Highgate Park is centrally located with a Publix grocery store within a 5 minute drive (in Berry Town Center) on Highway 27 and for the larger shopping needs there is a Super Walmart less than 5 miles from the home. In both these shopping areas you will find restaurants and take away available. If you are looking for more choices take a quick drive up Highway 192 W where there is an abundance of choices - Carrabba’s, Outback, Bonefish, TGI Friday’s etc.
Living
A spacious, contemporary open plan living area with 3 sofas and plenty of space for relaxing. Watch the TV or a DVD or relax with a good book!
Kitchen
Up to date fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. A huge selection of plates, bowls and glasses for both indoor and outdoor use. Fully stocked kitchen cupboards with everything you could need to create your own meals. Two bar stools provide seating at the breakfast bar.
Dining
Dining area with large table and six chairs for fabulous family meals.
Bedrooms
Master suite with luxurious king size bed with patio doors out to pool area, flat screen TV and DVD player, walk in wardrobe. Beautiful queen suite with queen size bed, large built in wardrobe, flat screen TV and DVD player. One twin bedroom, with full size twin beds, large built in wardrobes, flat screen TV and DVD player. One bedroom with bunk (twin bunk over full sized bed and trundle twin bed underneath) sleeping up to 4, including large built in wardrobes, flat screen TV and DVD player.
Bathrooms
Large en-suite with shower, corner bath, large vanity units holding two basins and separate toilet. Queen bathroom has a low sided bath with shower over, basin in vanity unit, toilet. Jack and Jill bathroom between these two bedrooms with bath and shower over, basin in large vanity unit and toilet.
Games Room
Keep the kids (of all ages) happy in our fantastic games room. Complete with pool table, air hockey, dartboard, TV and X-Box.
Pool
Very private pool/spa which can be heated for extra charge.
Outside
Enjoy the Florida sunshine on our extremely private pool/spa deck or for those preferring shade there is a covered lanai. Table and chairs to seat 6 (+ 2 stools). 4 sun loungers and pool towels are provided. Pool/spa heat available if required ($35 /£27 per night). Enjoy relaxing evenings whilst sitting or dining by the pool, which can be illuminated. The pool/deck area has covered screening to keep the pool clean and the bugs out.

For our very young guests you will find a high chair, bed-guard, stroller, travel cot/playpen, baby monitor.
Accessible
Our home is suitable for the elderly and infirm. There is one step to the porch at the front of the villa and a small step down from the patio doors to the lanai.
Location
Highgate Legacy Park Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Orlando just off HWY27. All our vacation rentals on the prestigious Highgate Park gated community have their own private pools. Disney World, Orlando and all the main attractions are on the doorstep 10 - 15 minutes drive away so your family or group can have the time of your lives here. Highgate Park is one of six subdivisions on the Davenport development of Legacy Park. It is a pretty setting amongst landscaped gardens and an abundance of pine trees and orange groves. This Orlando community has guest facilities which include a tennis court and children's play area. The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restuarants. Local favourites would be Sunday's Fish and Chip shop, Applebee's Bar and Grill there is also MIA Pizza and and Indian restaurant called Dhaba.
If it's a bar you are looking for then the Paddy Wagon formally known as Linksters is the place to be. The Paddy Wagon has a long bar area with flat screen TV's showing all the sporting action including English Premiership Football. They have Ladies nights on Tuesday where you get an extra 20% off your drinks until close, pub quizzes and they run a Paddy Wagon golf league on Thursdays in the summer at the nearby Highlands Reserve golf club.
As well as the inside bar area there is outside seating so you can sit and enjoy the warm Florida nights with your friends over a few cold beverages what more could you ask for and did I also say the bar is great value with Bud Select around $2.50!!
