The modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, smoothie maker, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a good selection of indoor and outdoor cutlery and crockery. There is seating for two at the large breakfast counter and a small breakfast nook seating 4. In addition a telephone from which local calls are free (ideal for ordering take away) is also available.

Formal & casual dining areas. There is a small breakfast nook off the kitchen and a larger dining table off the living area. This is in addition to the dining table seating 8 located outside under the covered lanai.

All external doors leading to the pool has alarms for your safety. In addition, there is the option to have additional measures in place with a security fence which seals off the swimming pool so you can control access to the water.
