theme Parks. The villa is perfect for our family and the owners have equipped it with everything we need while we are there. When we are feeling energetic we even pop on the bikes and cycle over to the basketball court to play a few hoops! I personally love the decor...each room having its own theme with matching bed linen, cushions, pictures etc. A lot of time and care has been spent putting this lovely villa together. You would be hard pushed to find such a lovely place to stay in such a great location!

This spacious villa is immaculately presented with everything provided for a memorable holiday. The rear of the property faces south so the pool deck benefits from all day sun - the view from here over the lake makes for a peaceful and relaxing time watching the varied bird life. The villa is in a great location - close enough to the theme parks to make driving there easy, but at the same time being situated in a quiet and attractive community. There are excellent supermarkets within minutes of the villa, very easy to access to Interstate 4 as well as numerous golf courses very close by. The owners provided excellent information about the villa and surrounding area and they are extremely helpful with communication always being easy.I can thoroughly recommend this villa from all points of view!

"We have stayed in this villa on at least 4 or 5 occasions. It is always beautifully maintained and very well laid out. The south facing pool is great, and not over looked. One of the nicest things I like about this villa is to wake up in the morning, pull open the blind, and watch the sun rise over the small lake. It is, as far as I'm concerned ideally situated, being about 15 mins drive from Disney and also the hustle and bustle of the 192, but not so far as you feel that its a problem to get anywhere. Its near to the Champions Gate facilities (chilis restaurant is great and cheap) and the I4 junction, but doesn't suffer from any road noise. The villa has always been very clean for our arrival, and the agents are located nearby and are very welcoming. It's also a good location if you plan to travel down to Bush Gardens and the gulf coast, being the right side of town so to speak to shorten your journey. We have also stayed in the neighbouring 2 properties which are also very well looked after. We are returning again this year to Bridgewater Crossing, which will be our 13th year running. That says it all really."
