Living Room: (Ground Floor)

As you enter the villa you find the Living room with 2 sofas with seating for up to 6.

The room is bright, sunny and airy facing the front of the villa. Vaulted ceilings add a sense of grandeur and drama to the layout of the villa.

Family Room: (Ground Floor)

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large 50" LCD HD Smart TV with DVD player in the impressive armoire unit.

The room is open plan to the kitchen and informal breakfast nook dining area and overlooks the beautiful sun deck at the rear of the property.

Large Family Kitchen:

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

"Formal" Dining Area:

This beautifully decorated room has a large, opulent dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. There is a direct access through to the kitchen 

"Informal" Dining Area:

The pleasant breakfast nook is adjacent to the kitchen with views overlooking the pool deck and golf course views beyond. For informal dining, there is a large round glass-topped table and 6 chairs.

Master Bedroom: (First Floor)

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck and onto the golf course has been furnished with a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, 42" LCD HD TV with DVD player and alarm clock radio. 

Second Master Bedroom: (Ground Floor)

This bedroom comes equipped with a full-sized bed (double) and double drawer units with mirror and 32" LCD Smart HD TV above and large built-in wardrobe

Bedroom Three: (First Floor)

This bedroom is set up as a twin bedroom with matching nightstand. The room enjoys twin aspect windows. Within the room, we also have a 32" LCD HD Smart TV and ample storage. 

Bedroom Four: (First Floor)

This Music & Sports themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds with a matching nightstand and dressing table with mirror. Within the room, we also have a 32" LCD HD Smart TV and a large built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom Five: (First Floor)

This Disney Princess themed bedroom comes equipped with twin-size beds with a matching nightstand and dressing table with mirror. Within the room, we also have a 32" LCD HD Smart TV and a large built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom One: (Master Bedroom En-Suite) (First Floor)

The connecting spacious en-suite bathroom has a large Roman-style spa bath, walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

Bathroom Two: (Acts as Second Master Bedroom En-suite) (Ground Floor)

Immediately next to the Second bedroom is the bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin/vanity unit. This serves as the en-suite to the master bedroom after hours.

Bathroom Three: (First Floor) (Family Bathroom)

The twin bedrooms are served by the remaining family bathroom. There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

Ground Floor Games Room 1:

This games room is wonderfully equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With 7' pool table, table tennis table, table foosball, table hockey and mini hockey table - there are activities to keep the kids (of all ages) entertained and occupied - the key to a most successful holiday!

First Floor Games Room 2:

Spacious galleried landing with 2 electronic games consoles (Xbox One / Nintendo Wii) There are two well-stocked bookcases and a range of board games and toys for the children's entertainment.

The pool has been recently fully refurbished and relined.

It is larger than average size going from 3 feet in depth to 6 feet in depth.

There is a feature turtle built in to the lining.

There is also access to the large communal pool.

The pool deck is not directly overlooked and is a very large plot affording excellent levels of privacy whilst ensuring superb views across the golf course and Wellington Woods into the distance.

There is also an optional top of the range free standing hot tub - whichis, quite honestly - wonderful!!

Pool Deck:

The large pool with west facing deck has fantastic open views over the fabulous golf course.  We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 6 chairs - 2 of the chairs are reclining and have footstools providing an additional 2 sun loungers. A large parasol is provided to provide shade when needed.

The deck receives glorious sunshine from early morning until spectacular sunset!

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling hot tub ? Heats (independently from the pool) to 104 degrees. Powerful jets soak away your aches and pains! Hot tub is available for an additional £16 GB Pounds per day. Pool heat is available for an additional £23 GB Pounds per day.

The villa itself is located in a large plot end of cul de sac location providing unparalleled privacy.

The driveway can hold four large cars off the main road.

The garage is capable of holding 2 cars.

It is currently converted into a Games Room.

The villa is equipped with very fast wifi provided by Spectrum. This is provided free of charge.

The house isn't especially set up for disabled access, though one of the two master bedrooms is located on the ground floor.

No pets are permitted at the home (sorry!)
