Luxurious family villa boasting an oversized private pool & spa which offers sunshine from early till late with no rear neighbours. The property is just 20 minutes from Disney’s attractions and located on the highly desirable Manor at West Haven gated community. It’s just minutes from the restaurants, bars, golf and amenities of Champions Gate.
The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property boasts two generous owner’s bedroom suites featuring king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms with dual vanity units & direct pool access. The third and fourth bedrooms are themed twins and share the third bathroom. Key features include A/C & Wi-Fi throughout, 7 smart TVs (full cable, Netflix/Disney etc, one outside). Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas comfortably seat eight people and a BBQ is available.
A stroller, travel cot, baby monitor and high-chair are all available free of charge. The pool area has a removable child security fence available and every rear door is fitted with a pool alarm.
Location
The Manor at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas with private pools to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with it's own gated entrance. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a large Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Manor at West Haven is the smallest of the gated communities, consisting of a single circular road called Burford Circle. As you enter the community, to the left is a tennis court, two child's play areas and communal pool which guests are welcome to use.

Stays longer than 7 nights may be eligible for a long stay discount, please contact for a quote.
A refundable deposit of $200 per week, or part of week is due. Deposits are refundable up to 20 weeks prior to arrival.
Cleaning is charged at $165 per stay 2025, $170 for stays in 2026. Mid stay cleans can be added for $150.
Pool Heat can be added at $35/night.
Early Check in or late check out can be added for $100.
Payment in Sterling or Dollars via Bank Transfer, or payment via Wise.com only.

Great Vacation Home
This was our 5th trip to Orlando and one of our favourite houses by far. Very clean and exactly as pictured. The heated spa was perfect when you are so tired at the end of a park day. Owners were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Close to everything and in between many main highways. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Villa
We stayed at the villa over New Year. The villa is in a great location.
The pool area is just perfect and really makes the villa a great place to stay. The villa it self is great for family holiday.I would recommend it and i would definitely rebook.

Lovely Villa
We spent 2 weeks including Thanksgiving at this lovely villa. It has the most amazing outdoor space with a hot spa and lovely big pool, the biggest outdoor area we have had in a villa which we love including the TV which allowed the watching of sport and the Macy’s parade while in the pool. The west facing pool gives the most spectacular sunsets. The home itself is spacious and beautifully decorated and well looked after with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The gated community is lovely and peaceful and only a 5 minute drive to Champions gate and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, we highly recommend this villa and can’t wait to return ??

Spacious rooms · Thoughtful amenities
We have just returned home after a 2 week stay here and we absolutely loved the property. Massive rooms, super comfortable beds, fabulous outdoor area where we watched the tv most nights whilst the kids were in the pool. Great games room which successfully kept my 9yo off his iPad every day.
We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this spotlessly clean Villa - I absolutely couldn’t fault it.

Spacious rooms
Just back after an 18 night stay and can not recommend A Family Disney Escape enough. Selina was so helpful from the booking process right up until the end of our stay. The villa is perfect, completely spotless, huge rooms with the most comfortable beds and everything you need to make this a home from home. The pool and games room were the icing on the cake. We had an issue in our first week with the pool (our fault) and Selina arranged to have it sorted immediately which we were so grateful for. The location of the villa is brilliant and we felt very safe in the gated area. Publix just a few minutes drive away as well as several restaurants, pharmacy, takeaway food outlets, etc. We will absolutely be recommending to family & friends looking to stay in the Davenport area. Thanks again for an amazing stay.

Great Location
Just got back from amazing albeit short 6 nights at this villa.
It was clean and welcoming on arrival. Our two kids (5 and 7) loved running around and discovering new things in the bedrooms and gasping at the size of the rooms ??
We loved the games room and the pool area was stunning. We spent most afternoons relaxing and swimming in the pool.
The villa is close to most things, with a publix 5 mins away and a Target no more than 15 mins away. Disney parks were also close by!
We can’t wait to come again!

