Overview

Perfectly located on US-27, just 4 miles north of Hwy 192, 15 miles from Disney, 25 miles from Universal, and 30 miles from Orlando Airport. Community amenities include tennis and basketball courts plus a children’s play area. Nearby are Walmart, Publix, Walgreens, gas station, bank, post office, restaurants, bars, and PGA golf courses.

The fully air-conditioned villa sleeps 8 with 2 living areas, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area, utility room, and garage. Master suite: king bed, TV, en-suite with walk-in shower, tub, twin basins, and pool access. Queen bedroom with nearby shower room and pool access. Two twin rooms share a Jack & Jill bath (one Mickey-themed).

Bright lounges include TVs and comfy seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. South-east facing pool, shaded lanai, safety fence. Free WiFi, cable TV, linens, and local management.

The villa features two bright, spacious lounges. The main living area opens to the pool through French doors and includes comfortable seating, a TV, and DVD player—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The second lounge provides a quiet retreat for reading or conversation.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cookware essentials. Guests can enjoy meals at the breakfast bar (seats 2), breakfast nook (seats 4).

The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe, and direct pool access through French doors.
The queen bedroom, located at the rear, offers a queen bed, ample storage, and a TV.
Two twin bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom; one is Mickey Mouse-themed, perfect for children.
