Emerald Island Resort 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Florida Town Home

Just back in UK after 18 nights at 8449 Crystal Cove Loop. Really great location, Disney on the doorstep (you are on property in literally 5 minutes) and a couple of minutes to the 192 here you will find an abundance of places to eat, drink and shop. The accommodation was perfect for our family of four adults. Everything you would need for a stay and spacious and comfortable. The small pool and jacuzzi is literally across the road and a two minute walk. really nice and relaxing. Parking right outside the home. A fantastic, homely and comfortable base for our holiday and great value. Francis very good at answering emails and kept in contact both in the run up and during our stay. We have stayed here twice. Been coming to Orlando every year for 9 years , love it. The villa is a terraced house perfect for the 4 of us. There is parking right outside, emerald island is very convenient for Disney, literally 5 mins to the nearest park which is Animsl Kingdom. Francis has always responded and been very accommodating. Villa has everything you need, gated community, shared pool which is usually v quiet. You do have to go and get a pass from the club house which now costs $10 but it has basketball courts another pool and a gym. Great value for money - I would def recommend, thanks again Francis xx

We arrived at 8449 crystal cove loop which is in a lovely gated community in Kissimmee,emararld island. The townhouse we stayed in was very roomy,well equipped and met a very high standard for value for money. Francis the owner was extremely helpful and polite and replied very quickly to emails. Really close and easy access for Disney,universal,seaworld,shopping,restaurants and supermarkets. We would highly recommend this townhouse to friends and family. Thanks Francis and nita

Really close to Disney and the I4 and the Formosa Gardens area, lots of restaurants and supermarkets for groceries etc. Home is located a minutes walk away from the pool area and tennis courts. Plenty of room for a family in the home, tv's in all of the rooms with plenty of channels if you're having a rest from the parks or the sun. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need. Francis was excellent to deal with and will get back to you straight away should you have any questions or queries. This town house was exactly what we wanted, clean comfy, perfect for a family.Close to Disney parks ,shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be relaxing after a busy day at the parks.Owners very helpful with our endless questions. Very good rates,Would recommened this town house.

I rented this unit for Feb. and Mar. 2015. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. The furniture has been upgraded as well as plenty of kitchen supplies. The location is close to Disney and many dining establishments within three miles. From my first contact with the owner any questions or concerns were dealt with very promptly. I will return here again and would recommend anyone wanting a nice location and unit to stay here.

During the 3-month stay from January - March 2014, your vacation home was very comfortable and clean. The unit's furniture appears to have been updated recently. There was a abundant supply of dishes and cookware. The walls were nicely painted and had lots of art work. The unit's location is very close to Disney World and there are a number of good restaurants within 3 miles of Emerald Island. Overall, the stay was above expectations and the vacation home would be recommended to anyone.

Stayed here in september 2012 for just over a week and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Exactly what we wanted. A nice little town house in the fantastic Emerald Island Resort. Immaculate condition and loved the little balcony in the master bedroom to read my book in late afternoon. Excellent amenities in the resort with 2 pools and location is great for access to the parks and golf courses. Would 100% stay again and the owners were friendly and easy to contact.

The owner has been fantastic from the beginning - before we arrived we were able to extend out stay via emails, and since booking owner has kept in contact. On arrival it is just like a home away from home. Love the kitchen (enjoyed some lovely home cooked meals), and love having a washer&dryer to do any washing before leaving. Home very clean and everything is provided - towels, pans, a potato masher! Air con is PERFECT! Master bed huge and extremely comfy. Had a fantastic week here. Only issue is we had no car ao highway 192 is a good 30 minute walk (we've been travelling ao no money for taxis.) LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings on 192 and ordered a dominoes to the home too! Relied on buses and all drivers very friendly. Took about an hour to get to Disney including walk up to the highway. Both pools literally on doorstep and we were there regularly. We shopped at the Walmart on Cagan Crossings - 20 mins on a bus from the 192. Thank you so much and we'd definitely stay again.

We stayed in this lovely home for just under 5 weeks earlier this year. We have been to Orlando many times but this was the first time booking accommodation directly from the owners. Francis was very prompt responding to my numerous emails. The home is in a great location close to the parks and numerous places to eat. It is also very comfortable and exactly as its looks in the photos - we would have no hesitation staying here again.

Very nice and clean townhome, better than in the photos. The resort is very nice too with all its ametinies, heated pool and spa. Very close to all Disney themes parks, shopping and restaurants.
