The Main house

The Living area is comfortably furnished and is open plan style. It has a 6 person dining table with views across the lake, The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and corian work surfaces with a raised area with bar stools. The living area has a wood look tile floor.

French doors lead from the living area onto the rear paved seating area which overlooks the 2nd Tee. Watch the golfers tee off from this seating area. The patio has ceiling fans.

It is not unusual to view Hot Air Balloons cruise over early in the mornings, this is something very special to witness. Enjoy watching the sunrise at the start of a magical day.

Guest Suite

The guest suite is a bright and airy self contained annex. The living area has a sofa, 2 x swivel accent chairs. Flat screen TV. This open plan living area has a high top table and 4 chairs. Mini kitchen area with Microwave – Sink – Mini Fridge

The main house kithen is fully equipped with Corian worktops, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, large americn fridge freezer, Oven, Air Fryer, Coffee Kerig Machine, kettle, toaster

The Guest Suite has a mini kitchen area with Microwave, sink, under counter fridge, kettle and toaster

Dining tables are located in both the main house and also the guest suite. In addition to the table in main dining area, bar stool seating is also available at the conter top.

An outside dining area is perfectt for overlooking the golf course and is off the main living room.

Bedroom # 4 - Queen Bedroom - Closet - TV - This room is on the ground floor and adjacent to the bathroom.

French doors lead to a large tiled balcony which is the width of the home. The balcony is furnished and has unobstructed golf views. A truly relaxing retreat.

Off the main hallway i the main house is our games room. Unlike others that are often in hot garages ours is in the cool of the AC. This offers a foosball table, airhockey, dart board & board games.

In addition to our SOUTH FACING pool there are 6 communual pools our guests are welcome to use in addtion to the free gym on resort.

The loungers were replaced wih rattan in May 2024. A pool safety fence is errected around the pool for child safety, this also has a handy access gate. In addition to this the pool is within a walled courtyard area with secure gates. The pool does not have a lanai, as these were deemed undesirable fot the prestigous area we are location on.

For a shaded seating area there is the covered balcony off the master bedrrom or the additional living area to the rear of the property overlooking the course. Both shaded areas have external fans.

South facing pool and spa.The pool patio is larger than most on Reunion as we were lucky to be the original show home and have the corner plot.

The area is very sunny but there are plenty of parasols to keep cool. New rattan sunloungers installed May 2024.

The pool can be lit at night and heated during the winter months for an additional fee if required

This is a double garage with space outside for 2 vhicles with additional parking opposite and adjacent.

High speed internet runs throughout the home. This is provided by Reunion Resort. There is also a business centre available at the hotel on site if required. 

Highchair, travel cot, wooden crib, nursery bedding.
