Villa Sunrise Dream is bright and spacious with luxurious furnishings and 2 stunning King Four Poster Master Suites The upstairs Master has its own private balcony overlooking the lake. The wonderful pool (with shallow kiddies section), colour changing lights, and lanai overlook the lake - enjoy the beautiful, spectacular sunsets and al fresco dining, or relax in our fabulous Hot Tub/Spa.
You'll love our Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, WIFI is also provided. A second lounge, dining room and a further 3 bedrooms (one Disney themed) complete this wonderful Florida home.
During your stay with us our wonderful locally based management company are there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are fully licensed and compliant with the state hotel and licensing regulations for complete peace of mind.

Spotlessly Clean, Position second to none
“ our family have visited Sunset Lakes on many occasions. Our holiday in March 2026 was our first at Villa Sunrise Dreams. Right from the start communications with Dawn, and Villa instructions, were so simple ans straightforward. Sunrise Dreams is right up there at the top of the properties we have stayed at. On arrival the property is spotlessly clean, with a welcome pack of essentials to see you through the early days. Its position is second to none amongst rival communities. It is close to numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Parks and many leisure activities. The pool, with views over the lake is a highlight, both early in the morning and for relaxing evenings. We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone looking for high quality accommodation.

Well maintained and beautiful villa
Villa Sunrise Dream is perfect for our family, the location is ideal, with Sunset Walk, numerous restaurants on the192 and Target/Walmart all within a 5 -10 min drive.
It's such a nice area that we chose to stay again even though we didn't need to be close to Disney as we didn't visit Disney this time.
Sunset Lakes felt safe and the sunsets are amazing, we spent Halloween trick or treating in the neighbourhood and all the residents were so friendly.
The villa is beautiful and very well maintained, the addition of a new hot tub and upgraded master bedrooms since our last visit were a bonus.
I hope we get the chance to stay again in the future.

Spotless and Clean, Amazing Views
The house was spotless & clean, bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing, kitchen had everything you could ever need for preparing meals, the games room was well equipped.
The pool area was a great relaxing area with a good choice of furniture to use and the wildlife we saw while relaxing were eagles, terrapins, armadillos, racoons and even a very large alligator lounging in the lake!
Location felt safe and easy access to the parks.
Communication with Dawn was great and we look forward to returning in the future.

Thank you Dawn. We are just coming to the end of our holiday as 2 families holidaying together. The villa has been a perfect base for our 2 week holiday and a great base for exploring the local theme parks. We did all of universal/ epic and the seaworld/busch gardens group parks. What a great holiday! The villa was well equipped with everything we needed! Comfortable sofas and tv area. The beds were super comfortable for the perfect nights sleep and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use. The pool area was perfect with sun loungers and hot tub, we enjoyed a few games of pool and air hockey in the games room. The kitchen was fully equipped for the few nights we ate in. It’s been a great holiday. I’m so glad we found your villa. Would highly recommend 5 ?? from us.

Thankyou for letting us stay in your lovely home , we had a great time and really enjoyed our time there.
The house is beautiful and in a fabulous location , very easy to get to all the attractions ,shops etc.
We made full use of your lovely pool and hot tub and appreciated the little extra touches such as the welcome pack of household essentials and the information folder on arrival. We also made use of the games room and your extensive collection of books in your "library".

Villa was Exceptional
Hi Dawn,
Just getting over the flight,jet lag seems to get worse as you get older.
We had a wonderful holiday and your villa was exceptional with everything we needed and more.
We have stayed a few times in Sunset Lakes so we know how close it is to Disney and how quiet and peaceful it is.The position of the villa makes a huge difference and yours is in the ideal position with wonderful views of the lake but still very private.
As there was only two of us the upstairs rooms were not used but for a large family it would be ideal with its two en-suite master bedrooms.
Everything was extremely clean and well looked after and we would not hesitate to stay there again.
We did contact the managers once when we noticed an opening in the netting over over the pool area above the side door.It looked to have torn possibly in a storm.
They made a note of it.It wasn’t a problem but just wanted to let you know in case you hadn’t been told.
We would not hesitate to stay in your villa again.

No hesitation recommending this villa
The villa was beautiful. We have stayed in many villas in the Four Corners area and had everything we could possibly need. The Welcome Pack was particularly useful and it was nice to have a games room where everything worked and was in good condition. (Although one of the handles was not fastened on to the fussball table)
As there was only two of us, we limited ourselves to only using the ground floor of the villa. No point causing any extra cleaning or any extra strain on ageing legs.
In our opinion the location of the villa can't be beaten especially with the arrival of many new restaurants and bars on Hway192. We especially enjoyed the pool area and having full sunshine all the way to sunset.
We would definitely stay again if we return to Orlando and would have no hesitation in recommending your home to anyone.

Amazing family holiday
Amazing family holiday, the house was amazing. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.
