Come enjoy spacious 6-bedroom 5-bathroom villa with private heated (pool heat is extra) pool / Jacuzzi and private game room in Paradise Palm Resort, 10 mins to Disney, 20 mins to Universal. The location of this renovated property allows you to explore the theme parks mere minutes away from the doorstep or opt for a beach day (Cocoa Beach) about an hour out.
The heated community pool has Beach entry with a water slide and has 2 hot tubs. Clubhouse across the street has a FREE movie theater, an arcade, a tiki bar/restaurant, store, tennis and basketball courts, a sauna and a gym all across the street. The property can accommodate 12 people.
As some of our guests don’t need pool heater. We lowered the night rate and kept the pool heating as a separate fee ($30/day). 3 days minimum.

Facilities
The house comes stocked with a starter pack of supplies. "Starter Supplies" consists of - a roll of toilet paper, a bar of bath soap per bathroom, a roll of paper towel in the kitchen, etc.
You will need to bring and/or buy additional supplies for longer extended stays. That is also true of laundry detergent, trash bags, spices & condiments:)

Main Living Area: Spacious, comfortable seating area with two sofas overlooking the pool deck
Kitchen
Kitchen: Fully equipped with Appliances, a four-seat breakfast bar, Refrigerator/freezer w/ icemaker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware. For food safety concern, seasonings/spices are not provided in the kitchen. The guest need to purchase their own.

The screened private pool is perfect when you need a break from the theme park attractions and roller coasters. With no neighbor behind the lanai, this serene outdoor space provides plenty of privacy.
POOL Heat is optional with additional charge of $30/day minimum 3 days. Pool heating should be requested with 24 hours advance written notice.
Or you can walk to the gorgeous community pool, go dip in hot tub, and order an alfresco brunch at the Tiki bar.
Outside

The sizeable screened-in pool deck hosts Sun-loungers, seating, and patio tables.

Don't leave your dog at home! they are part of the family too. Well behaved, house broken dogs are welcome. Pet Fee is a flat $50.

The Paradise Palms clubhouse pool is 5,000 sq ft with zero entry walk in entrance. Relax in one of the spas located in the pool area. Sample a cocktail or two from the poolside Tiki bar or soak up the sun on the huge patio, the Paradise Palms Resort has everything your need.
The 9,500 sq. ft. clubhouse has a fitness center with machines and free weights, 50 seater cinema which shows movies every day. There is a lounge with AC where you can sit and relax out of the Florida sun while your kids play in the pool. They also have an arcade with pool tables, foosball and air hockey, sundry shop which sell sandwiches and drinks.
Outside there is a kids play area and also a splash pool with a 360 zero entry all the way around.
