The house is clean and has everything you'd want while staying there! It's easy access to shopping, restaurants, and things to do. And has a great view of the golf course while using the pool. Celine and Patrick provide excellent assistance if you need anything while at the house.

Had an excellent two weeks at this villa again. As a family of golfers we appreciated having the course and the views from the patio. With Walmart on the corner and Manny’s steakhouse a few minutes away we will come again!

Great holiday in a Great Location ! Had an 18 yr old and a 2 year old baby. Fantastic location so close to all the major attractions. What a fantastic villa and great to be back again. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped for a stress-free stay. Our family loved the spacious layout, and the kids spent hours in the pool. The view over the golf course is breathtaking — especially at sunset. Having a Walmart just down the road was a real plus, but the neighborhood itself was peaceful and relaxing. Would return in a heartbeat! Can’t wait to return as soon as i can. Highly recommend to book in advance as gets really busy. Brilliant holiday. Second time and can’t wait for the third.

We had a fabulous time & have already recommended this villa to several of our friends. It is very well decorated & has everything you need - including an excellent entertainment setup!! The pool area is private & quiet & has great views over the golf course. It was really helpful having Walmart so close as it took the hassle out of shopping. Well recommended & will certainly be booking it again.

It's a lovely place in a great location. I've travelled a lot in my life and stayed in many places for leisure and work and this place is nice, little touches like the garage set up and x box that makes either good for families with kids. Having something to do in the evenings, in the villa in the Games Room or in the Barn at the clubhouse. Nice anecdote peaceful relaxing by the pool - felt like home

Had an excellent two weeks at this villa and rebooked for September 2026. As a family of golfers we appreciated the views from the patio, With Walmart on the corner and Manny's steakhouse a few minutes away, we will be making a return trip.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Florida villa! The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our family, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The furnishings were top quality — everything felt new and comfortable. The pool was the real highlight, with lovely views over the golf course, making it a relaxing spot morning and evening. The location couldn’t have been better — quiet surroundings but just a few minutes from Walmart and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great villa! Loved the large pool area and hung out with friends for two weeks. We only went to the parks on two or three days and stayed around the Villa and there was plenty to do around there. Easy to walk to Walmart to get shopping and we enjoyed playing pool lots in the games room.

Amazing house and very helpful owner. The house was very well cleaned and prepared, super spacious and comfortable. Plenty of comfy seating and dining space. The enormous TV with streaming services, X-box and the games room are a real highlight for families. We found the beds and pillows comfortable - some beds are softer/firmer than others so you can really choose what is best for you. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved the open view across the pool to the trees and golf course. Outside are sunbeds with thick comfy mattresses and seating. We stayed in October and paid for pool heating meaning the pool was always warm and we enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels from the pool area. We received a lot of useful information from the owner before we travelled and felt we could contact her and the local maintenace company at any time. It is a perfect base for the theme parks, driving to the oceans or exploring a few nature trails. We enjoyed walking the nature trails around Winter Haven (20 minutes drive) and there is fast food and a Walmart at the entrance to Southern Dunes. Perfect - we will be back.
