As you arrive at this home, you will not be disappointed. The brick-paved driveway invites you to see what’s inside. Open the front door and you are greeted by a professionally decorated home featuring special touches throughout, open plan upgraded kitchen, dining area and family space. There is a loft area upstairs with corner sofa seating Flat screen TV and Xbox One S.
The bedroom configurations feature 2 King master suites, with large en-suites and wall mounted flat screen TV's, 2 Queen bedrooms 1 of which is downstairs next to a bathroom with shower, perfect for those who may find stairs challenging. 2 twin themed bedrooms next to bathrooms with showers. A games room where the fun can begin, with pool table. Outside is the fully screened south facing pool and spa with optional heating, sun loungers and seating to take advantge of the all day sun.

Over 150 Champions Gate Florida villas on the Retreat at Champions Gate located only minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets the Champions Gate resort is an ideal place for your dream holiday. The main entrance to the Champions Gate is located on HWY27 in Davenport almost opposite Tuscan Ridge if you are familiar with this community.
There is another entrance to the Champions Gate Resort via HWY54 (Ronald Reagen Pkwy). It's almost opposite the entrance to the West Haven community. When heading along HWY54 turn down Westside Blvd and follow this around until you see the entrance to the Champions Gate Resort. Personally this is the entrance we use as it's closer to all the shops, restaurants and I4 exit.

Champions Gate Villas minutes from Disney
The Retreat at Champions Gate community has between 600-700 Orlando vacation rentals as well as a stunning 16,000 sq ft clubhouse called the Oasis at Champions Gate. Inside the Oasis clubhouse there is a state of the art fitness room, dance studio, kids play room, 26 seater cinema, computer room, small shop selling soft drinks and snacks as well as kids arcade games. There is also a full restaurant serving food from 11am daily.
As part of the Oasis clubhouse there is a water park which has a large resort pool with private cabanas, water slides, lazy river, kids splash park, Tiki Bar, kids play area and volley ball courts, they also have daily entertainment run by the onsite staff. The Oasis Clubhouse and Water Park is open to all on site guests who have unlimited use.
The Oasis clubhouse at ChampionsGate is open from 8am - 10pm daily, pools open from 10am - 10pm with food and drinks from 11am - 10pm.

The Country Club at ChampionsGate golf course is open to the public with green fees from $40 - $90 per round depending of the time of day you play. I expect these rates to be lower in the summer months but during the winter golf is always more expensive in Florida.
I was lucky enough to play The Country Club at Champions Gate course 3 times in the first two weeks of opening and was very impressed with the layout of course and the condition, which was excellent. The fairways are wide and running which is unusual for courses in this area as they all tend to be pretty soft so play longer than the yardages suggest. The greens are very fast and undulating which takes some getting used to but I founf them a fantasic surface to putt on.
I would say The Country Club at Champions Gate is currently one of the best courses in the area and a must if you are looking to play some golf while on your Orlando villa holiday.
We have luxury Champions Gate villas available so if you are looking for a short golf break this would be an ideally base for you with other nearby courses like Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Mystic Dunes and of course the other Champions Gate courses which are Greg Norman designed. Interestly this course (The Country Club at ChampionsGate) is nothing to do with the other Champions Gate courses even though they share similar names.
The nearby Omni Champions Gate hotel is ideal for a one or two night stay but if you are looking for an exteneded stay then these spacious luxury villas are a great alternative.

Pool Safety Fences
Most of our Florida villas will either have door alarms on any exterior door that leads to the pool area or a pool safety fence surrounding the pool. Some even both, we have put together a blog post and video showing you how to use the fence. If there are no children in your party then you can take it out and rolling it up in the corner if you prefer but please put it back when you leave the villa, ready for the next guests.

Optional pool heating available at additional cost of £35/$50 per day inc tax. We take a non refundable deposit of £500 or $700 to hold your dates, if you are travelling within 12 weeks of your dates then the full amount is payable. For UK bookings payment is in Sterling. A cleaning fee will be added for any bookings under 7 nights, though a minimum of 7 nights applies. A mandatory damage waiver plan will be added to all bookings at a cost of £60/$70 at the point of full payment.

Beautiful Pool Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The owner was very friendly and easy to deal with prior to our arrival and everything was just the way it looked on the website. Beautiful! The pool was warm and enjoyed by all of us. The two separate living rooms are an asset if you have a larger group or adults and children. The restaurant at the Oasis clubhouse was really good and the prices are very reasonable. We would definitely consider returning to this villa again.

Home was excellent. As perfect as the pictures. Location to parks was only 15minute drive. Very spacious for our large family. Baby items came in very handy, with play pens and high chair. I would recommend this to family and friends. Very friendly owner!

Great stay in Championsga, beside Orlando, Florida
Everything was exactly as described. The house is very well decorated with everything provided. The security for this gated community is very efficient & friendly. The Oasis Centre in the estate is magnificent. It is very well situated close to the I4 to connect to all the parks. There are lots of great eateries in Championsgate & off US27 & lots of golf courses. I'd be very happy to stay there again.

Superb Quality Accomodation in a great location
We arrived at the property and we were really impressed. Lots of space, high quality finish and very clean. Beach towels provided in the property also helped keep our luggage allowance down.
Terrific proximity for Disney Parks and International Drive.
Our daughter loved the Minnie Mouse room.
Highlight for us was the communal pool in the complex with the lazy river and bar facilities. Perfect for rest days in between the parks.
Highly recommend a day to Clearwater Beach too, only 90 mins from the villa.
We’ll definitely be back.

