Booking Information:
At the time of booking, a £250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The rate includes cleaning and taxes.
Payment plans available
Payment options:
Bank transfer accepted in both the UK and US.
Card payments can be arranged upon request (subject to a 5% admin fee).
Additional details:
Pool heat is available at £35 per day and is recommended between October and March.
A BBQ is provided complimentary. Guests are responsible for supplying gas and cleaning the grill after use.
Alternatively, we can arrange gas and cleaning for an additional £45 fee.

Perfect Family Villa – Close to Disney
We had a fantastic stay at this home in the Orange Tree community. The location was perfect—close enough to easily reach Walt Disney World Resort, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet after busy park days.
The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and really well equipped. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made it easy to relax and enjoy meals at home.
The pool and spa were definitely a highlight—we spent so much time out there, especially in the evenings. It was a great space to unwind and enjoy the Florida weather.
There are also handy amenities nearby, including a Publix for groceries and First Watch for a great breakfast or brunch.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’d absolutely recommend it and would love to return in the future!
