Solara Resort Orlando villas and vacation rentals in Kissimmee, Florida just minutes from Disney World. The Solara Resort is brand new community and features a world class clubhouse with onsite restaurant, communal pools, gym, kids club and Flowrider surf pool (additional fee applies).
Why not get a drink from the the poolside bar and relax by the firepit and enjoy those stunning warm Florida evening. Let the kids play in the splash pool while you chillout nearby. The Solara Resort clubhouse has two different pools areas, the main pool area surrounded by sun loungers and cabanas.
Then you have the Kids Splash pool which has Zero entry all the way round and features water slides and splash bucket.
Solara Resort Clubhouse Facilities
The Solara Resort clubhouse also has a coffee shop and a market place selling cold drinks, snacks, pool inflatable toys, sun cream and other essentials needed for time in the sun!
Other Solara Resort clubhouse facilities include a sand volley ball court, basketball court and grass football pitch. They also have anoher kids play area just outside the pool area with slides and climbing frames.
The Solara Resort clubhouse also runs a kids club called #clubsolara in there decicated room which features classic board games as well as Xbox One, Nintendo and some virtual games on the big cinema screen.
The gym at the Solara Resort is huge and features treadmill running machings, cross trainers, free weight, gym balls, yoga mats as well bikes and a number of different leg and chest machines. There won't be one part of you that can not be exercised!!
The clubhouse also has a number of indoor and outdoor covered seating areas if the heat gets too much for you were you can relax and read a book while the family enjoy all the facilities the Solara Resort has to offer.

The Solara Resort is a brand new community therefore as of Sept 2018 there is still some construction work going on but will be be visiting on a regular basis and will update the details as we get them.
We are constantly adding new luxury Solara Resort vacation homes so please check back on a regular basis. The community is located at the end Westside blvd inbetween HWY192 and Champions Gate. This is a great location giving you easy access to the restaurants and the parks.
We currently have over 40 luxury Solara Resort villas from 3 bedroom townhouses to 9 bedroom vacation rentals. Access to the resort clubhouse is free for all onsite guests.
Over the next couple of years we think the Solara Resort will become one of the most popular Orlando villas communities available. We will be updating the photos and details as we get them. We just wanted to add this short video showing the Solara Resort clubhouse facilities and also the different types of vacation homes we have available to rent. It also shows the Flowrider which is amazing and the first one we have seen at any Orlando vacation community. There is a Fee to use the Flowrider and you need to book either online or at the clubhouse.

The Solara Resort is located on Westside Blvd about 2.75 miles from HWY192. There are hundreds of restaurants along HWY192. We have put together a list of over 50 Kissimmee Restaurants that are between mile markers 4 & 6 and around 5 minutes from the Solara Resort.
This should be enough choice for everyone and means you can eat somewhere different everynight even if you are there for the winter! Our personal favourites would be Bone Fish Grill, Millers Ale House and Bahama Breeze all of which has daily dinner and drink specials.

Pool Safety Fences
Most of our Florida villas will either have door alarms on any exterior door that leads to the pool area or a pool safety fence surrounding the pool. Some even both, we have put together a blog post and video showing you how to use the fence. If there are no children in your party then you can take it out and rolling it up in the corner if you prefer but please put it back when you leave the villa, ready for the next guests.

From £1250 per week for a 14 night stay (includes taxes & clean).
From £1500 for 7 nights stay (includes taxes & clean).
For stays of less than 7 nights the cost is £215 per night this includes taxes. Cleaning fee will be added ($260).
10% discount for bookings of 3 weeks / 21 days or more.
3 nights minimum stay.
Pool / Spa Heating optional highly recommended between October and April. Pool Heating is an extra service fee of $20 daily.
BBQ not included, there is an addtional fee of $145 per stay which includes one tank of gas and cleaning of the bbq at the end of your stay.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be collected 45 days prior to your check-in date. If booking within 8 weeks of rental then payment is due in full at the time of booking.
We also recommended taking out adequate holiday/vacation insurance to cover possible cancellations such as illness and testing positive for Covid 19/having to isolate abroad.
A refundable security deposit is held and released within 14 days of departure inspection. Charges will apply for instances needing extra cleaning, detection that someone was smoking in the house, or to repair damaged items. (refunded approx. 14 days after stay assuming no damage)
