Emerald Island Resort 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Florida Villa

We have stayed in quiet a few houses in Florida over the years we have been coming here, we have been very lucky with the condition of the houses. This house again meets all expectations. The cleanliness, facilities, my granddaughter especially has enjoyed the pool as we all have. I would recommend this house to anyone and Mark and Hannah for their wonderful help at such short notice. Emerald island Resort is a plus. House so convenient for Parks, shops and eating places I have one little grip, that’s me and pillows, like sleeping on a rock, everyone else ok.

We stayed here June / July 2022. Lovely villa well equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was big with lots of chairs and sun loungers. Plenty of towels in each of the bathrooms and beach towels to use outside. The villa was clean and the sitting area was cosy and comfy. We didn't go to the clubhouse much as there was a well equipped games room at the villa. The Resort was the best I have stayed on and although we only visited the clubhouse a couple of times I would definitely visit more next time. We had a couple of issues with the pool when we arrived but these were soon rectified by the management company Norma & Sean which didn't affect our holiday. Great stay would definitely book this villa again if its available.

Booked this home with Mark and Hannah for a last minute holiday, so pleased I did! The home is on a very clean, well maintained gated community in an ideal location for Disney. It’s so close in fact you can hear the Disney fireworks some evenings! Animal Kingdom is 5 minutes away, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios all 10-15 minutes away. So close we were able to go to the parks for the morning, return to the house to cool down in the lovely pool during the hottest part of the day and back to the parks for the evening. Seaworld parks and Universal all 20-30 minutes away. The home, well we would certainly stay here again without hesitation! It was huge and well equipped for families with children of all ages. Mark and Hannah are such lovely hosts too. I miss the bedroom and walk in wardrobe so much already!

Stayed in this villa for 3 weeks in October 2019. 9 adults and we all had plenty space. The villa is so well equipped with kitchen appliances, bedding, towels and beach towels. The heated pool was great for lazy days when not at the parks. We had other family staying in villas in emerald island Resort and most liked ours over theirs. Would totally recommend this villa. Fantastic holiday.

The villa is located in the gated community of Emerald Island Resort. An easy booking process, with directions to the resort. Following check-in at the resort, we obtained a swipe card for each time we were coming back to the villa, which made access very easy. The villa itself was very clean and had everything we could need. We had a baby in the group, and there was a highchair, pushchair and travel cot, which was great. The layout of the villa was great for us, and plenty of space, inside and out. There was a minor breakdown with the pool heating but the management company were around the same day and it was fixed immediately. Great service. I would highly recommend this property to others, and would return ourselves.
