Cumbrian Lakes - Luxury 6 Bed 4½ Bath Orlando Vacation Villa

I had the most incredible stay at this stunning six-bedroom, four-bathroom villa in Kissimmee, Florida. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for a truly unforgettable holiday experience. The villa itself is a spacious and beautifully appointed retreat, featuring modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. The bedrooms are very comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep after long days of adventure in the nearby shops and parks One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the private swimming pool, which offered a refreshing place to relax and unwind under the glorious Florida sun. Whether I was lounging and laughing by the poolside with my friends or taking a refreshing dip, the pool added an extra layer of luxury to my holiday. The location of the villa is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from Disney, making it convenient for me to enjoy all the magic and excitement of the theme parks without any hassle. Additionally, the surrounding area boasts a wide array of dining and entertainment options, ensuring there was never a dull moment during my stay. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough for anyone looking to experience the best of Kissimmee and Disney. Although this house was the perfect size for us and close to all amenities. I felt a little disappointed in the overall up keep of the villa. 1) the floors were filthy and under furniture and beds had clearly not been cleaned. 2) the blinds in places were filthy 3) on top on the fridge, ceiling lights, ceiling fans were thick with dust 4) there was a broken glass in one of the bedroom draws, therefore they were not inspected/cleaned before we arrived. 5) the fly screen on the patio was hanging off (my husband mended this) 6) the beds had obviously not been inspected as the whole of the underneath was broken: However this was mended within 2 days 7) we had to mop and Hoover as this had clearly not been done. As there were bits on the stairs and stains on the floor. 8) one of the shower curtains were mouldy at the bottom. 9) there was hair In the shower! Just overall general repair work had not been carried out. As there was several broken plug sockets. 10) the pool was only cleaned once in the 3 weeks we were there and this was only done when we requested. I have mentioned this to the owner and provided pictures, however we have had no response. Looking back on the reviews I am no wondering if this has been the case over several years as there seems to be no reviews since 2011. This maybe because the reviews are filtered and this may not make it on the page.

Hello Hayley As you see I have put your review on as I do with all reviews none of which are filtered. Unsure how you say I have No reviews from 2011 as anyone can see this simply isn't true infect the family in before you left a 5* review as is the majority of my reviews. If your honest you never mentioned any problems at all as to what you listed above the whole time you stayed in the villa which was from 24 -8-23 to 17-9-23. These only came to light on the 13th October nearly a month after your stay when you asked for your security deposit back. When I told you I was holding it back to replace the glass in the coffee table that your guest smashed as it would go towards the cost of replacing this. Then you sent me email to say you would give me a bad review if you didn't get your deposit back, you failed to mention this in your review. The whole point in holding a security deposit is to cover cost of damages.

The pictures don’t do the villa justice The villa was everything we expected and more. From the pool area, we had a wonderful view of the wildlife. It was great to just relax and enjoy the pool, morning, noon and night This was the best equipped villa we have stayed in, we wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend this villa to family and friends.

Right from the word go Brenda was a delight. She was so accommodating, given the amount of changes we had to make due to the pandemic. She answered all of my questions and provided us with the information we needed to access the villa. The villa itself was lovely and comfortable, especially as we were confined to it for a number of days due to hurricane Ian, so we appreciated the space and amenities it offered. The kids and adults had a great time in the pool and the lanai had sun nearly all day. It was within travelling distance of all the shops, restaurants and parks, but far enough away so that you could unwind and relax after a long day out. I would definitely recommend the villa, especially for bigger families or groups.

Cant praise the villa enough. It was recommended to me by a friend and i will be doing the same for anyone thinking of going to Florida. We used it as a base for spending 2 weeks mainly going to and from Disney and Universal and location wise it was great. Routes into either parks are easily accessible with options. The complex is lovely, clean and quiet, all the properties around this one are well looked after. As for the villa it was perfect, really well presented and everything was as descripted. It was clean and tidy with the services you need. My son loved the Pool and the Pool table in the games room (Garage) and was great for chilling after a long hot day out and about. Hoping to rebook for the next trip back. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Brenda the owner stepped in and saved our holiday at the last minute due to us being let down by another company. The Villa is in a perfect location for a short drive to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping outlets and theme parks. The Villa was clean, spacious and had a good outdoor pool area looking onto the lake, we enjoyed a few early morning walks around the Cumbrian Lake estate to start our day. Clear details were also provided by Brenda for all gate, door & wifi codes for arriving at Cumbrian Lakes estate. Highlight of our holiday was being able to drop our teenagers off at the theme parks then coming back to the Villa for peace & quiet at the pool, something we’ve never managed in all the years we’ve been going to Florida.