Holiday of a lifetime in spectacular villa
Stunning villa in a great location near to all the Orlando Parks, golf courses,shopping etc. Each room is decorated and furnished to a luxurious standard and all rooms spacious and airy. Every detail has been thought about to make a visitors stay extra special. Impeccably clean on arrival internally and external area well kept and maintained to a high standard. The resort centre offers family swimming facilities with 2 separate pool areas and lazy river. Meals and drinks available also -served either by the pool or in a pleasant bar area.

Amazing villa
Our family of 10 stayed in the villa from the 8th of September for 15 nights. From the moment we booked the villa the owner couldn't have been anymore helpful. We were due to arrive just as the hurricane was about to hit and we were kept fully up to date on how things were out there, even when we decided to head out a day early he was more than happy to accommodate the extra night we required.
The villa itself is beautiful. I honestly could not fault it in anyway. It is brand new and extremely well looked after. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The whole house was incredibly spacious and well laid out. The rooms were more than big enough and the kitchen was huge! The villa also has a beautiful pool and hot tub which we're great to relax in after a day at the parks.
The villa is located in a gated community with secure entry which made us feel very safe. There is a clubhouse in the complex which was lovely, they have a kids pool with some slides and a lazy river to relax in.
Overall we loved our stay at the villa and would definitely go back. We can't wait to get booked up to return!

Perfect holiday villa
We stayed in this lovely villa for 2 weeks in June 2017.
We are frequent visitors to Florida and have stayed in many different villas. We were particularly looking for a contemporary home as some villas are now outdated and old fashioned. We also wanted to pay a reasonable price. This villa was all of the above. Even similar villas on the same resort were much more expensive so we felt that we found a fantastic villa at a good price. The decor and facilities in the villa were all top quality. The pool area is pleasant and not overlooked. It is actually more private than the website photos suggest as some privacy meshing has been added to the side aspects of the pool lanai.
The Oasis club within the resort is very good with excellent facilities for both children and adults and lovely heated pools year round.
The property owner MIke was very attentive and pleasant to deal with. He gave us all the information we needed both before and during our stay. Property management services during our stay were also very prompt and friendly. Sue and Richard were quick to respond to any queries.
We had a wonderful family holiday in this villa and resort and would thoroughly recommend to other families.

Best Villa we have stayed in.
What can we say about MK Florida Home..we cant wait to go back!!
We are a family of 12, 8 Adults and 4 children who stayed in June/July this year (2017).
The house is stunning and the pictures dont really do it justice. The rooms are all very spacious and modern, when we have stayed in villas before we all felt a bit cramped and on top of each other, not here as there was plenty of room for us all the loft area was a great thing we havent had before...we never saw the kids they were up there most of the time in their own space on the xbox or watching movies so us adults had the downstairs to ourselves which was really great, especially after a few days round the parks.
The pool was just enough for us, plenaty of seating for us, we had the heating on in it and it kept it at a nice even temp, though when you put the spa on it took the hot water so the pool went a few degs colder...thats what it felt like when we got back into it. There is more privacy now than shows in the pictures as more privacy screen has been added to the pool area, not that you are overlooked at all anyway. The wifi worked great outside as well so we could all stay connected.
The bedrooms were fab, the beds everyone said were very comfy and we all managed to sleep really well from day 1 which was great.
Plenty of towels available to use in the bathrooms and by the pool, so we neednt have taken our own and saved more room for shopping purchases.
The oasis club was great on the day we walked up to it, lots of places to sit and chill, the pools are nice and warm and there were free rings to sit in and use the lazy river. The kids used the water slide a good few times so that kept them happy. The bars did good snacks and drinks at reasonable prices.
Mike the owner was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, he gave us loads of details about the house before we booked, he even did a conference call with the family to answer any questions to help us decide which villa to book which really helped me out as the organiser. Kept us upto date as the holiday got nearer and called us whilst we were there to make sure everything was as it should be, really made us feel looked after.
All in all a great villa in a great location added to what was a fantastic holiday for our family and we cant wait to go back and stay here again.

Wonderful holiday
We stayed in March this year for a week. Great location in a fantastic villa. Everything we needed for our family made this one of the best villas we have stayed in. Friendly and helpful owners and the house was so clean. Will definitely return and will be recommending to family and friends.

Amazing family holiday home!
Myself and my family (a party of 4 adults, 4 kids) stayed in January this year and we had an amazing holiday at this beautiful house. First and the foremost the owners are incredibly responsive to questions and concerns before, during and after the booking. They were great to deal with and couldn't have made the entire booking and stay easier, even when my son was ill and I had to rearrange my flights home, they were incredibly understanding and allowed me to extend my stay while my son got well enough to travel home.
The house is in a nice gated community, easily one of the more secure communities we've ever stayed in. There is some construction on the resort but it didnt effect us on our stay. The guards were quick, friendly, and efficient checking us in each night. We always felt very safe. The community also has a gorgeous clubhouse with amazing facilities and pools. It's all very new and nicely put together. There's a quite pool, a kiddie pool (with a slide and splash pad), and larger pool with lazy river. Though my family and I didn't get to use it much, we throughly enjoyed the time we spent there.
Then there's the house...its a WOW from when you walk in...It is even larger than the pictures make it appear. Everything is new and in pristine condition. The pool is the perfect size. My family swam in it every day. This is the first time renting a house that we didn't have to call the rental company and ask for pool heat to be turned out. They had it heated and waiting for us. This was also the first time that we had a house with a hot tub that actually got hot! It was nice to relax in after long days at the parks. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortably slept all of us with space to spare. The kitchen is incredibly spacious. You can easily cook in the perfect space, we hardly saw the kids when at the house as the loft area is perfect for them to keep themselves amused on the xbox, or watching a film.
We so enjoyed our time here! It was the perfect house for our family and made the holiday that much more special. Thank you for sharing your house with us, we can't wait to come back in August!!
