The house was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. Everything waVrbos clean, organized, and thoughtfully set up for guests.We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. I have stayed at Belgravia Villa now 2 times as my family has vacationed in Florida. The house is very spacious and very clean. The pool and backyard are very spacious as well as very private. It's close to everything. The hosts are very accommodating and are very responsive. It's a great home to stay in and I would continue to stay at Belgravia whenever going down to Florida. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Family of 7 people. Two parents and 5 children. We had a fantastic time. House is perfect. The Kitchen, the bedrooms, the two living rooms, the pool was so great! The décoration of the villa is so nice, so cosy. Location from park and other facilities is perfect. We are sad to leave after three weeks here. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Thank you Steve for letting us stay and for being so helpful and answering all our questions. All our expectations fully met. Thank you.

The owner, Steve, is an absolute star. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great start to our vacation. We had encountered issues with the flights and Steve stepped up and offered a number of resolutions, which we gladly received. The digital pack sent out is a real plus and offers information and guidance on all matters. The directions to the villa were superb and we were so glad of the information pack when it came to entering the villa. The location and the villa itself were brilliant. The pool and pool heat were second to none. The fencing around the property ensured there was privacy at all times. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and the living areas were ideal. If you get the chance to stay at this villa then take it, you won’t be sorry.

This villa is a lovely place to stay while in florida. It's spacious and has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the pool and spa with lots of room to spread out. The games room is a really good addition especially if you have rainy days. It was really clean and tidy on arrival and well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We are lucky enough to have visited Orlando numerous times before and have to say this is by far one of the best villas we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The owners made the booking process easy and were on hand to answer any queries during our stay...we will definitely be back!

This house was spotless, and owner was available for any questions. Pool and hot tub worked perfectly, and every room had clean and comfy bedding. Washer and dryer and game room were a plus. Great home for larger family in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney parks. Date of arrival - January 25, 2025

We had a 16 day stay at this villa and would highly recommend to others, if we were to visit Orlando again we would definitely stay here again, the pool was fab, grandchildren especially loved it and cried on our last day as they didn't want to go home, it was equipped with everything you might need for your stay and was local for shops food places and parks, it was very clean and tidy when we arrived and gained access very easily, if there was anything to improve on it would be a slight update to the games room maybe, no darts for the board and the air hockey table wasn't working but we made good use of the pool table (even if it was slightly tipped) which helped us ladies ????

Hi Gary, the games room is due for an overall this June 2025, as you are aware this year (2024) we painted the home through out new granite worktops and brand new carpets throughout the home. once again thank you for being good guests and thank you for the review.

We had the pleasure staying at this amazing villa that provides excellent location and facilities. This was our 5th trip to Orlando and takes top spot for the best villa we have ever stayed at. I mention villa but it's a huge luxury house that has vast amount of space and the owners spare no expense keeping it at a high luxurious level. Am going to be honest we all like a saving and am glad we paid that little extra for this place. I spent a day on arrival boasting how great this place is to family and friends so the question is if you want that WOW factor and the best of everything, you need to book this villa. Huge rooms, pool, kitchen, biggest plot on the estate, top spec entertainment system, games room oh yes biggest samsungs washing machine and dryer that sings to you on completion. Owners are always there for your assistance and has fantastic management team behind the scenes make your holiday best ever. Close to all disney parks and minutes away to huge publix and walmart plus restaurants. We have found our second home and will be returning hopefully next 12-18 months.

We stayed at this fantastic villa during May half term, most certainly home from home. It had everything you needed and more, perfect size, comfortable beds and a wonderful outdoor area for those relaxing moments. The guide manual before you arrive was a great touch, made it a lot easier for us. Thankyou for having us.