Went to villa in January. Everything was great. There was 10 adults in the party. There was plenty of space for everyone to have time out from each other. Very well equipped . The booking process was very straight forward. We were only 10mins drive away from Disney. We would hire the villa again. Highly recommend. ????????

We rented this house in February for 2 weeks. Our kids and grand babies joined us. The house was very clean, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. There is even a Disney bedroom furnished with toys! The kitchen is well stocked (we ate in often) and the home is nicely decorated. There are good lounge chairs along with toys for the kids in the pool area! The neighborhood is quiet. The house is not far from the Disney attractions. The owner was great to work with, and supplied us with all needed information. I highly recommend this rental!!

HAVING STAYED IN VARIOUS PROPERTIES ON CUMBRIAN LAKES ON PREVIOUS VISITS TO FLORIDA THIS VILLA DID NOT DISAPPOINT. WITH 10 PEOPLE IN OUR PARTY THE 6 BEDROOMS, 4.5 BATHROOMS, THE SPACIOUS LIVING/KITCHEN AREA COUPLED WITH THE LARGE SWIMMING POOL AND WELL EQUIPPED GAMESROOM MEANT WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE AROUND WITHOUT BUMPING INTO EACH OTHER. ALL INFO RECEIVED RE DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT AND HOW TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY WERE CONCISE AND HELPFUL WHICH ON ARRIVAL WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELCOMING. ONE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY WAS OUR 6MONTH OLD GREAT GRANDSON BOBBING ABOUT IN THE POOL WITH OUR 2 YOUNGEST GRANDAUGHTERS.

The Villa was situated a couple of miles south of the 192 and was not far from the Kissimmee attractions. A couple of Walmarts were within 10 minutes drive, so the location was good. The family enjoyed their stay and we were happy with what was available within the villa, utensils, hairdryers, irons, etc. Would recommend this villa is you are a large family as the bedrooms are located well away from each other

The owner was good at giving us information about where the home was .It was easy to find ,and close to groceries and accessible to restaurants etc. The home was clean and had lots of dishes and seating in the pool area .The pool needed some cleaning and the pool service provider came out right away .Lots of space in the house for the twelve of us and lots of seating in the kitchen. Our grandchildren loved being in the pool .We enjoyed it there very much.

We had a month stay in Brenda's villa. We found the villa to be in a good location to the 192 and using the shortcut Oren Brown could be at Walmart and Aldi in 5 mins. The villa has a super pool deck and plenty of room for us all. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 kids. Part of the screen blew in after a storm and very quickly was repaired. Brenda was a pleasure to deal with and we had absolutely no issues of any kind. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the pool is not overlooked and has lots of wildlife. The master suite was particularly spacious and all bathrooms and bedrooms were good. The kids loved the popcorn machine and little extras made it a comfortable place to stay. We had a great holiday !!

Having deciding to go to Orlando Florida for our Family holiday in 2015 and not being able to get in touch with the Villa we normally use, we came across this beautiful Villa. What a fantastic find not far from Disney etc. The Villa was very clean and had all you could ask for the kids enjoyed the heated swimming pool and also the garage full of kids stuff to play with. This villa was clean, idea, spacious and nothing was too much trouble if something did go wrong, they just came out and fixed it. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Orlando in the near future and I will also recommend to friends and family, perfect place and location. We spent months and months searching for the right villa to spend our three weeks in Florida. This ticked all the boxes from the pictures and description provided by Barbara. When we eventually got to the villa after a long flight and exhausted children we could not believe our eyes. This villa was better than the pictures and provided more than the description offered. We were so pleased, It had everything for the children, parents and grandparents with escapes within the property to relax from the parks. The pool area was brilliant, the view of the lake was brilliant. Barbara and her maintenance team were so helpful, both leading up to the holiday and whilst we were there. A quick phone call to answer queries was not an issue. Location is amazing for all parks and although the 10 minutes out, it is worth it for tranquility. I would highly recommend this property and the service of Barbara and her team. Thank you so much and hope to see you in 2019 when we book this property again.

