This beautiful single storey villa is in the established Lindfields development of Kissimmee, located close to Disney. The property is deceptively large and has a living area over 2,200 sq ft, not including the garage and pool area. The property has 4 large bedrooms and 2 large sitting rooms, a dining area and separate breakfast area with an en-suite master bathroom and 2 further bathrooms. There is a kitchen and laundry room, both equipped to the highest standard. Outside there is a large heated South West facing swimming pool, backing onto woodland conservation area, with pool chairs and sun loungers. Ideal for the lazy days or to relax after a day at a theme park or shopping. The pool itself is approx 30ft long and is 6 ft deep at the deep end. Lindfields villas to rent in Orlando, located just off HWY192 in Kissimmee. Lindfields was one of the first Orlando vacation rentals communities in the disney area so the homes are on much larger plots than many of the newer villas. Lindfields is very close to lots of shops, restaurants on HWY192 and just minutes from Disney World. Lindfields is a great place from which to explore all that the Orlando area has to offer. Payment: £150 at the time of booking with balance 6 weeks before stay. At time balance paid we require £200 security deposit which is repayable 2 weeks after stay.

3rd time staying - never disappointed!
We have just returned to UK after staying in this fabulous villa for the 3rd time. What can I say - location to Disney theme parks and shops is second to none and takes literally 10 minutes from door to gates of Magic Kingdom (and not to the Disney Road which is what a lot of renters quote!). Universal is really easy to get to also via US 429 toll road which is very close to the villa. Everything you can ask for in this 4 bed home is there and the pool is the best as it is not overlooked at the rear - unlike a lot of places. The hosts are always helpful in both initial enquiries and providing important details well in advance of your stay. We shall definitely be staying here again - hopefully later this year!!

3rd visit to villa - still amazing
Myself and my husband have stayed in this villa 3 times since 2018 and have never been disappointed. We had more booked until Covid hit! I would recommend this villa to anyone (and have) due to it's close proximity to all the main Disney parks plus shopping and eateries nearby , fantastic amenities and helpfulness of the owner. The pool area is also fantastic and truly is secluded with no neighbours at the back.
We will definitely be back next year although the villa is already considerably booked - which again is a good reflection of it's popularity but not good for us!!!

Fabulous villa
We stayed in the villa from 2/10/18 to 09/10/18 and had a fabulous time. The location of the villa is excellent and it has virtually all amenities on the doorstop compared to a large number of other communities in the area. The villa itself was brilliant. We loved the layout, cleanliness and condition of the villa and the pool is fantastic pool area is completely secluded due to the L shape of the property and trees behind. The owners were brilliant to communicate with and always promptly answered any questions we asked of them. We would definitely recommend this villa and will return again.
