Overview

Located in The Dales at West Haven, this spacious luxury vacation home can easily accommodate 12 people and is furnished to a very high standard.

The large open plan dining, kitchen, living area allows all your party to mingle together to enjoy a meal or catch a show on the large flat screen TV. Alternatively you can relax in the entertainment loft with a good book or a game of pool, or one of the available family games. Free WI-FI internet access is available throughout the villa and all 6 bedrooms have TV’s.

Have fun in the outdoor screened pool and spa or relax in the extended south facing pool deck. The covered lanai offers a space for exterior dining

A monitored security alarm and CCTV provides safety when guests are away from the villa for the day.

Located 15 minutes radius of Disney and 5 minutes to the fabulous Champions Gate and Reunion Golf courses Champions Gate also has a Publix Supermarket and a selection of resturants. There is easy access to the I4 which provides a gateway to the Gulf Coast an hour to the South West.

Living

The Family Room is bright and spacious, where you can relax in comfort on the 3 sofas.

Entertainment includes a 50" flat screen HDTV with a full HD cable package, Children's channels - including Disney and Nickelodeon - and Sports channels covering many sports (including English Premiership football on the NBC sports network).

There is also a Blu-Ray DVD player with a selection of movies.

A selection of books are also available for your enjoyment.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes equipped with a full cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, side-by-side fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser.

A kettle and coffee maker and a blender can cater for a range of drink beverages.

A full range of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, dinnerware and glassware is provided to ensure that you will have all that is necessary for your cooking and dining needs.

Dining

The brightly decorated dining table seats 8 people. The counter-top also offers a choice of options for snacks or full dining.

Master Bedroom - The Master Bedroom has a luxurious King size bed and a 32" flat screen TV to rest at the end of an eventful day at the parks or on the golf course. The beautiful en-suite bathroom has dual wash basins. The large walk-in closet, dresser and nightstands offer ample storage. A "Pack and Play" travel cot is included for a baby or toddler.

Bedroom 2 - A Twin Guest bedroom is located on the ground floor has 2 single beds, a 32" flat screen TV and a private en-suite bathroom. A dresser and closet provide storage.

Bedroom 3- A King Guest Suite is located on the ground floor. It contains a King size bed, a 32" flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Plenty of storage is available in the built-in closet and dresser.

Bedroom 4 - A Bunk bedroom - consisting of a bunk bed with Queen bed on bottom and single on top - offers a range of possibilities for younger guests. This room has a 32" flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom. The dresser and built-in closet offer ample storage.

Bedroom 5 - A Queen Guest Room with modern decor consists of a Queen sized bed, a 32" flat screen TV and access to the 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. There is lots of storage in the closet and dresser.

Bedroom 6 - A Queen Guest Room with a Queen sized bed, 32" flat screen TV and access to the 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. Tastefully decorated, this room has plenty of storage in the dresser and closet.

Games Room

The Entertainment Area offers a range of options for your enjoyment.

The centerpiece is the fabulous quality pool table where guests can challenge each other to a game, in full air conditioned comfort.

The Pool Area consists of an extended 14' x 28' South Facing Swimming Pool and Spa, Extra-Large Pool Deck and Covered Lanai.

?Bask in the Floridian heat behind a privacy screen as you swim some laps in the pool water, and sip a cool beverage at the dining table outside in the shade.

The Dales is part of the West Haven community which is made up of a number of different sub divsions which include the Sanctuary at West Haven, the Manors at West Haven and the Abbey at West Haven. Locatated less than 5 minutes from Champions Gates and the I4 (interstate 4 exit 58) this is a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks and attractions with Disney less than 12 minutes away.
