Unwind in the spacious, comfortable, open living room with 55" 4K smart tv and bluetooth sound bar for streaming your favorite movies and music.  It also has a beautiful view of the outdoor patio.  

Cook like a chef in the newly remodeled kitchen. Kitchen has Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and dinnerware you need.  

Small dining room table in kitchen (seats 4) and a larger table off the living room (seats 6).  There is a countertop in kitchen with 3 stools for dining.  

Each room has a smart tv and ceiling fan.

Garage is converted to a game room.  Enjoy air hockey, foosball, dart board, and ping pong table. Enjoy a 42" smart tv with a table for guest to kick back and enjoy the game room after a long day at the parks.  

Our private pool and spa is the place to be. Covered Lanai to enjoy outdoor relaxation with ample seating by the private pool & spa all within a screened Lanai to keep out the Florida bugs. The area is surrounded by beautiful landscaping for privacy while outside with family & friends. After a long day at the parks, this is the place to relax and enjoy the ambience.

Seating for 10 with 4 chaise lounge chairs and seating section for 6. Pool with jetted spa (heating optional for a fee of $25 per day). Pool heat can be added upon request with a 2 day notice prior to arrival.  Pool towels available. 

Pool is southeast facing.  During summer months, the pool will have full sun until late afternoon. During spring, fall, and winter months, the pool will have full sun until mid afternoon. Lanai is shaded all day with a ceiling fan to keep cool if you are not a swimmer.  

Newly exterior painted house.  Two car driveway with beatiful landscape leading to front door.  Smart lock for entry and will be given your own personal code a day or two before check in.  Quiet and beautiful neighborhood that was built for short term renting. Neighborhood is great for walking and enjoying the scenery.  

Garage converted to a game room.  

High speed internet.  Your internet connection should be able to handle multiple devices streaming HD videos, video conferencing, and gaming at the same time.

Yes, first floor is wheelchair accessible.  No steps for entry or back patio.
