Karen's Winnie the Pooh Villa

Exquisitely furnished with high end leather sofa, love seat and chair with ottoman. We have also added a large screen HDTV, a cable box, DVD player and a sound bar with sub woofer.

We have fully stocked this space with everything needed to prepare the perfect gourmet meal! We have also added all the convenience items too, from a coffee maker, blender for frozen drinks, 4 slice toaster, french door fridge WITH WATER AND ICE maker, every small appliance you can imagine, numerous pieces of cookware as well a variety of crockery and glassware (wine glasses, juice, cocktail, beer mugs, plastic for around the pool).

We have two main areas for dining, firstly there is the formal dining room that is able to comfortably seat 8 and then for al fresco dining on the covered lanai you can seat 4.

• 2 beautiful Master en-suite bedrooms with King sized pillow topped beds and direct access to the screened pool and spa, equipped with 42” and 32" flat screen TV.
• 1 bedroom with a Queen sized pillow topped bed (upgraded in May 2019) and equipped with a flat screen TV.
• The themed Winnie the Pooh room with 2 Twin beds and a flat screen TV even has a full wall 100 arce woods mural!!!
• All bedrooms are equipped with lighted ceiling fans for your comfort.
• All 4 bedrooms have luxurious new StainMaster carpets installed (May 2018)

All bathrooms have recently been repainted.

This villa has the ULTIMATE family Games Room, not only does it have the usual Pool and Fooseball Tables but it also has 3 popular Video Games systems, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii and Microsoft XBox 360 each with a dedicated Large Screen HDTV. Numerous games included to suit any taste, just bring your PSN or XBox Live Sign-In if you want to enjoy an online gamefest. If the kids just want their own space...this is it, this room even has a BluRay player attached to the 50" HDTV for their viewing pleasure, as well as a bluetooth enabled stereo.

Oversized private, non overlooked pool area with GAS heated pool and spa. Don't worry about how cool the temps are, our gas heater will have NO ISSUES KEEPING the pool and spa heated unlike electric heat pumps that are installed in most other villas!

We just added more greenery to our tropical garden behind the pool as well as garden lights throughout that come on at dusk so they can be enjoyed during late night swims.  

We have a multi coloured pool light that cycles though its colours, changing the look of the pool. Additional lighting has been installed on the lanai so the entire area is now illuminated.

The lanai has 3 loungers, 2 reclining chairs with ottomans, and a table with 4 chairs under the covered portion.

High  speed internet is available through out the villa.

We have a high chair, a portable crib and stroller as well as a removable pool fence and a signal from the alarm when a door is opened for safety!

As the villa is a single story, everything is fairly accessible.
