Prices include 6% sales tax. Please contact us for a quote, discount available for stays of 2 weeks or more.
Payment can be made by bacs, cheque or via PayPal which has a credit card facility.
Reservation deposit is £300. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival with £300 refundable security deposit. Pool/jacuzzi heating $35 per day, BBQ guest hire. We can also accept dollars or euros.

Perfect family base

Awesome vacation
Big thanks for making our vacation memorable. Through out our stay we thoroughly enjoyed.The amenities are all well establishes ranging from little ones to the older ones.Range of entertainment for all. It is very clean. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great house for families to share
This is a great rental house with lots of room for a large family or multiple families. Our kids loved the game room and the heated pool. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, serving ware etc.and there were more than enough linens and bedding to go round.There was even a car seat, pack n play,high chair and baby stroller available to use. Dianne was very responsive to our questions, and she even mailed us some belongings that we accidentally left in the unit, almost the same day we left! Thanks for the wonderful stay, wish it had been for longer.

Amazingly surprised
Oh Wow!!!What can I say? This home has been a great experience from talking to the owner to vacationing at the home. I brought my Women's Military Softball Team to the area for a tournament and we came across this amazing home. The quick response from the owner was great. She really took care of us. The pool/spa was heated, the rooms were spacious, everything we needed in the kitchen was there, the game room in the garage and video area upstairs were great stress relievers. The Team wanted me to try and book this home for September and next January that is how great our experience was. We would stay here again and definitely recommend this home to others. Thank you! Just a reminder - you cannot leave doors open leading to the pool area as an alarm will go off. This is a safety feature and is Florida law. Press button at side of door entering and leaving.
Lovely home
Thank you for the use of your lovely home, we all loved everything about it and it suited the needs of everyone, young and old. The children all loved the pool and quite often it was a toss up between staying at the villa or going to the parks. Anyway it's back to reality for us all now.

Home Away From Home
Our family of seven (including two very active grandchildren) stayed at Dianne's property for two weeks in February.Dianne was the key to our family having a fantastic, stress free holiday! Booking with her and fine tuning the details was easy. She was very quick to respond to any communications I sent her and deal with whatever was needed to be looked after. In short she goes above and beyond to provide a home away from home!
The location of the house is ideal as there is easy access to Disney, Universal, Sea World, Lego Land, Old Kissimmee, health care and shopping. It is located in a quiet, friendly gated community. The house was very clean and ready for us upon our arrival. It would easily sleep twelve people. Everyone had their own place for privacy. The games room is certainly an added bonus. Many dart competitions were held. The house is kid friendly and we really appreciated that. Baby gate, highchair and strollers were provided. The pool and pool area was also very clean. We paid to have the pool heated and it was! Often with other rentals we have had to call many times to get the pool heated to a comfortable temperature and miss out on pool days as we waited. And the pool lighting for evening swimming adds another wonderful dimension. We spent many relaxing hours by the pool and our grandson learnt to swim on his own! I would rent this property again and will definitely be recommending this property to family and friends travelling to this area. Dianne is the best part of this rental! She cares! Thank you Dianne for everything.

Very nice place to stay
Family had a great vacation and we spent a great deal of time enjoying the pool, having lunch on the patio, and playing games/watching TV. Diane was great to work with and we will certainly recommend this house to others. God bless.

Amazing holiday!
Everything about the villa was perfect.Plsyed pool s d ping pong in the games room every night, and the pool most mornings.Saw a lot of wildlife out the back of the house, especially a couple of nice birds that came by from time to time. For food, I would definitely recommend Tony Roma's ribs or Don Pablo's in International Drive. Also a visit to Celebration would be well worthwhile, only a 15 minute drive. It has some shops/restaurants and is the perfect place for an evening walk.
