Enjoy Florida living at our luxury villa.. We have a custom outdoor kitchen with an 8' granite bar, a 65" 4K outdoor TV and a theater quality 7.1 Dolby 7 speaker sound system.
The villa is private with no rear neighbors.
Solana is a 24 hour guard gated resort in Davenport, 10 miles from Disney.
Our luxurious 3200 sq. foot villa has 4 master bedrooms with memory foam mattresses. 2 rooms have king beds, and 2 have queens. 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The living room has a pull out sofa. The 4 master bedrooms have a 55" wall mounted 4K TV . The twin rooms have a wall mounted 43" 4K TV. All 8 TV's have ROKU.
The family room has a sectional sofa with a chaise lounger, a 65" 4K TV with a Sonos Sound Bar, Play Station, and games. The game room is air conditioned, with an 8' slate pool table and a high quality ping pong table.
There are his and hers golf clubs, puzzles, and games. There are portable chairs and a beach umbrella.. Restaurants, stores, and golf courses are nearby.

PayPal and Venmo Fees are charged to renter.
Credit Cards require a 4 % service fee.
£250 Required for Security Deposit. Deposit Refunded within 1 week after stay.

Great Vacation Villa
Having just spent 3 weeks staying in this villa it has been awesome.
We were a party of 12 people divided into 3 families and at no time did we feel crowded. The outdoor Kitchen area was the only place we ever cooked any meals. And it took us all our time getting the kids out of the pool. My wife and I have stayed at various villas over the years, but this is by far the best. The one time i had to call the management company, they phoned me back within minutes (great service)
Would definitely recommend and would stay again

Great Villa!!

Great Vacation Villa!
This was the second time we’ve stayed at this home. We absolutely love it. The pool and hot tub are great and we love using the outdoor kitchen. The game room let us have some fun indoors also. The community is great too and very safe, allowing us to take evening and early morning strolls. The owners are so easy to work with. We will be booking it again and I definitely recommend this house.

Best vacation villa!
We stayed here with my friends and our children and we couldn’t be more happy with the house and all of its amenities. It is spacious and comfortable offering over the top extras such as an outdoor bar / full kitchen! The outdoor area has a TV complete with surround sound and music. There is also a pool and hot tub!! The kids loved it so much they hardly wanted to leave to go to the theme parks! Great communication from owner as well.

Awesome Villa Experience!!!
We stayed in the villa for +2 weeks in February 2020 - excellent experience, the house is large, with many new beds, tons of space, pool and hot tub - with great heat and an outdoor kitchen if so inclined to make food. Plenty of towels and sheets. Games room was a nice plus with a pool table you can actually use (rare in rentals) and excellent ping pong table. Located close to parks and a nice quiet spot - could rarely hear traffic. Mike was always quick to respond with any questions and provided lots of details in preparation. Would definitely recommend and hope to return for our 2021 trip!

Luxurious and spacious
Great house for family holiday. We used the awesome outdoor kitchen and large pool area every day. House has everything needed and comfy furniture. Bedrooms are nicely furnished and had lots of towels. A rocket was launched from Cape Canaveral 75 miles to the west and we could see it quite clearly in the sky. We will do it again. Friendly neighbours recommended restaurants.

Fantastic villa!
Everything has been great from 1st contact with owner,to end of holiday.
We were a family of 7 adults and 5 boys.There was more than enough room and space for us all.The boys loved the pool and ping pong,and made good use of the swimming pool.The water temperature was spot on.
The outdoor kitchen was a god send for bbq’s at night.
We have holidayed in villas in Orlando 5 times,and this was the best by far.Everything you could need has been thought of.
Thank you for a fantastic holiday home.We would certainly recommend.

Wonderful Villa!!!!!
We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in May 2019 and it was absolutely superb in everyway.
The villa itself was huge (we were only a party of 4!!!) and is situated in a very nice gated community. The pool heat and hot tub was ideal for those late nights back from the parks when you just want to soak your feet and relax!
We did not use the BBQ but it looked really good and the outdoor TV is awesome especially when watching it from the hot tub!!!!.
Everything from the communications with the Owners and the management company were first class. All were very quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
I would definitely come back to this villa again

