Welcome to our Little Gem. A bright and airy 4 bed 3 bath pool home with modern furnishings on the Golf course of Southern Dunes.
Main family room is great for family movie nights or just relaxing . Wide screen tv. Patio door to the large pool deck. Formal Dining with seating for 4. Plus seating for 3 at the Breakfast bar for snaks. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Large Refridgerator, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher. Washer & dryer for guests use.
King Master bedroom with tv. Ensuite bathroom comprising of a walk in shower, vanity and toilet. Queen Bedroom with tv, ensuite bathroom comprising of a combi tub/shower, vanity and toilet. Two twin bedrooms have two twin beds (singles) in each room and tv's.
Family bathroom comprises of a combi tub/shower, vanity and toilet.
Plus Games room. Large pool dec with patio furniture for alfresco meals orto just relax by the pool.

Driveway parking for two cars. No overnight street parking as per HOA Rules.

Southern Dunes is located on HWY27 in Davenport only 25 minutes from Disney's main gate and very close to the other Orlando theme parks. Just before the entrance to Southern Dunes there are a number of restaurants, shops and a large Wal-Mart supermarket which makes it very easy to pick up everything you need for your vacation. Southern Dunes is a large short term rental villa community, it also has it's own Championship Golf Course which has been ranked #7 in the state of Florida by Golf Week. There is a very good selection of restaurants covering all budgets from fast food to fine dining. We have also included a map which you can click on to find out opening times and contact number incase you want to reserve a table which is highly recommended at Manny's Chop house. While they don't take reservation you can call ahead (863 422 3910) to get your name on list for a table. I recommend doing this at least an hour before you plan to arrive.

Rental rates additional information
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO US TAX. Deposits - 20% to secure the dates (non-refundable) Balance is due - 8 weeks prior to Arrival Date. Pool heating is included. (Recommended between October and April). In cooler months it is advisable to prearrange the Pool Heat so it can be switched on prior to your arrival. Cleaning Fee is automatically added to each booking. For BBQ Grills, Safes, please ask at the time of booking. Baby Equipment is available at the home. We would strongly advise our guests to purchase the Accidental Damage Insurance at the time of booking to cover Accidental damages, per vacation stay. Minimum Nights 5 nights rates showing are based on a week (7 Nights). Please ask for details. We Also have other Property Locations for Family Rentals in Davenport and Kissimmee.

Life is Good
Stayed in Florida many times, but have never rented a house before. We knew when we drove through the security gate and saw the beautiful golf course in front of us that we had arrived. Then there was the house. More than what we could ever wish for. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and an inground pool. The place was so comfortable. It's centrally located, so close to many attractions and ballparks. The shopping and dining was wonderful. There is something here for everyone. The hosts made renting for the first time seamless. Definitely worth the drive from Hamilton, Canada. Have already booked for next year. Can't wait! Thank you Jack and Pat.

Just wanted I needed !!
First time renting a place in Florida for a month and I was a little concerned long drive from Ontario Canada if I made a mistake . The house was more than I could hope for .Beautiful inside and out and spotless . Beds were so comfortable. This house is so close to all the shopping and dinning you could want but yet drive through the security gates and you are in a quiet paradise . Already booked next year . The host make this rental well worth the drive .