Been to Orlando 4 times and have stayed in this villa twice. Location and amenities of this villa were by far the best and therefore have booked again for next August. Great spacious villa with all mod-cons and superb pool area. Everything was catered for to a very high standard. Plenty of things to entertain my children aged 11-1 when we were in the villa. Photos do not do villa justice in our eyes, it is 5* villa and that's the reason we are returning 2016. Kissimmee we found to be best area to stay while visiting Disney, Universal etc. We all cannot wait to return for another perfect holiday in this villa - roll on 2016.

Visited Cumbrian Lakes last May with the whole family and had an amazing experience. The Villa was awesome, spacious, clean and everything we needed for our stay. It gave us the space we wanted to relax when we weren't hitting the parks! It was close to all the amenities and parks including disney but you will require a car. There are plenty of great restaurants neraby. The info prior to leaving was informative and the villa was easy to find based on the directions given. The villa is situated in a gated community so you have the added benefit of safety. The highlight was being able to spend time as a family in a home away from home, the kids loved the pool, it was at total dream and we cant wait to return!!! We would recommend this home to anyone wishing to holiday in Orlando

My entire family stay at the villa for 10 days. The house was very clean and well maintained. We were 7 adults, 5 kids and a baby and have plenty of room, As we were three couples, the three master worked great for us. The kids loved the pool, they didn't even wanted to go to the parks, because they loved the house. There were a lot of toys, the kitchen had everything to cook meals, we only to bought the food at a 5 minute distant Walmart. We were really worried at first, because of dealing with someone we didn't know, but it was a great blessing for us to stay at Brenda's villa.

This is the second time we have visited Orlando and our second stay at this villa. The owner, Brenda Brown can be and must be very proud of her wonderful home. It is perfect in everyway. The villa is in the perfect location, very close to all Disney, seaworld and universal parks. The property is very well maintained and presented and has everything that we needed for our stay stay. Brenda and the Property management staff are extremely helpful and available if ever you need any assistance throughout your stay. There were eight (4 adults, 4 children) of us staying at this property on this occasion and eleven on the previous occasion. On both occasions there has been plenty of room for all of us in this extremely spacious property. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fully intend to return at some time in the near future.

I can honestly say that this has been a perfect villa and location for our holiday this year.In total 11 people stayed in this villa (6 adults & 5 teens) and it was more than we expected.The villa is extremely well equipped with all the mod cons you could think of,it is very well presented and maintained beautifully.The pool was a big hit with everyone,giving your body a chance to cool off and unwind. We found that the location was ideal for getting to Disney,Universal & Seaworld,easily reached within 20 minutes (I4 traffic permitting). As seasoned Florida visitors we have stayed in several different villas. We found Brendas to be exceptionally well equipped with many added thoughtful touches and useful items. Frequently the question 'Do we have a....' was asked and after a small search equally frequently the answer was 'Yes, here's one!' The villa is also superbly located with a lovely view of the lake, a quiet and secure sub-division and great proximity to the attractions. Brenda was always helpful and available and the extra touches in the villa reflected her thoughtfulness and considerateness towards her guests. A lovely home from home! :)

Just come back from two fantastic weeks in this lovely villa. The location is beautiful over looking the lake and ideally situated for getting the sun from around 10 until sunset.The villa was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was so relaxing just sitting by the lovely pool chilling out, having a meal, or a drink and a book and just jumping in when you wanted to cool down a bit. There was 9 of us, 8 adults 1 child and we all had plenty of room. All the bedrooms were lovely and roomy and very comfortable. We were just the right distance from all the attractions and you could find anything you wanted to eat 10 minutes down the road. Brenda gave us all the info we needed before we left and was always on hand if we had any queries, so all the arrangements went really smoothly. We had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful villa and would recomend it to anyone. We would love to go back.

I am not one to leave reviews but on this occasion I must. I travelled with a party of 6 adults and four children and even though there were 10 of us we had loads and loads of room a very spacious villa. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would have needed it was like being home from home. Management Company on call 24/7 but thank god we didn’t need them. We had no problems whatsoever. Wakening up every morning and being able to have a swim before breakfast, on the pool deck was just so relaxing for me. The children had fun in the games room before going to bed at night. I can’t wait to get back I would recommend this villa to everyone.
