Villa Kristall, The Abbey at West Haven, 4 Bed 5 Bath with Pool

It didn’t take long to decide to book this villa, the location was the closest to Disney that we have ever stayed previously as we have rented numerous villas over the years. It was nice having 2 levels leaving the big and little kids upstairs as though in their own apartments. There was nothing that wasn’t in the villa what we needed, enough towels, bedding and amenities for all. After viewing the photos at the time of booking it was exactly how we expected it when we arrived. The owners were very helpful and accommodating throughout the rental from booking right up to and after returning home. We would definitely re book this villa for our next visit as the location was so quiet in its own little close and I don’t think we saw another car entering or leaving the gated entrance for our whole stay. Definitely 5 stars

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The information provided before my trip was clear, making it easy to find the property. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and ready upon arrival. I especially loved the location—private with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. A great place for a relaxing getaway!

We were very pleased with the house and its contents. It had everything one would expect to find in this sort of rental. It was clean and very comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub did not get very hot during our stay. We were told the pool was heated but may not get very warm due to the seasonal temperature which was ok with us but we did want the hot tub to be a little warmer. Hi Todd, Thank you for you review. Just a note the the spa is part of the pool so starts at the same temperature as the pooll. It does take a few minutes to get up to the right temp which is much higher than the pool but as it is not a "hot tub" it will not get up to hot tub temperatures. There is also be a cover for both pool and spa which helps keep the warmth in over night / when not in use.

Highly recommended.What we saw online is what we found upon arrival, awesome. Top notch Cleanliness,perfect lay-out, phenomenal hot tub and heated pool that took aware tiredness at end of each day.All family members loved it and have plans to keep coming back in this home. The community is beautiful, quite and has a top of the line recreation center. West haven is closer to all attractions, srill far enough to stay out of traffic congestion and all food delivery services happily service this area. Full marks.

My Husband and I stayed here for 3 winter months. Property location for privacy, security, convenience to restaurants and grocers was great. Property owner and maintenance company were responsive in taking action to remedy issues; however, there were 2 persistent issues, both relating to the spa - a pool filter overdue for a change which caused the spa jets to stop working, and the pool heat circuit breaker frequently tripping when in the spa mode until replaced finally after 2 1/2 mos. The salt water pool and spa were wonderful, once the above issues were taken care of. The south facing lanai area was larger than most, had shade across the entire back of the house from the porch roof, was private, quiet and had very comfortable and new lounge chairs.

We have visited this villa twice this year & had a fantastic time! Great communication with the owners & Property managers. The minor things we needed help with were dealt with easily & promptly. This villa is close to all the main parks & shopping/restaurant facilities are only a short drive away. It is in a quiet street setting which is perfect to relax in after being at the parks during the day. We definitely will recommend this villa to others & Hope to stay here again in the future.

We stayed 13 nights. It was nice to actually relax while on vacation because it was peaceful. The location was amazing. Everything we visited was only about a 20-40 minute drive and that included i4 traffic. Dee from the property management was very responsive and any issues we had were handled in a timely manner. Of course our toddler got sick the night before check out and Dee was able to move some things around which allowed us to stay one more night to allow him to feel better before we hit the road for our 20 hour drive back home. She even checked in to see how he was. Thank you for everything! We appreciate it and can’t wait to book again for our next trip!
