Providence is one of Orlando’s newest resorts and it boasts a wealth of amenities. The highlight is the 18-hole championship golf course, designed by renowned course architect Michael Dasher.
The wonderful 2,200 acres of green and very pleasant landscaping offers guests a relaxed and attractive environment with access to a full range of amenities on your doorstep. Providence features all the amenities expected in a 5 star resort, including: a resort style swimming pool with slides and plenty of lounge chairs for easy socializing, a separate lap pool for exercising, lighted tennis courts, fitness centre featuring state-of-the-art exercise equipment and fitness classes and children’s activities, clubhouse with full service restaurant and bar, a golf clubhouse with pro shop, paved sidewalks for safe bicycling, jogging, and walking to the golf and recreation centre and 24hour manned gatehouse.
Providence is around fifteen minutes’ drive from Walt Disney World Resort, 20 minutes from SeaWorld and twenty-five minutes from Universal Studios. The Posner Park retail park for shopping, cinema and dining is just 10 minutes’ drive away.

The large modern living room has pool and nature views. It has a 65’’ flat screen TV with cable and Blu-ray player. The enhanced cable package includes hi-speed Wi-Fi and extended channels with an extensive range of sports channels including English Premier League football.
The family room is open plan to the well-appointed kitchen with island breakfast bar (seats four) and dining area that comfortably seats eight people.
The lay-out creates a fantastic and welcoming family living space at the heart of the home. Sliding doors give access to the extended pool area.

MASTER SUITE (EN-SUITE) #1
The large master bedroom looks out over the private pool and has a King-size bed, large 50’’ flat screen TV, built-in closet (wardrobes) and a generous en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet / WC with second wash hand basin that can also be accessed directly from the pool area.
MASTER SUITE (EN-SUITE) #2
The second master has King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, large 50’’ flat screen TV and large en-suite bathroom with generous walk-in shower and separate WC.
QUEEN BEDROOM
The front bedroom has a Queen bed, 40’’ flat screen TV and fitted closet space (wardrobes).
TWIN BEDROOM
The fourth twin bedroom has two twin (single) beds 40’’ flat screen TV and fitted closet space (wardrobes).

There is a spacious family bathroom with large shower, located between the queen and twin bedrooms.

The garage space has been upgraded to provide a family games room with (games tables to be confirmed e.g. foosball and ping-pong table).
Pool
The pool area features a wonderful private pool and spa (South West Facing) with expansive deck area and a shaded lanai. The extended pool area has four sun loungers and table and patio set for six people. For safety reasons and to give peace of mind to those travelling with children, access to the pool area is security alarmed. (The pool size is 12x24 with raised spa and deck area of 27 x 40)
BBQ facilities are provided for your use. You must ensure you clean it before you leave the property otherwise additional charges can be made. This is a Gas BBQ and when empty guests must provide the gas themselves.
For added convenience there is direct access to bathroom and shower facilities from the pool area.
The pool can be heated for a small charge (currently $30 per night) and we recommend you pay for this extra if you are travelling between October and March. The pool and spa comes equipped with upgraded heater system.
This single-storey property is part of the popular Providence golf and country club – a gated and immaculately maintained community with additional resort facilities. The villa provides privacy and luxury in beautiful setting. There is plenty of parking to the front of the property.

- Take Interstate 4 to Exit 58 (CR 532)
- Turn east on CR 532 and go to Lake Wilson Rd
- Turn south on Lake Wilson Rd. and go one mile to Ronald Reagan Pkwy
- Turn east on Ronald Reagan Pkwy. and go 2 miles to US 17-92
- Turn south on US 17-92, go 1 mile to the Providence entrance on the left

Everything was great & had no issues at all.
I liked the villa a lot & will only stay in homes of a higher standard. Everything was great & had no issues at all. The only feedback I would give (which is what I mentioned to the management co), was there was only one facecloth & it was quite stained. Def worth popping in some new facecloths ?? Other than that, I would DEF stay here again. I've booked with Kingdom Stare a few times now & would def recommend them. Denise is great & always at hand & very helpful if needed.

Excellent Villa and Company
Villa was in an excellent location. We found Kingdom State Villas an excellent company to use for booking both a Villa and Car Hire in Florida. We would definitely use and recommend this company again for a holiday to Florida. Thanks to Denise and Lee for all their help and dealing with any queries that we had before going and addressing the pool heating issue while we were in resort.

My old house
This is an amazing villa we had the villa built as a family home we had some great times in the villia it isnt far from florida and is a spetacular house. The rooms are very big and have WALK IN WADROBES which I loved, the master room is amazing soooo big wit a big shower. When people rented the villa we always got great reviews, the pool is massive. And the jacuzzi is handy after a long day at the parks its very close to most of the attraction a great villa!!!!!!!!!
