This stunning Florida villa is situated within a gated community called Lindfields Reserve, this comunity is very select and only consistsof 16 villas. We have been renting this property on VRBO and have over 240 five star reviews. This area is very sort after thanks to not only the close proximity to walt disney world (only a few miles away) , but also for the standard and size of the homes located in this area.The fully private indoor open courtyard pool and spa is unusual for a florida villa in design as it is in the centre of the building. Not attached to the rear of the property as most villas have. This gives total privacy whilst using the pool,spa and pool deck area. The villa also has a games room with a pool table/ table tennis, arcade machine, dart board and exculsive use of a outdoor tennis court.

fully air conditioned with celing fans patio doors all leading to the pool area. all patio doors have child alarms on them for your saftey.

3 sofas and a fireplace ( which does not get used much in florida!)

Fully equiped kitchen for all cooking needs including a airfryer and microwave . we also supply a electric kettle ( which you dont see many of in florida) breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.

Lindfields Reserve is quiet and peaceful and consists of 16 privately owned villas set within a picturesque gated community, there is a private tennis court . We are only a 7 min drive to Walt Disney world resort. Close proximity to all major restaurants and just a short 3 min drive to margaritaville resort and water park.
