The villa has a large screened private pool and spa in the back of the home, which can be heated at cost. For family safety, there is a pool fence around the pool.
There are two sun loungers and no direct rear neighbor, just neighbors on the two sides (but privacy screens are installed).
The covered lanai has plenty of lounge seating, a dining table with 8 seats, and ceiling fans.
There are also two clubhouses in the resort with large pool, spas, water slides, lazy river, and splash pad.
Outside
The villa has parking for two cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking for additional cars in front of the home. In the back, there is no direct rear neighbor, only neighbors on the two sides. It is walking distance to the Oasis Clubhouse with water slides, lazy river, restaurant, fitness center, and more!

Over 150 Champions Gate Florida villas on the Retreat at Champions Gate located only minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets the Champions Gate resort is an ideal place for your dream holiday. The main entrance to the Champions Gate is located on HWY27 in Davenport almost opposite Tuscan Ridge if you are familiar with this community.
There is another entrance to the Champions Gate Resort via HWY54 (Ronald Reagen Pkwy). It's almost opposite the entrance to the West Haven community. When heading along HWY54 turn down Westside Blvd and follow this around until you see the entrance to the Champions Gate Resort. Personally this is the entrance we use as it's closer to all the shops, restaurants and I4 exit.

The Champions Gate Orlando villa community is made up of smaller sub-divisions much like nearby West Haven. We currently have vacation rentals on The Retreat at Champions Gate, offering rental homes from 6 - 9 bedrooms.
Champions Gate Villas minutes from Disney
The Retreat at Champions Gate community has between 600-700 Orlando vacation rentals as well as a stunning 16,000 sq ft clubhouse called the Oasis at Champions Gate. Inside the Oasis clubhouse there is a state of the art fitness room, dance studio, kids play room, 26 seater cinema, computer room, small shop selling soft drinks and snacks as well as kids arcade games. There is also a full restaurant serving food from 11am daily.
As part of the Oasis clubhouse there is a water park which has a large resort pool with private cabanas, water slides, lazy river, kids splash park, Tiki Bar, kids play area and volley ball courts, they also have daily entertainment run by the onsite staff. The Oasis Clubhouse and Water Park is open to all on site guests who have unlimited use.
The Oasis clubhouse at ChampionsGate is open from 8am - 10pm daily, pools open from 10am - 10pm with food and drinks from 11am - 10pm.

Within 60-90 minutes you also have Tampa on the Gulf Coast with the beaches of Clearwater, Fort DeSoto Park and many more. If you like to surf, then on the Atlantic Coast you have Cocoa Beach and the whole stretch of the A1A highway which has miles of beaches. This is all within 90 minutes of the vacation rentals at Champions Gate making a great day trip or mini overnight break during your stay in Orlando.

The Country Club at ChampionsGate golf course is open to the public with green fees from $40 - $90 per round depending of the time of day you play. I expect these rates to be lower in the summer months but during the winter golf is always more expensive in Florida.
I was lucky enough to play The Country Club at Champions Gate course 3 times in the first two weeks of opening and was very impressed with the layout of course and the condition, which was excellent. The fairways are wide and running which is unusual for courses in this area as they all tend to be pretty soft so play longer than the yardages suggest. The greens are very fast and undulating which takes some getting used to but I founf them a fantasic surface to putt on.
I would say The Country Club at Champions Gate is currently one of the best courses in the area and a must if you are looking to play some golf while on your Orlando villa holiday.
We have luxury Champions Gate villas available so if you are looking for a short golf break this would be an ideally base for you with other nearby courses like Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Mystic Dunes and of course the other Champions Gate courses which are Greg Norman designed. Interestly this course (The Country Club at ChampionsGate) is nothing to do with the other Champions Gate courses even though they share similar names.
The nearby Omni Champions Gate hotel is ideal for a one or two night stay but if you are looking for an exteneded stay then these spacious luxury villas are a great alternative.

Pool Safety Fences
Most of our Florida villas will either have door alarms on any exterior door that leads to the pool area or a pool safety fence surrounding the pool. Some even both, we have put together a blog post and video showing you how to use the fence. If there are no children in your party then you can take it out and rolling it up in the corner if you prefer but please put it back when you leave the villa, ready for the next guests.

