Orange Tree 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Luxury Orlando Vacation Villa

We have visited Orlando for the last 15 years & this is one of the best villas we have stayed in.  Very comfortable, well stocked & a great outdoor pool area & games room.  Spent quite a lot of time in Clermont & can recommend the Clermont Parkrun every Saturday at 7:30am as the sun rises, along Lake Minneola shores.  Thanks to Rob & Janet for answering the few questions we had.

We stayed for 2 weeks in July 2023 for our honeymoon with our son. What can we say other than this is a fabulous villa. It’s got everything you could ask for and more. The villa is beautiful, very well maintained, the pool area is lovely and peaceful and it is ideally positioned for all that the Kissimmee area has to offer. A 20 minute drive to the main gates at Disney or another 15 minutes to Universal. I mostly dealt with the owner Janet and she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always a very quick reply to any questions. If you’re looking at booking a villa and you’ve maybe not visited the Kissimmee area before or you’re a little unsure then do not hesitate to book. You will not be disappointed.

Immaculately clean, well-stocked with everything we needed. Having stayed in many villas over the 20 years of visiting Florida this is the BEST! Everything worked, was so luxurious & comfortable. Lovely quiet area, great views of the sunset.

A massive thank you to Janet and Rob for our wonderful stay at your lovely villa. Janet and Rob were the best hosts answering any questions that we had. The directions were excellent even though we knew the area from previous visits. The villa was very well maintained and in fact spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy and the villa was fully equipped for everything. We would definitely stay there again! It was also super quick to get to Disney so ideally positioned close to lots of things. Again thank you!

We had a fantastic time in Florida topped off by a fabulous villa. The little boys enjoyed the pool so much they were not bothered too much about going anywhere else. We did do all the Disney Parks but couldn't wait to get back "home ". (Villa). Thank you.

Just wanted to send our thanks again for the pleasure of staying in your lovely villa, it really was a dream for holiday renters; everything was ideal and it really did feel like a proper home rather than a Disney kitsch house. Despite rather disappointing weather, we had a lovely relaxing time We did, however, come up with two negatives: 1 - It is not our house. 2 - We had to leave it. We will certainly be in touch for future holidays.

We had a lovely 2 week stay in this villa in April/May 2018. Easy to find and in a lovely peaceful area. Our second time in Orange Tree. Friendly neighbours. Villa and pool area were immaculate on arrival. Sun from early morning until sunset. The fans in the lanai were a great feature during the gorgeous hot weather. Could not fault this villa and communication with the owners before and after was great. All necessary equipment available in the kitchen/house with extra sheets etc and plenty pool towels. Great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Easy drive to Disney /Universal. Loved it so much we’ve booked to go back in 2019. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

If you are looking for the perfect holiday, look no further. From the first minute we contacted Rob & Janet they made us feel like close friends being welcomed into their home. The arrival pack is professional and it was simplicity from start to finish. The villa itself is perfect, with lots of space to relax and chill after a day at the parks. It is extremely clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, near to the parks but in a tranquil location. Great restaurants and shops close by.

We have just spent 18 nights in this lovely villa, which had everything that you could possibly want to make your holiday complete. The villa was clean, the pool was lovely and the views from the villa exactly as the pictures say. Supermarkets were a close drive away and we discovered some lovely eating places, Chillis became our favourite and for take away , Dominos which in The USA does pasta !!! The owners Janet and Rob were very helpful when I was researching the best way to do things, ie buy theme tickets , hire a car, change money etc , loved it here ,,, Thank you

This is our third stay in this villa. We like many things, the whole Orange Tree subdivision, the location of the villa at the back by the lake. The villa is very well equipped and always very clean. There's a great TV set up in the family room and a very good WiFi connection, also a fun games room. We are primarily golfers and there are many courses at affordable prices near by. We're booked in for next year already!
