Overview
Diane's Highlands Villa is in the golf community of Highlands Reserve, it is within easy driving distance to the Disney parks and Universal with access to both the US27 and I-4. It has a private south west facing pool & spa which overlook a conservation area, with no rear neighbours.
The villa has air-conditioning and fast speed internet. The open plan lounge looks out to the pool and has a large 75" smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances, dinnerware, cutlery, an airfryer, coffee maker, kettle, blender and airfryer.
The master en suite has a UK Superking/US King bed, a 43" smart TV, walk-in closet and a large shower with double vanity sinks. The second master has a UK Superking/US King, large walk-in closet and a 43" smart TV with an en-suite with a bath/shower.
The location of the villa is ideal for golfers and non-golfers, with a clubhouse for coffee/drinks/snacks, pickle ball/tennis court and communal pool. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets in the local area.
Location
Highlands Reserve Florida villas located in Davenport, just off HWY27. This luxury villa rental, golf course community is a great place from which explore all the world famous Orlando attractions. As you enter the community, and pass the welcoming waterfall, you drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd and pass the clubhouse on your right. Various golf holes can also be seen from either side of the road. The community also has a children’s play area. NO SERVICE FEE
The Highlands Reserve Orlando community is split into seven subdivisions. Most have golf related names you will recognise including, Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse. The course is ideal for golfers of all levels. With wide open fairways, undulating greens and only one water hazard on the tenth hole.
For a different golfing experience why not try the Country Club at Champions Gate or Ridgewood Lakes both of which are nearby. Other local courses include Southern Dunes, Reunion Resort (3 courses) and Champions Gate (2 courses). So many options so little time!
After a hard round of golf why not check out the locals favourite bar, the Paddy Wagon! Located at Berry Town Center, the nearby shopping plaza, the Paddy Wagon has quiz nights, ladies night and lots of drink specials. As well as multiple tv screens showing all your favourite sports and English Premier football.
If you are in Orlando to visit the theme parks then Highlands Reserve is a great location with Disney World's main gate only 15 minutes away. Whilst, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld are around 25 minutes away by car.
Fancy a day at the beach, no problem, Highlands Reserve is located about an hour from either coast. Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic is great for surfing. Whilst, Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast is ideal for swimming or relaxing in the calm warm waters, which live up to it’s name!
Highlands Reserve Florida Villas in Davenport
All our Highlands Reserve Davenport villas are located around 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports are just over an hour away. British Airways and Virgin Atlantic fly direct to Orlando and Tampa along with a number of other airlines. Most tour operators like Thomson fly into Sanford airport.
A great advantage of staying on Highlands Reserve is the size of the lots the villas are built on. Having oversized lots means the homes are not right on top of each other, which you often see on other Orlando villa communities.
Guests come back year after year to Highlands Reserve making it one of the most popular villa communities in Orlando. With its great location, excellent golf course and larger than normal homes, it’s easy to see why!
Highlands Reserve Orlando Villas: Driving Distances to the Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to the main Orlando theme parks. These are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, but to the car park for each attraction.
Most journeys to the parks are via highways or the main I-4 Interstate. Driving at speeds of 55-65 MPH makes it quick to get there, and all attractions are well sign posted.

Pool Safety Fences
Most of our Florida villas will either have door alarms on any exterior door that leads to the pool area or a pool safety fence surrounding the pool. Some even both, we have put together a blog post and video showing you how to use the fence. If there are no children in your party then you can take it out and rolling it up in the corner if you prefer but please put it back when you leave the villa, ready for the next guests.

The villa starts from £160 per night plus US taxes and fees. We ask for a 25% deposit at time of booking and balance due at least 8 weeks before check-in. We also ask for a refundable breakage deposit of £200 paid with your balance.

Pool is a Private Oasis!
We contacted Diane to inquire about her Highlands Reserve Villa location. Response time was impressive and she was happy to answer all of our questions. After much research & deliberation we decided to book with Diane and are so happy that we did. The home was spotless and amenities were top notch including: comfy mattresses, fully stocked kitchen cupboards, lots of seating, tons of towels etc. The backyard was like having our own private oasis, the pool, spa and seating areas were top notch and sunsets were amazing! We also appreciated the home's quiet location away from all of the hustle and bustle of the theme park busyness. The close proximity to grocery stores, coffee shops etc was a bonus.
Thank you Diane for being such an amazing host and making our experience so positive and memorable. We hope to return in the near future. :)

Diane's villas are Exceptional
We have just returned after having spent two great weeks in Diane's Highland Reserves Villa. The villa is absolutely beautiful. The furnishings and decor are lovely. Diane has thought about everything you could possibly need (and more). The pool area is perfect with all day sun and lovely open views. The covered lanai was a welcome shade at times from the blazing sunshine.
Booking with Diane was a pleasure and any questions we had were answered immediately. We stayed in Diane's other villa in Highgate Park earlier this year and it is just as lovely. Diane goes the extra mile to ensure that everything is perfect for her guests. We have been renting villas in Florida for almost thirty years and can honestly say that both of Diane's villas more than exceeded the others.
We are already looking at flights to return again soon.

A True Home from Home
We had a wonderful stay at Diane’s Villa at Highlands Reserve situated off the 27 and easy access to the I4 and 192. Publix and Walmart are also nearby.
When you walk into the villa everything is brand new and renovated to a very high standard. It seemed we were the first guests to have stayed at the villa, and you can see the love and attention that has been put into the furnishings and decor.
The master bedroom was lovely and bright and tastefully decorated, the bed was new and very comfortable…the best sleeps we’ve had.
The kitchen has everything you need including an air fryer, coffee maker with filter and pods for great coffee. Fast washer and dryer to wash all your clothes before going home.
Super fast internet connection throughout the villa.
The pool area were we spent most of our time is south west facing and gets the sun all day long, as well as the shaded area for when you need get out of the sun without going inside. It is well screened on each side with no one overlooking, there is a toilet access from pool area to master bathroom without going through the house. There were plenty of pool towels on hand.
As we relaxed at the pool overlooking the conservation area, we observed plenty of wildlife including White tailed deer, a hawk, turkey buzzards, cranes and herons.
A true home from home and we will definitely return next year.

Highly Recommend Diane's Villa
Cannot recommend Diane's villa highly enough! Beautiful luxury villa with all possible amenities including games room. Modern, clean and very comfortable catering for up to 8 people with ease. The private rear pool/patio had uninterrupted views of natural scenery. Diane offered us a very personal unique service from the moment we booked our stay. We had the most amazing holiday and would definitely recommend it to couples and families alike.

A memorable stay in a top-notch home!
A memorable charming vacation home, with top-notch amenities and a refreshing pool overlooking breathtaking sunset views. The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was modern and comfortable, the host provided for our little one a highchair, a crib, and a stroller. It is in a convenient location to many shops and restaurants. We felt at home.
Diane is an amazing host, and her communication was prompt and courteous, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again, Thanks Diane!