AMAZING HOME!!!
This beautiful villa was everything I expected and more. I traveled with children and grandchildren ages 5-16. Not one time did I hear the famous saying " I'm bored." The children did not even ask to leave the home and go anywhere. The heated pool and Jacuzzi were great, allowing them to spend endless time getting wet.
The outside cooking and eating area was amazing!. 8 kids can make a real mess but I was able to keep them in that area watching movies on the outdoor big screen television while food was prepared. That's where we ate all of our meals. At night they stayed up playing video games, pool, and ping pong, all of which was provided. Most importantly, the owners were great to work with. I had a few requests, and they had no problem making it happen for me. They responded quickly to all my emails . They provided all the information I needed to quickly access the home on my arrival. The safe was a plus. I could issue out game controllers and games to the kids to help me to keep up with them. Cleaning fees and rental rates were reasonable . I will definitely be staying here in the future.

We have just returned from a 3 and a half week stay at the villa, communication and service from the owners was outstanding. The villa is convenient and clean. The outdoor TV and kitchen offer an additional advantage. The few issues we had were resolved quickly.

Fantastic home with tons of amenities
Rentals staff.
My family and I went to Disney and this home is in the perfect location. We were able to leave the park and come back to the house and swim. We also enjoyed the beautiful outside kitchen and watched tv while we were swimming and enjoying the hot tub. We will definitely stay here in the future

Orlando vacation
This home was spacious and exceptionally clean. It had everything in it that you could possibly need for a great vacation. After long days in the park the pool and hot tub were very inviting to use. The outside kitchen was great for cooking and just hanging outside by the pool area. I will definitely stay here again.

House was great, outdoor pool area and outdoor kitchen was more than ideal. Nice, safe community. All the baby gear at the house made traveling with a 1 year old much more efficient. Mike and house management were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. Nothing bad to say.

Great place to stay
We had 3 families for a total of 13 and had more than enough space. The accommodations were great and the heated pool was nice during a few chilly days with it being early March. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful during the whole process. The kids had fun playing mini golf for a cheap $3/person fee at the clubhouse. Overall was a great experience!

Absolutely the best home we have had in many trips to the Orlando/Davenport area!
Make no mistake, this was a home and not your average Florida rental house... Comfortable and well outfitted for everything we required during our 10 day stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool/spa and best of all the outdoor kitchen, which we used on a daily basis.

Perfect Family Vacation!
We enjoyed a perfect family vacation at this spotless pool villa in January. We could not recommend it more highly! Everything you could ever need is provided at the house (baby gates, pack n play, cups, plates, etc), which made for a wonderful and convenient vacation with small children. The best part is that the house is so close to Disney and tons of restaurants. Our kids, (5 year old twins and a 20 month old), had an absolute ball in the pool. My husband and I have rented several pool villas in the Orlando area, and this one far surpasses the others - the heated pool and spa (which actually stays piping hot as compared to other homes we have rented in the area), as well as the brand new grill area make this property stand out. We will certainly be back!

Excellent!
We really enjoyed our stay at this home; there was room for all 10 of us! The pool is heated, which really came in handy seeing as the weather was on the cool side; the kids were in it every day! The home is situated approximately 30 minutes from all major parks, shopping and airport. The owner was available by email, greeting us-nice added personal touch. Would definitely come back!

A beautiful, spacious, well-stocked home.
We vacationed here with our extended family; 13 in total. There was lots of room and supplies for everyone. The outdoor kitchen is a great benefit. The owners were very good to work with and provided in any way that they could to make our family's vacation a memorable one!

Clean, roomy, nice furniture. Quiet neighborhood
Property as described in listing. We did have one issue during the stay, but it was promptly and professionally handled directly by the owner. There was a full size washer/dryer to use, and the hot tub gets HOT! Short answer, would we use it again? Yes.

Great House for Large Family
This house was ideal for my large family... The bedrooms were spacious with private bathrooms and big-screen televisions. It was also a nice bonus to have a crib available for my toddler. The kids (and adults) loved playing pool and ping-pong in the air-conditioned game room AND it was great to have access to the Wii for late night downtime. The best part of the house was the pool area. There was a large overhang that provided ample shade from the Florida Sun, as well as a spacious area to hang out, eat, and play cards. We spent most of our time in the pool! The community was quiet and safe... close to restaurants and activities, but it was nice to be outside of the chaos of Orlando. We had a couple of issues pop-up during our stay (issues out of the control of the homeowner), however, the owners were understanding, professional, easy to communicate with, and went the extra mile to make sure any problems were resolved. We will definitely consider staying here again!!
