This beautiful 5 Bedroom/4 Bathroom villa is located in the popular community of Calabria, only minutes away from Disney World and many other Central Florida attractions. This villa has its own private fully-screened pool with spa, a wonderful Games room, and even its own theater!

Living

This villa features 2 separate living areas- a spacious lounge in the front of the home and a large family room in the rear, which overlooks the pool deck. The front lounge is stylishly furnished with a large sofa, loveseat and chair. The rear family room offers plenty of seating for your entire group, a large flat-screen TV with a full line-up of cable programming, a DVD/ BluRay player, and a selection of movies for your entertainment. In addition to central air conditioning, an overhead fan provides a wonderful cross-breeze to keep you cool and comfortable.

Kitchen

The kitchen, which is adjacent to the family room, is outfitted with everything you could need to handle all of your family food preparation wishes. A small countertop breakfast bar offers seating for 3, for a light meal or snack.

Dining

The formal dining room is located directly off the front lounge and offers seating for 5 guests. Additionally, you may choose to take a meal at the small dining nook located just off the kitchen or grab a seat at the breakfast bar.

Bedrooms

5 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

This villa features five bedrooms; all of which have their own en-suite bathroom. Downstairs you will find the master bedroom suite which is comprised of a king bed, a double dresser and a flat screen TV. The master en-suite bathroom consists of 2 vanity sinks, a deep soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. Also on the ground level is a queen bedroom which has a flat-screen TV with cable, a chest of drawers and a spacious closet for your belongings a door from the bedroom gives you access to a full bathroom which also acts as a family bathroom as well. Upstairs you will find a second Queen bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. A third queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, sum up the sleeping arrangements on the second floor.

Games Room

The games room offers several opportunities for a little competitive fun with your family or friends. We have a pool table, table football game, darts game, and an arcade game to test your skill! An Xbox gaming system and a selection of games is also provided for your entertainment.

Pool

The spacious, brick-paved pool deck is entirely screened, and offers plenty of room to soak in the sun or sip a refreshing drink in the cool shade of the covered lanai. The crystal-clear pool and spa are surrounded by several pool loungers for your use, a dining area with tables and chairs for 6, and a gas BBQ grill to prepare a delicious meal!

Stunning architecture and beautiful landscaping from the welcoming waterfall at the entrance to the palm tree lined roads and roundabouts, Calabria is a real treat. Disney World, Orlando is only a few miles away and Calabria is a minute from the HWY 192 allowing a quiet location with quick and easy access to the main Orlando attractions, and an abundance of top quality restaurants to suit all budgets. Three large supermarkets, Super Target, Wal Mart and Publix, are less than 5 minutes drive.
