Upgraded Victorias Villa Ever Popular 4 Bed 3 Bath at The Hamlet

Been travelling to Florida for 27 years now and Villa was perfect for our needs. This trip was for our honeymoon and we did a cruise for the first week and just wanted a week in Villa to get some last minute sun before coming home to rainy England. Villa had everything we need and was very clean and well situated for food/groceries at Champions Gate. Villa estate is well kept and quiet area and have stopped in West Haven multiple times first time staying in the Hamlet. If we come back to Florida will definitely be speaking to Victoria to book again she has been fab! Had some flowers and Prosseco for our arrival and few bits and pieces to get us started for our villa stay.

This is our 9th time in Florida and the 1st time we’ve had a villa where everything worked. It was clean on arrival. This even after Hurricane Milton had just passed through. The owner kept us informed and answered any questions as did Linda as the management company whilst we were there. The pool and spa were great after a long day. Comfortable beds and nice seating. Only criticism would be the aircon set at 75degrees, even with all the ceiling fans running we felt it was slightly too warm. We are aware of the freezing issue with Florida aircon systems so maybe that’s why. Would definitely recommend and would return.

Firstly thank you we had a great holiday your home is perfect! This home is as the title a lovely home with all the amenities you need, very clean and comfortable. Pool is great the temperature was perfect without having to pay for any additional heating. The home is on a friendly gated community which gives that extra reassurance of safety. It is close enough to the parks if you want to visit but also very close to supermarkets & restaurants. Communication with Victoria was easy and she always responds promptly, we will definitely book again.

We stayed here for 18 days in Aug, inital booking with the owner was easy and all communication was responded to quickly. Villa was lovely, had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was a big hit especially after a long day at the parks, and the kids loved having a night time swim. Thank you for letting us stay.

This is the fourth time we have stayed in Orlando in a villa. The last time was a bit of a disaster as it was decidedly dirty and uncared for. Victoria's villa was none of these things. It was clean and tidy and we have never stayed anywhere that was so well kitted out. We have stayed at several lodges that say suitable for 6 and has exactly 6 of everything. Not a fork or spoon more. Here we had an extensive supply of cutlery and crockery meaning we could fill the dishwasher and turn it on every few days without fear of running out of things to eat with. Aircon was perfect (in July) being cool enough and not noisy (as were the ceiling fans). Publix was a short drive away for provisions and the parks were close in distance but not in time due to the major roadworks on the I4. Would happily recommend to anyone.

If you are looking for a home away from home in the sunshine state look no further than Victorias villa. I have stayed in many villas within west haven over the years and this is by far my favourite. The cleanliness was second to none, very spacious for a 4 bedroom and extremely well equipped. The communication with Victoria from initial query to completing by book was outstanding no question was a hassle for her to answer. I would definitely rent again!!

We loved our stay at Victoria’s Villa, it’s a very spacious and well appointed property. We were a family of three so to be honest it was larger than we needed but we enjoyed having the extra space. All rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. Great appliances in the kitchen all in excellent and clean condition. The location worked well for us, we spent a couple of days at Universal, took around 40 mins in traffic. Victoria was very helpful and answered all of our questions prior to arrival and Linda from the management company dealt with a couple of small issues that we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if holidaying in Florida.

We would like to thank Victoria for letting us stay in her villa, prior to departure Victoria provided clear instructions on how to get to the villa and details of how to access the gated community and door. The house was very clean and well maintained. Ideal location for access to the I-4, US27 and 192, shops and restaurants nearby. My youngest granddaughter loved the pool and was always the first in and last out. I would highly recommend this villa to friends and family.

We had a terrific time celebrating as a family a large birthday and our 30th wedding anniversary staying in Victoria’s villa. Although this was our 7th Florida visit, this was our first time at this property. We loved the quality, space and location. The photos we felt did not do the property justice and the gated access to the group of houses provided a safe haven for our 2 weeks. We felt the pool was the right size for taking time away from the parks but both Disney, Universal and the shopping were all within easy reach. Access to the I-4 was quick and easy. A fantastic holiday and for a large group we cannot recommended this property high enough. Victoria was prompt and helpful throughout the process. Only a couple of suggestions from us - instructions on how to use the oven and accessing the tv channels using numerous remote controls would help further. Many thanks again - the extended O’Neill family.

This is a superb villa in a lovely quiet gated location. We got all of the information we needed clearly detailed before we travelled and the owner is friendly and helpful. The secluded pool is fantastic and the villa is very clean and beautifully decorated to a very high standard. We would recommend a stay here!

We have been visiting Florida for the last 15 years and the last 8 years have been the same Villa so we were naturally worried about trying somewhere new. What was to worry about the Villa is stunning and is a real home from home great facilities fantastic pool and a great outdoor eating area. Booking was simple and Victoria was most helpful. We have stayed at the villa multiple times in the past. We have never had anything to complain about. If you do have a problem with something, Victoria is very attentive and responds quickly. I love the private pool and hot tub. It’s close to Disney, but out of the craziness of traffic. I look forward to future vacations at the villa.

We cannot put into words how beautiful this villa was. We searched online for months to find the perfect location and house to accommodate our family. So when we located this villa and saw the pictures and amenities......we were sold. We had a family discussion about the fit for our family, and all votes were "YES" for this beautiful villa. The securing of this villa was easy, as the owner (Victoria) was very helpful in answering all of our questions. She even checked in periodically to ensure our family was ready for our vacation. Upon arriving at the villa and entering, my family and I were even more impressed with the selection. The rooms were spacious and everything was set up to make us feel at home. The pool was the highlight for our children as they thoroughly enjoyed every day swimming. This is definitely a villa we would recommend to our family and friends.
