Highgate Park 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Villa With Secluded Pool

Just inside the front door to the right hand side is the formal lounge area with 2 sofas, continuing through the villa is the large, open-plan and well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for three people and dining table which seats six people. There is also a main family lounge with two sofas and armchair, patio doors to the pool area and a flatscreen TV with cable

The fully equipped open planned kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a meal for you and your family. There is a full-size oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer (for squeezing your own fresh Florida oranges). The utility area has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. 

Wall mounted USB electrical sockets are fitted to the breakfast bar.

We have a dining area that seats 6 people adjacent to the kitchen. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar and a large 8 seater table outside under the covered lanai.

5 Bedrooms - Sleeps 10.

The Master bedroom is upstairs and has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a balcony with seating for two people.

Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor off the main lounge and has a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the pool area.

Upstairs bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed.

Bedroom 4 & 5 has twin beds and 2 full bathrooms can also be found upstairs.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and flat screen TV's with cable.

The garage has been converted to a games room with a pool table, air hockey and electronic dart board. 

A PS3 is avaialble for use.

The pool area is South West facing with an extended large pool deck, making it a great area for recreation all day long. There is a large shaded Lanai for you or your children to escape out of the sun when needed. The pool and spa can be heated at an extra cost during the cooler months.

There are plenty of sun loungers and chairs to accomadate eveyone when relaxing by the pool. 

For childrens safety the lounge patio doors are alarmed and the pool has a full length safety net.

There is parking for 2 cars in front of the garage.

Free highspeed internet is available along with free local phone calls.

Travel cot (bed linen not supplied) and highchair are available in the villa.Should your require additional equipment this can be rented from our management company.
