Overview
Our luxury villa is situated on the highly regarded “Calabay Parc at Tower Lake” private gated community with nature lake, clubhouse and fishing jetty. It is close to all the major theme parks (Disney World is just 15 to 20 minutes away) and is less than an hour's drive from the Gulf Coast. Local restaurants, shops (including a Super Wal-Mart) and golf courses are all within very easy reach. Our friendly local management company is on hand to make sure that you have a great stay. Our villa has everything that you are looking for.

Living
Spacious family living area with a 65" Ultra HD cable TV and Blu Ray DVD player and cinema surround sound. This room leads via patio doors to the covered lanai with poolside seating and a table for breakfast by the pool.
The roomy well designed lounge is large enough to accommodate 2 good-sized sofas and single chair. There is also a Den room with a further queen sleeper sofa, this feature enables the villa to sleep 10 people comfortably.
Den with queen sleeper sofa, 42" cable TV, PlayStation 2 with games and DVD player with a selection of DVD films, board games and books.

Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen includes oversized fridge freezer (with ice and water dispenser), dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc. There is also a laundry room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Bedrooms
Our new fully furnished 4 bedroom luxurious villa is equipped to the highest standard and everything you need for your perfect dream holiday is here including all linen and towels. There is plenty of accommodation to sleep from 2 to 10 people so it is ideal for 2 families to share and enjoy. It is also perfect for 1 family to spread out and relax in comfort!
Two master bedroom suites each featuring: king size beds, spacious walk-in closets, en-suite bathrooms with step in showers. Both bedrooms have 55" Ultra HD Smart TVs and direct access to the poolside and spa complex.
Two twin bedded rooms share the third bathroom. Both rooms each have 50" Ultra HD Smart TVs are themed ("Pooh Corner" and "Nemo's Home").
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Safe provided in Main Master bedroom to store passports, airline tickets etc
Bathrooms
Two luxurious well equiped en-suite bathrooms with large walk in showers. Main en-suite has large bath.
3rd bathroom for the two twin rooms.
All showers have a support rail.
Even hairdryers are provided!
Games Room
There is also a games room for you to enjoy including a full size pool table and air hockey table.

A superb modern gas heated pool with built in spa/jacuzzi (spa gets up to 100F) is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The whole pool is fully screened with a covered furnished lanai (patio) area and its own ceiling fan…unadulterated luxury to complement the perfect holiday.

Accessible
The villa is ideal for those with mobility difficulties because it is on one floor, with a wide entrance hall and spacious rooms. Support rail is installed in each shower. Support rail is installed for the Spa outside.
Please note however, there is a small step to the entrance to the villa and there are no grab rails in the bathrooms.
Please inform owner at time of booking so that access arrangements via ramps can be made.
Location
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake offers luxury villas to rent in Davenport, Florida. Locatated just off HWY27 and close to I-4 it offers direct routes to all the major attractions making for a perfect base to stay during your Orlando holiday. We have a selection of 4 and 5 bedroom vacation rentals direct via the owners. As you are booking direct there are no Booking Fees like you pay on the large rental websites.
Situated alongside the picturesque and natural 'Tower Lake', this gated community offers spacious villas each with private pools. Keen golfers will be pleased to note Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is just a 2 minute drive from Southern Dunes, one of Orlando's championship golf courses. Wal Mart and Publix supermarkets, Walgreen's pharmacy, distinctive shopping and dining outlets and cinema are 10 minutes away.
Note: If you are looking for Calabay Parc please click on the link as this is Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. They both located on HWY 27 in Davenport but are about 10 miles apart. Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is located close to Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes where as Calabay Parc is 10 miles further North on HWY27 and is close to Hampton Lakes and Highlands Reserve.

Please note, you will need to pay PayPal's small % administration charge if you wish to pay via PayPal. £200/$400 security/booking deposit is payable at time of booking. This will be returned to you within 4 weeks of your return home subject to our T&Cs. We really enjoyed our time in your lovely villa . We found the pool and hot tub something we used all the time and was a great place to stay . It is a lovely quiet area and we found it was very easy to communicate with the management and the host

the villa was spacious clean and tidy and comfy. Pool and spa was fantastic great for relaxing after long walks in the parks. Would definitely recommend this villa hopefully we'll be able to rent again next year.

Beautiful, clean and stress free
We had a fantastic 10 day stay here. Communication was excellent, when we had a minor issue when we first arrived the property manager was straight away calling and helping us resolve the issue even on a Sunday! The house was clean, and had everything to help you have a pleasant stay. The pool was lovely, The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We rent a villa every year in Florida and this villa by far was one of the best experiences we have had. We will definitely rent again!