Peaceful home
My visit was short but it was great, I paid for heating but wasn’t to use the pool because of the weather!!
Wish I had booked for more days to be able to really enjoy the peaceful and pleasant vibe of the home.

Where to begin?
Where to begin… This place was stunning! Fam Jam Escape was so accurate for our family of 5 escaping Ontario Canada for a vacation.
We really lucked out on time of the year with amazing weather - not a drop of rain & and temperature ranged from 24-31c. We still paid extra for the heated pool & BBQ because we knew we wanted to spend as much time as we could outside, and we were not disappointed! The pool was a hit with the kids! There is a bathroom accessible from the patio which came in handy so as not to track water through the house and came in handy. We really made use of the towels and laundry machine.
The kitchen was huge with tons of counter space! Lots of kitchen essentials which made eating-in very easy. The open-concept makes you feel together with your family while cooking & cleaning.
Jane & Winston made themselves available during our whole trip and answered all our questions very quickly. They were wonderful hosts!!

Overall, the location and house were great; Winston and Jain are great host. I have a few suggestions please allow to use the BBQ grill on the deck (porch) both neighboring houses had grills and was allowed to use on the back deck (porch). The second suggestion is to have the jacuzzi (hot tub) water warm.

This Airbnb was a fantastic fit for our group trip. The place was sparkling clean and everything we needed was there. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels and sheets. We cooked some of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed.
A huge plus was the heated pool! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a day of exploring. The spacious living area was great for hanging out together. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Hosts had great communication throughout and continuously checked in!
Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in a great community.

Massive Home!
I’m giving Winston a 5 star review because even though there were unexpected things (weather related) that were out of his control he was very responsive and very helpful.
Hopefully we have the opportunity to go with a larger group and utilize the entire space because the photos don’t do it justice at all. Home is massive and very well kept and decorated.

House was perfect!
The house was perfect for our group of 10. It had plenty of common space and bedrooms for all of us, and we enjoyed the backyard pool every day of our visit. It was close enough to Disney and Universal without being too close to the chaos of the parks. It also has a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Great Stay
We had a great stay in Champions Gate! The house is very clean and tidy. No broken things and very well taken care of. Beds are all new and comfortable. Pool is clean and well managed. Winston is very easy to communicate with. We had a slight issue with pool heat, he had the company there that day and fixed and really well done. The neighborhood is great and amenities in the resort make for lots to do with kids. We will for sure look to return.

Convienient location and great villa
This house is just as it is advertised. It was a wonderful, spacious home that easily accommodated our multi-family group of 11. The pool and patio are well kept and a relaxing spot to gather. The morning sunrises are spectacular on the edge of the pool. There were plenty of beds, tv’s, couches, and rooms for everyone to enjoy themselves and in which to spread out. The location was great - less than a 10 minute walk to the Clubhouse, and a 5-7 minute drive to the Publix grocery store on Bella Citta. We drove 1-1/2 hrs to Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast one day, and 1-1/2 to 2 hr drive to the Gulf Coast another day (Dunedin Beach was great!). The host was very responsive to our questions/needs, and we highly recommend this rental property!

Incredible stay
We had an incredible stay at Winston and Jain’s house in Champion’s Gate. The house is incredibly comfortable, with lovely, new furnishings throughout. The pool area is great and the house is a ten minute walk from the Oasis Club if you fancy a change of scene. We have four young children so having a wander to the Club for a couple of hours was great. We didn’t have a car this trip. We caught an Uber to C.G. easily and we were able to walk up to the Publix at the gates. Also great to have Aldi/Publix/Amazon deliveries within hours.
Winston and Jain were fantastic hosts. Incredible speedy in terms of getting back to us - from the minute that we booked, throughout our whole stay. Anything that we realised we needed/needed help with was dealt with immediately. Would highly recommend! We’ll be back for sure!

Resort club is amazing
if you are looking to book the Winston's home you will have a great experience communicating with them. the location of the home was very good and it was enough parking for everyone in the garage and in the driveway. the amenities that the resort offer were five star. the home was very clean, and spacious enough for any family and experience.
