Welcome to this opulent, serene and diligently designed villa. An interior design team was employed for full design and fit out - no expense has been spared in creating a home from home that our guests will love. 

Solterra Resort Orlando is a secure gated community offering wonderful leisure amenities in a tropical landscaped setting including a zero-entry large swimming pool, lazy river attraction, a large contemporary clubhouse with cabanas, an extensive fitness center, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, a waterfall feature, water slide, Jacuzzi, plus a children's playground and lawn.

Living

2 spacious living areas including a downstairs living complete with sumptuous seating and a large wall mounted TV.

Head upstairs to a fantastic 'media area’. Sink into the large ‘L’ shaped sofa and enjoy a movie night or some competitive family games on the PlayStation 4. A sure hit with the children in your grownups.

Kitchen

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel Whirlpool® appliances, spacious walk-in pantry and an island with bar seating. It is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, toaster coffee maker and a full selection of crockery, cutlery and cookware. 

Dining

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with large table, seating up to 10 people.

 

Bedrooms

6 bedrooms, sleeps 12.

As you enter the home, you’ll find the first guest bedroom which is complete with ensuite bathroom (walk in shower). As you continue in the foyer you are greeted with the well-appointed kitchen overlooking the living area, dining room, and oversized outdoor lanai.

You will find another Master bedroom located at the back of the home for privacy. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub space as well as toilet room with privacy door. Complete with large walk-in closet.

Upstairs you will find 4 further bedrooms. Bedrooms 2 and bedroom 3 are complete with ensuite bathrooms and ample closet space. The additional two bedrooms share a bathroom with double vanity sinks.

Delight the Harry Potter fans in your group with their very own Harry Potter themed bedroom, aswell as a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom. These are both twin bedrooms with 2 single beds in each.

Games Room

The large two car garage has been converted into a fantastic games room to add to your holiday enjoyment. It is complete with a full-sized pool table and ping pong table.

Pool

The private, east facing pool & spa has wonderful, vast views of conservation land. The deck is fully screened by fine mesh for your added comfort preventing insects and debris from entering the area. This does not however affect sunbathing.

Grab your book and ice-cold drink and soak up the Floridian sun on the padded sun loungers. Relax under the lanai and perhaps enjoy your lunch al-fresco on the outdoor dining table.

Use of pool and spa heating is recommended between October and May and is available at an optional extra. For your safety there is a removable pool fence available for you to use.

Solterra Resort Orlando located in Davenport, Florida just off HWY54. This resort style community is only 15 minutes from Disney World. The Solterra Resort has a communal clubhouse open to all guests. It features a large pool area with water slide, lazy river, hot tub and plenty of sun loungers for all. There is also a large covered lounge area with outdoor TV’s and tables so you can get a break from the hot Florida sun, whilst enjoying a snack from the onsite cafe. Building work is ongoing as the community grows, and new homes are being added to the site as they are completed.

Solterra Resort Rentals minutes from Disney

Inside the Solterra Resort air conditioned clubhouse there is a gym with state of the art workout equipment. There is also a lounge with comfy sofas, dining tables, HDTV, breakfast bar and small kitchen area. An ideal area to sit, read a book and relax while the kids play in the pool.

For kids there is a play area which has slides, climbing frames and is sand based so easy on the feet. If you feel like a game of Tennis there are courts available but you will need your own balls and racket.

Solterra Resort is close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets at Champions Gate or Reunion Resort. As well as minutes from the Orlando attractions via the I4. If you are flying in to Orlando then the Solterra Resort is only 30 minute from Orlando International Airport. With Sandford Airport about an hour and Tampa about 1 hr 15 mins.

Restaurants near Solterra Resort, Florida

Whilst staying at the Solterra Resort you will no doubt be eating out most nights. The closest place would be Champions Gate village which has a selection of shops, gas stations, pharmacies and restaurants. We have put together a list of Champions Gate restaurants with links to the menus so you can see what's on offer. Our personal favourite is Millers Ale House or Chili's.

For more choice head to the HWY192 where there are over 50 restaurants within a few miles of each other. We have put together a list of Kissimmee restaurants along HWY192 with links to menus and also there tripadvisor and google pages so you see reviews.

Direction to Solterra Resort Orlando

More than likely you will be driving to Solterra Resort via Interstate 4 so below are the very simple directions from Interstate 4. We have also added driving direction from Orlando International Airport, Sandford and Tampa airports so you won't get lost after a long flight.

East Bound: Take I-4 Exit 55 and go south on Highway 27. Turn right on Heller Brothers Blvd. Then right on Ernie Caldwell Blvd. Then left on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the right.

West Bound: Take Exit 58 at Champions Gate. Go right on Champions Gate Blvd. Turn Left on Ronald Reagan Parkway and then right on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the left.

