Overview
Our home is situated in the sought after quiet area of clear creek in Clermont Florida, the location is only 5 minutes drive from major supermarkets and pharmacy's and around 20 minutes from entering Walt Disney World with Universal resort around 30 minutes drive, for the golf lovers there are courses a short drive away.
Whilst not out enjoying what Florida has to offer you can relax in our south facing pool area looking out onto the lake beyond or enjoy the games room indoors.

The main lounge has large comfy corner sofa with 50 inch smart streaming TV and DVD player.

Full kitchen with coffee machine and toaster.

Six seater dining area in main lounge, breakfast table in Kitchen.
Bedrooms
The home benefits from 1 Bedroom with King size bed and 32 inch streaming TV and En suite bathroom, there is also a large walk in closet.
Two bedrooms have Queen size beds, and 24 inch streaming TV's with closets.
The remaining two rooms are Boy/Girl themed and have two single beds in each and closets, one room has a 24 inch streaming TV.
All bedrooms have bedside USB charging facilities for your conveniance.
Bathrooms
En suite bathroom from King bedroom has two basins and shower.
The family bathroom with basin, shower and tub is adjacent to the two twin bedrooms.
There is a further half bathroom with basin in hallway.
Games Room
Games room with pool table, Fooseball, and Air Hockey.
Pool
South facing pool deck, not overlooked with scenic lake view to rear. Covered seating area and loungers, table and stools. Sliding door access to pool has child safety alarm.
Outside
Quite residential neighbourhood, lake at rear off home attracting varied native wildlife.
