Paradise Palms 5 Bedroom 4 Bath Townhome

Living room seats 7 people comfortably but also opens up directly to the dining and kitchen area where there is additional seating to pull up to the room. All new furniture picked with that beachy surfside theme.

The kitchen has all new appliances that include:

1. Stove/oven
2. Microwave
3. Dishwasher
4. Refrigerator with filtered water and ice
5. Modern amentities include the Keurig, Coffee Pot, AirFryer, blender and all the dishes, utensils you should need to cook up a meal or serve take out!

The dining area seats 10 people. (6 at the table and 4 at the bar) We have included a booster seat in the downstairs area for the little ones. Next to the dining area is the laundry room with a new washer and dryer (a complimentary starter pack of detergent and dryer sheets are included)

Each bedroom comes with a TV, dresser and plenty of room for spreading out. All beds are new and furniture is all pleasing to they eye with simple touches of warmth to make you feel like you are home. There are ceiling fans in every room to accent the central air unit that cools nicely for the summer heat in Florida. There are two bedrooms on the main floor (one queen, one two twin room) The second floor has three bedrooms, two that are ensuites. (two kings and one room with two twin beds) We have also included a pack and play for the little one to sleep in.

Two bathrooms on the second floor are ensuite to the King rooms.  The third bath upstairs is for use for the twin room.  First floor has one bathroom for both of the main floor bedrooms to share.

With your stay, you are authorized to use the Clubhouse facility which includes:

1. Resort Style pool with slides and water features/Hot tub
2. Grill and Bar
3. Game room
4. Convience Store for snacks and souveniers
5. Basketball/Tennis Court
6. Play Ground
7. Movie Theater with daily movies for the kids (and Kid at Heart)

9. Business Area

With this townhome there is an attached private soaking pool. The pool is 3-5 feet and is maintained year round. If you want it heated, please let uss know in advance of your stay. Pool towels are included in the laundry room, we just ask if you take them to the club house, please return them back to our home.

The back of this home looks over a lake so you can enjoy the wildlife floating on the water.

There isn't garage parking, but this home does have reserved parking that is noted with the address number. Upon arrival at Paradise Palms, you will be greated by the guard who will issue you a permit to park. If you have multiple people with cars, thats okay too. We will just need to know the names of those driving so that we can let the guard know. This is a completely gated and safe community.

Free Wi-Fi is included with boosters in each room so that you don't lose connection.
