Cumbrian Lakes - Luxury 6 Bed 4½ Bath Orlando Vacation Villa

Great property in secure gated community, close to parks, restaurants and shops. Villa as described, the owner has gone above and beyond with everything you would need to enjoy your holiday, exceeded expectations. Brenda was excellent to deal with, always pleasant, accommodating, and answered any queries promptly. Would highly recommend this villa.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Brenda for letting us rent her lovely home, we had tried to rent her home in 2019 but Covid hit , Brenda kindly reimbursed us our deposit, so it was lovely to finally get there. We felt very lucky as Brenda’s home is everything and more, more than enough room for 9 of us, clean and tidy, we didn’t want for anything , the main bedroom has the most comfortable bed. Our kids who are in their 20’s and 30’s and our grandchild spent most days in the pool. We were 10 mins from old town our favorite place to go and didn’t have to spend to much time on interstate 4 as it is close to most parks and amenities. A wonderful holiday, felt very lucky, would recommend to anyone. Thank you Karen,Mike and family

A lovely spacious villa with all the amenities you could possibly require. Only 12 miles from the parks on an easy drive. The pool was fantastic (heated) and well worth the extra cash. Brenda was excellent with her communication and ensured that we were having a good time. Overall, a great villa on a fantastic estate (gated). I would definitely return.

I had the most incredible stay at this stunning six-bedroom, four-bathroom villa in Kissimmee, Florida. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for a truly unforgettable holiday experience. The bedrooms are very comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep after long days of adventure in the nearby shops and parks One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the private swimming pool, which offered a refreshing place to relax and unwind under the glorious Florida sun. Whether I was lounging and laughing by the poolside with my friends or taking a refreshing dip, the pool added an extra layer of luxury to my holiday. The location of the villa is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from Disney, making it convenient for me to enjoy all the magic and excitement of the theme parks without any hassle. Additionally, the surrounding area boasts a wide array of dining and entertainment options, ensuring there was never a dull moment during my stay. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough for anyone looking to experience the best of Kissimmee and Disney. Although this house was the perfect size for us and close to all amenities. I felt a little disappointed in the overall up keep of the villa. 1) the floors were filthy and under furniture and beds had clearly not been cleaned. 2) the blinds in places were filthy 3) on top on the fridge, ceiling lights, ceiling fans were thick with dust 4) there was a broken glass in one of the bedroom draws, therefore they were not inspected/cleaned before we arrived. 5) the fly screen on the patio was hanging off (my husband mended this) 6) the beds had obviously not been inspected as the whole of the underneath was broken: However this was mended within 2 days 7) we had to mop and Hoover as this had clearly not been done. As there were bits on the stairs and stains on the floor. 8) one of the shower curtains were mouldy at the bottom. 9) there was hair In the shower! Just overall general repair work had not been carried out. As there was several broken plug sockets. 10) the pool was only cleaned once in the 3 weeks we were there and this was only done when we requested. I have mentioned this to the owner and provided pictures, however we have had no response. Looking back on the reviews I am no wondering if this has been the case over several years as there seems to be no reviews since 2011. This maybe because the reviews are filtered and this may not make it on the page.

Hello Hayley As you see I have put your review on as I do with all reviews none of which are filtered. Unsure how you say I have No reviews from 2011 as anyone can see this simply isn't true infect the family in before you left a 5* review as is the majority of my reviews. If your honest you never mentioned any problems at all as to what you listed above the whole time you stayed in the villa which was from 24 -8-23 to 17-9-23. These only came to light on the 13th October nearly a month after your stay when you asked for your security deposit back. When I told you I was holding it back to replace the glass in the coffee table that your guest smashed as it would go towards the cost of replacing this. Then you sent me email to say you would give me a bad review if you didn't get your deposit back, you failed to mention this in your review. The whole point in holding a security deposit is to cover cost of damages.

The pictures don’t do the villa justice The villa was everything we expected and more. From the pool area, we had a wonderful view of the wildlife. It was great to just relax and enjoy the pool, morning, noon and night This was the best equipped villa we have stayed in, we wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend this villa to family and friends.

Right from the word go Brenda was a delight. She was so accommodating, given the amount of changes we had to make due to the pandemic. She answered all of my questions and provided us with the information we needed to access the villa. The villa itself was lovely and comfortable, especially as we were confined to it for a number of days due to hurricane Ian, so we appreciated the space and amenities it offered. The kids and adults had a great time in the pool and the lanai had sun nearly all day. It was within travelling distance of all the shops, restaurants and parks, but far enough away so that you could unwind and relax after a long day out. I would definitely recommend the villa, especially for bigger families or groups.

Cant praise the villa enough. It was recommended to me by a friend and i will be doing the same for anyone thinking of going to Florida. We used it as a base for spending 2 weeks mainly going to and from Disney and Universal and location wise it was great. Routes into either parks are easily accessible with options. The complex is lovely, clean and quiet, all the properties around this one are well looked after. As for the villa it was perfect, really well presented and everything was as descripted. It was clean and tidy with the services you need. My son loved the Pool and the Pool table in the games room (Garage) and was great for chilling after a long hot day out and about. Hoping to rebook for the next trip back. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Brenda the owner stepped in and saved our holiday at the last minute due to us being let down by another company. The Villa is in a perfect location for a short drive to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping outlets and theme parks. The Villa was clean, spacious and had a good outdoor pool area looking onto the lake, we enjoyed a few early morning walks around the Cumbrian Lake estate to start our day. Clear details were also provided by Brenda for all gate, door & wifi codes for arriving at Cumbrian Lakes estate. Highlight of our holiday was being able to drop our teenagers off at the theme parks then coming back to the Villa for peace & quiet at the pool, something we’ve never managed in all the years we’ve been going to Florida.

Went to villa in January. Everything was great. There was 10 adults in the party. There was plenty of space for everyone to have time out from each other. Very well equipped . The booking process was very straight forward. We were only 10mins drive away from Disney. We would hire the villa again. Highly recommend. ????????
