Overview
The interior of our executive villa has been professionally designed and furnished to an exquisite standard. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and is fully loaded with all the basics and more! The property is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the main living areas and master bedrooms.The pool is 28ft x14ft on an extended deck area with brand new high end patio furniture. The King Master Suite is decorated in a very traditional style,with a King size bed and a 48 inch television with DVD player.The en-suite bathroom is enormous!With his and her vanities,the bathroom also has a full garden tub,separate shower stall, and a separate enclosure for the lavatory. The Queen Master Suite has a queen size bed and 32 inch LCD flat screen TV with build-in DVD player.The en-suite bathroom in the Queen Master bedroom has a single vanity unit and shower. The games room supplies hours of entertainment for all ages with a billiard, foosball, and ping pong tables.Pool toys as well as basketballs, volleyballs, and tennis rackets are provided and many more.
Facilities
We accept maximum 6 adults and 2 children. The fourth bedroom is designated exclusive for children's and we do not allow adults to sleep in that room/beds.
During peak periods we may only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings. The booking deposit of 30% of the total booking must be received within 7 days or your reservation may not be held.
The client may cancel the holiday booked at any time after it has been confirmed. If you need to cancel the booking the owners must be informed in writing.
- Cancellation prior to 2 months before the arrival date will result in loss of booking deposit only.
- Cancellation less than 2 months before the arrival date will result in 50%loss of rental charge unless we are able to re-book your reserved week(s).
- Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date will result in total loss of rental charge unless we are able to re-book your reserved week(s).
We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the balance is not paid by the prescribed time.
Living
The interior of our executive villa has been professionally designed and furnished to an exquisite standard; the family room has a 50 inch HDTV with full cable, DVD player, and Netflix, two leather couches, and glass coffee and end tables. The villa is equipped with secure Wi-Fi internet and unlimited calls throughout the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and is fully loaded with all the basics - and more! It contains a fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice maker, electric stove, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and food disposer. Kitchen cupboards are stocked with plenty of glasses, tableware, pots, pans, cutlery, and cook ware. There is no shortage of small appliances to meet your unique needs, such as a toaster oven, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, hand mixers, steamer, rice cooker, mini muffin maker, electric grill, sandwich maker, popcorn maker, mini burger grill, and bake wear(for cookies, cake, mini cakes). A high chair and playpen play yard is provided for those traveling with small children.
Dining
Elegant dinning table with 6 chairs, ready for celebration with elegant retro cutlery. Light up the dinning room with elegant chandelier.
Bedrooms
The King Master Suite is decorated in a very traditional style, with a King size bed and a 48 inch television with DVD player. The Queen Master Suite has a queen size bed and 32 inch LCD flat screen TV with build-in DVD player. The third bedroom is modelled with a more modern flare. It contains a queen size bed, 12" television and DVD player. The fourth bedroom is designed as a children's bedroom with two twin beds, a 21" TV and VHS-DVD player. There are also board games and Disney movies available to entertain the kids for hours.
Bathrooms
The King en-suite bathroom is enormous! With his and her vanities, the bathroom also has a full garden tub, separate shower stall, and a separate enclosure for the lavatory. You can also access to the pool deck, for easy access to the facilities after a dip in the pool! Each of the master en-suite bathrooms come equipped with 2 bath robes and bath towels personalized for 'His' and 'Hers'. The en-suite bathroom in the Queen Master bedroom has a single vanity unit and shower. The third bathroom is smaller than the two en-suite bathrooms but still contains a single vanity unit, full bath and shower
Games Room
The games room supplies hours of entertainment for all ages with a billiard, foosball, and ping pong tables. Pool toys, as well as basketballs, volleyballs, and tennis rackets are provided for those wishing to enjoy some of the communal facilities on the resort. Beach chairs and beach umbrella, with coolers for your drinks, water boards, bicycle and many more... to have a vacation to remember.
Pool
Private pool facing south/south-west. Linai area with ceiling fan and outdoor dinning table for 4.Pool deck retreat you with 4 long chairs in the sun or in the shadow under two large umbrellas. The Spa/Jacuzzi just waiting for you to offer unforgettable evening time in the private spa(heated if you wish for). We provide welcome pack to arrival so you will remember this vacation for long time.
Outside

Garage
Garage is use as a game room with all you need for having a good time at the pool; or spending a full day at the beach with out renting beach chairss,foldable table,beach umbrella or cooler containers.You have them all. You like biking we have 3 bikes waiting for you.

The villa is equipped with secure high speed Wi-Fi internet and unlimited calls throughout the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Baby Equipment
For the guests who travel with baby,we provide playpen, baby bath, high chair. Lots of Disney movies for children.
Pets
We love pets.Unfortunetly we can not accept pets due to risk of alergy for other guests.

Driving Distances from Hampton Lakes to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

This Villa was exactly as advertised!!!
This Villa was exactly as advertised; it was virtually immaculate!!
Our family was a party of five visiting Orlando with grandchild #3. This villa was in a very quiet neighborhood, within easy driving distance to Disney World, just as advertised. The property was extremely well furnished, with a well stocked kitchen and immaculate both inside and out. The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition and we enjoyed many relaxing hours in the water. We communicated with Gabriela (owner) before and after the visit via e-mail. She was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the booking and arrival process. Her responsiveness and quick e-mail replies were impressive. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family making a trip to Disney or the surrounding theme parks. Tim & Karyn, Yorktown Virginia

We were fortunate to be able to vacation in this lovely house for over a month. It is by far the cleanest, most well kept house we have ever rented. Everything from the appliances to the bedding, to the towels, are the best of the best . The mattresses are of the highest quality and very comfy. Owners Gabriella and Isabella now feel like friends, and were always extremely helpful and prompt to answer any questions we had. Our questions were few as everything was excellent. They have provided everything you could possibly need for a fun holiday, even extra pool loungers, and floaties, bikes and games in the immaculate garage! If you are looking for a lovely, spotless house, this is the one. The subdivision is also very nice and well kept. Thank you Gabriella and Isabella once again, for a terrific holiday. Best villa ever!!
Summer 2016 we rented the villa for three weeks. We rented villa's in de Orlando area before, but this was the best. Gabriela and Isabella stay in contact, so when you need anything they react within a few hours. The villa is very compleed and clean. This was The best villa rental ever!! Also payment from The Netherlands was not a problem. We highly recommend this villa. We will be back.

We been lucky to have you and your family as our guests and we always go extra miles to please every one staying at our villa..
We just renovated the pool and add 2 Dolphins to swim with. We had done some more upgrades and add more pool inflatables beside the one you left it for us. We got your "donat" and the pump to inflate the toys. Thank you and we have them there when you are ready to return to Orlando.
