Emerald Island Retreat | 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Villa

We (family of 2adults, 3 children) spent 11 wonderful nights at the villa end of Nov/ start Dec. From the outset Michael has been brilliant to deal with and a font of information. The house is spotless and has every thing you would need. The house and area were safe and inviting. The amenities of the clubhouse, location close to Disney, restaurants and shopping would mean we would not hesitate to return in the future. Just returned from a 16 night stay at villa 1. Lovely spacious villa with everything you need. It was lovely coming home from a busy day in the park and chilling outside or soaking our aching feet in the Jacuzzi. Big enough driveway for our 2 big SUVs. Shops and restaurants 5 mins drive. Disney 10 mins and Universal 25-40. Pity when we return next year both Michael and Susan's villas are already booked up, but will definitely keep in mind for the following year. Michael and Susan were so easy to contact and answered any questions we had. They allowed us to stay in the villa passed check out due to us having a late flight which we were very grateful for. Thank you for sharing your amazing villa with us.

Fantastic experience with this villa and its owners. Family visit 20 Aug - 3 Sept 2023. From first email contact , the owner has always responded within 24 hours at the latest normally much sooner. Always very helpful and informative. Villa is excellently located close to Disney resorts and only 5 mins drive to restaurants and shops. Outlet malls, SeaWorld and Universal only a 20-25 min drive. Villa has 4 good size bedrooms, lovely pool and large open plan kitchen family room with air conditioning. Games room for kids and 3 bathrooms, 2 ensuite. Owner even got in touch to warn us about incoming hurricane while we were there. Really recommend this villa, it’s is great value and deposit is paid back promptly on return. Great owners and lovely villa. Thank you.

We are just back from the most wonderful stay at Emerald Island Resort. There was just 3 of us in this spacious villa but it was absolutely perfect. We used the pool and jacuzzi daily aswel ad the gaming room. It was equipped with everything we needed and was beautifully clean upon arrival. Michael and Susan were really good to deal with prior to the visit and responded quickly to any questions or queries I had. Thanks again and we will be fully recommending this villa to friends and family.

We recently had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Emerald Isle Resort, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning villa that became our home away from home during our vacation. We used the pool every day and it certainly became the focal point for our family On our last day before our late flight home, we decided to spend some time at the clubhouse at Emerald Isle Resort. It turned out to be the perfect way to end our vacation. The pool facilities were clean, inviting, and well-maintained. We enjoyed a refreshing swim, soaking up the sun and relishing the warm weather. The pool area was also quite spacious, allowing us to find a comfortable spot to relax. The snack facilities at the clubhouse were an added convenience. We indulged in some delicious snacks and refreshing beverages, which provided a satisfying break from our activities. The staff at the clubhouse was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our experience was enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Emerald Isle Resort was exceptional. The villa provided us with a luxurious and comfortable retreat, while the resort amenities and clubhouse added to the overall experience. We spent a month at Emerald Island 1 resort last month. The house was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, I would recommend paying for heat as the nights do cool down. Thank you Michael for making our winter getaway enjoyable. We would have reserved for winter of 2024 but it was already rented.

My husband and I stayed in Michael and Susan’s Home #1 from April 9-16th, 2023. Wonderful stay all around. From booking to checking in, our stay and to checking out, the process was smooth and efficient. Beautiful, clean home equipped with everything you need and more. Wonderful!! Felt like our home away from home. It certainly was hard to leave upon checkout. The neighbourhood in Emerald Island is beautiful and clean, and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily swims in the beautiful pool. Loved that we got the sun all day. We would highly recommend Michael and Susan’s home, and look forward to another holiday sometime soon. We stayed at this villa for a week. Michael and the maintenance man were great. The house was clean. The game room was great! 2 of the eyes on the stove were not working when we got there, but was fixed the next morning. We will definitely stay at this villa again.

We have recently had a 2 week stay! The villa was lovely, close to Disney parks, shops, the pool was amazing for the kids as well as the games room. Washing machine was extremely useful also. Owners were polite and easy to deal with. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The house location is great! It is really good organized and it was clean. The only issue was the washing machine broke, although Michael promptly fixed this problem.

We have just returned from two weeks in this villa. The house was spotless and well equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were warm and enticing. We recently stayed for 2 weeks at Retreat 1 and had a fabulous time. We are frequent visitors to the area and this was our first time renting from Michael. His communication was fast and easy. He responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. The home is clean and very comfortable. Lots of games in the garage, including bikes. We did not spend a lot of time at the house, but when we did it was a comfortable place to return to at night. I highly recommend staying at one of their properties as they are very responsive owners.
