Southern Dunes Games Room Villa | 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom, Wi-fi

I’ve stayed here twice in the past year and I’ve already booked to go back next year! It’s a great villa with everything you may need. The games room was definitely a highlight as my friends and I used it all of the time. It was so nice relaxing by the pool. I’m extremely looking forward to the new 75 inch tv next year! Furthermore the management company are lovely and really take care of you

We stay every year at this property. A very well appointed villa on an established, well maintained, site with very high standards. Excellent location for non golfers and golfers and those wanting a relaxing quiet location with great views from the pool. An excellent view over the golf course from the patio As a golfer myself it was extremely easy to play a round without having to use the car, as the villa is adjacent to the first tee. There is a Walmart within easy access for any forgotten items or food deliveries, if necessary. The villa was clean and ready on arrival.

Needed a break from UK weather so booked via Kirsty for two weeks January 2020. Everything went exactly as planned. Kirsty and local management were very helpful. The villa was just as described and the whole party had a great time here. I would have no hesitation in rebooking.

WE HAVE STAYED HERE TWICE WE LOVE FLORIDA THE KIDS HAVE A GREAT TIME WE STAYED OVER XMAS A FEW YEARS BACK AND THE VILLA WAS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 4 BOYS THEY LOVE THERE GOLF TOO SO THE COURSE WAS A BONUS TOO THE WALLMART IS RIGHT AT THE ENTRANCE GAIT VERY HANDY AND MANNYS STEAK HOUSE WAS OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT SO CLOSE TOO AS WE ARE GOING BACK IN OCTOBER WE HAD NO HESITATION IN CONTACTING KIRSTY AGAIN TO SEE IF THE VILLA WAS FREE AND THANKFULLY IT IS WE CANT WAIT TO GO BACK AGAIN THANKS KIRSTY

The villa is absolutely amazing. Very spacious throughout. 4 large bedrooms, kitchen diner, two seperate lounges and a dining area too. Coupled together with a lovely games room and a terrific pool and pool area this villa has it all. We have been Florida 3 times now and this villa on our last two visits....we will always use this villa now as it truly does help make the whole experience effortless and wonderful!!! This was a brilliant home for us while on holiday in Florida, Kirsty provided lots of info before we set off and responded to my email queries really quickly - thank you! The house was well maintained and we loved the pool with golf course views and our 2 children loved the games room to keep them entertained at night time. We would not hesitate in recommending this property and hopefully will return soon.

We had a fantastic holiday here for three weeks. The villa was very clean and had a good view of the golf course, walkind distance to the club house and very near Walmart. It is a perfect location for golfers, Southern Dunes is a great golf course. We also played at Diamond Back, Ridgewood Lakes, Providence and many more. There are good deals to be had on golfnow.com. You must try Manny's Chop house just down the road for fantastic food with a lively atmosphere. We will be back!

We stayed in this wonderful villa over Christmas 2012. Our every need was catered for during our stay, villa was immaculate inside and out. The garage, having been converted into a games room, was a real bonus for our young daughters. It is situated on the beautiful Southern Dunes golf course. Just a 2 minute drive and you will find the best Wal Mart. 20-25 minutes and you are at Disney. For eating nearby, we enjoyed Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel for breakfast/lunch, both of which are situated on the US27. For shopping, about 10 minutes down the US27 is Posner Park which has a great Ross, Dress for Less where we picked up some great designer bargains. Also, Orlando Premium Outlets situated on the I4 (Lake Buena Vista exit) is really good but be careful just before and after Christmas as the queues to get in are very long-otherwise that's roughly 30 minutes away and the bargains are worth it-here you will also find a Carrabba's Italian Grill which is really good. We love Florida and have been many times, but this villa really is superb-we loved it so much, we have booked it again for this Christmas!