Solterra Resort Nearby Shops

The Solterra Resort is located just off HWY54 in Davenport and is close to Champions Gate, Posner Park and Reunion. Each of these areas has shops, supermarkets and restaurants so you are never far from anything. For shopping head to Posner Park as this is the nearest shopping mall which also has a brand new cinema. Other nearby places include Celebration which has lots of restaurants and independent boutiques. Great place for lunch and a walk around the lake. You are also not far from HWY192 which is the main road that links Davenport to Kissimmee and has hundreds of shops, restaurants and other attractions.

Golf Courses near Solterra Resort Orlando

There are lots of golf courses near the Solterra Resort but here are just a few that I would recommend. You can normally book on there personal websites or by calling the pro shops which is sometimes best if the weather is looking a bit unsettled. If you book online you can't normally cancel, but if call and book over the phone they don't normally ask for payment upfront. If the weather is looking good also check www.golfnow.com as they often have last minute Hot deals and you can get some very cheap rates.

Fantastic Villa!!!

What can I say about our 2 week villa stay other than ‘when can we go again?’ From the minute we opened the door we were blown away and we ran round the house taking a video of it all. It had everything we needed and more. The hidden gem of being able to access the pool area straight from the ensuite to the downstairs back bedroom was a lovely surprise ?? All the rooms are so spacious and airy and provided the cool haven to escape from the July heat. The walk in wardrobes made packing and un packing so easy. And Ive never had a holiday where I brought back so little washing, as sticking a wash on is a pleasure when you can nip in and out from the pool area- cocktail in hand is optional ?? and with the luxury of daily bin collection - who’s to know how many bottles you may or may not have sampled ?? So many things to do all around the area- obviously the Orlando parks -Disney and Universal , Discovery cove ?? gun ranges (a favourite with our son) or the indoor go karting off I drive or a short drive to Busch Gardens or the Space centre. And more shopping options than can possibly be visited (but we tried) and still lots of bargains to be had, despite the exchange rates we now have between $/£. We also took a spin down to Miami for a couple of nights to South Beach and to watch Inter Miami ?? The joy of the villa experience is the freedom to go with the flow or follow an itinerary- whatever works for you. I could have easily sat by the pool with a book day in day out and still wrote a glowing review as it really is a lovely place to unwind. We also loved the Solterra resort lazy river and pool and our teen son used the gym a few times too. Eating out you have so many options nearby, Champions Gate, Kissimmee, I drive, Haines city -and even with all those options sometimes a pizza delivery was a perfect end to the day. And when is Panda express drive through coming to the UK??? We loved watching the wildlife around the villa, the little lizards, the birds of prey, the squirrels and of course the cranes or road runner birds as I called them! I swear they think they own the place! Whether wandering the nature reserve area at the back, or just strutting down the road and nosing in all the villas. And if you need a Gater fix ?? the lake further round on the resort had a nosey fella who pops out and swims over if you walk round the lake! We had the best time and cant wait to go again !

Amazing Stay!

Just got back from a 2 week break in this amazing 6 bed villa. We walked in to a pristine villa with extra touches of decorative towels on each bed. Can’t fault the place. It was excellent. Pool and pool area was great, along with the games room and upstairs chill out area.

Home in Solterra Resort, Davenport. FL

Clean, quick check-in, accurate, and great communication. The property manager quickly took care of all our minor issues. For weeks I reviewed many locations in the Davenport area. We decided on this property, and we were thrilled from the moment we walked in until we shut the door 2 weeks later. Several family members joined us, and everyone loved it. The house was extremely clean and well decorated in a Florida decor. There is plenty of seating on the 1st floor with a beautifully set dining table. Outside there is another table ready to enjoy a meal. The pool was cold, but it was only Feb. I chose not to heat it, but the children jumped in for some time using the included pool floats and the jets worked fine. The kitchen and pantry were fabulous. The side-by-side refrigerator is limiting when you’re used to a French door one. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware, cooking supplies, and countertop appliances. I liked having some plastic plates and bowls for the children. I brought my own knives but theirs were adequate. There are 2 BR with ensuites on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 kids BR done in Disney that share a bathroom and 2 more BRs with ensuites. There is a large TV area on the 2nd floor for all to enjoy. Sam provides plenty of pool towels, a washer, and dryer. The garage has a few games. The community pool is a 8 min walk but has limited parking. The pool was crowded, but they are adding more chairs. Food and drink at Cafe Sol were great.

What a fabulous place to stay

We are just back from a wonderful stay here! What a fabulous place to stay, everything is modern & clean, lovely spacious rooms, the pool deck is beautiful overlooking the fields, the games room was a big hit with the not so little kids ??, perfect location for Disney parks, we absolutely loved it! ?? Quick to respond to any queries, gave us lots of information and helped to sort any issues out promptly during our stay. A definite 5?? all round! We really hope to be able to stay again one day soon????and highly recommend this perfect villa ?? Thanks again ??

Gorgeous Villa

We stayed at this beautiful villa for two weeks. It’s interior is lovely and modern, spacious and clean. The beds were the comfiest beds we have ever slept on! I must say the communication with the owners was amazing! Nothing was too much hassle! Location is perfect for Disney/ universal access and on site facilities are lovely too! Added bonus, your not overlooked at all!