Beautiful villa
We have just come back from this incredible villa.
Everything from the minute we booked has been easy, Selina’s communication is second to none and to say the villa is immaculate would be an understatement.
We have 2 boys, Selina let us know there were pool floats available for our enjoyment and the basket of books and puzzles in their room were fab.
Highly recommend anyone to stay here and hope to be back before too long. ??

Outdoor Space!
Just spent 3 amazing weeks in this villa , it had everything we needed and more, very safe gated community, close to plenty of restaurants and shops ,owner was great to deal with from start to finish , really large pool and games room the kids had a ball ,villa was very spacious great for larger families was a perfect home away from home we loved it ??

Amazing Stay
We had an amazing stay at this villa in June/July. Selina was so helpful and accommodating as we were a very last minute booking whilst already in Florida. The villa is immaculate and the pool area is brilliant. The little touches of a basket of books in the kids room, pool floats, and baby accessories were so lovely.
We would love to stay again, and have already recommended the villa to friends.

Absolutely stunning villa
Absolutely stunning villa and Selina is very helpful and friendly .. We stayed here for my 50th and my Sons 18th in February and it was everything we hoped for and more for such a special holiday.. It is immaculate with a real home from home feel .. We have never had a TV on the decking to watch while we were in the pool before! ..Just booked again for October and have dates booked in for next year as well .. I can’t recommend this beautiful villa enough .. Thankyou Selina with all your help and being patient while we found the right flights! x

Beautiful villa
We have recently just stayed in this beautiful villa?? ( may 2022): for the first time , it is immaculate and so many little extra details make it one of the nicest if not the nicest villa we have ever stayed in over 20 times visiting Orlando.
Everything is top quality from the bedding to the pool furniture , the pool area is beautiful private and peaceful with lots of sunshine ?? and even has an outdoor large TV ??
The villa is in a safe gated community on the US 27 with easy access to the I4 and the Irlo Bronson - making it a great location to get to everything .
It's perfect for a family and the themed Harry potter and Disney childrens bedrooms just make it extra special for their stay - also the 2 master bedrooms are fabulous with patio doors leading into the pool area - safety alarms are on all the doors leading into the pool - making it extremely safe .
Selina the owner was fantastic to deal with from booking to leaving the villa - very quick to respond to any queries - so overall we had an amazing ?????????? experience and look forward to returning xx ??

We cannot recommend this villa highly enough
we cannot recommend this villa highly enough. There was a real wow factor when we arrived that this would be our home for 2 weeks. It was even better than the pictures suggest.
we were a famlly of 5 with 3 kids 9-15 and we all enjoyed the comfort and facilities the villa provides. The pool area in particular was amazing with many happy hours spent in the pool / hot tub and even watching outdoor movies on the big tv.
The games room was also a big hit with high quality pool/ air hockey and foosball tables meaning noone was ever bored. Tvs in each room meant no arguments about what to watch and the wifi coped well with the streaming demands.
The villa was well stocked with towells and had everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were all very well presented and the lounge/ kitchen area was very spacious and nicely decorated.
The location is excellent close to champions gate and very easy to get onto the I4 and only 2 or 3 exits until disney signs. We also felt the gated aspect of the development gave that extra bit of security.
Selina was very helpful and professional throughout from initial enquiry, helping with details for our Esta , arrival and even gave us some restaurant recommendations.
We really wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when we return to orlando.

Great Games room & Pool Area
We’re just back from an amazing four weeks in this fabulous villa. From the well equipped games room, to the great pool area and from the perfect location to the quality fixtures and fittings it was just perfect.
This is one of, if not the very, best villas we’ve stayed in. And we’ll definitely be back.

Sad to leave
Sadly just returned from our stay in this beautiful villa! From the moment of booking right through to leaving the villa Selina was very helpful and friendly. The villa it’s self is amazing!! Perfect location close to US 27 and I4, 20mins drive to Disney in normal traffic conditions! Lovely little touches around the villa and beautiful inside and out! Very clean and well looked after! There was just myself and fiancé but would comfortably fit 2 families. Both main bedrooms open up onto the pool area along with access from the pool bathroom and large sliding doors from the indoor living area to the outdoor living area. Very peaceful location. Would definitely recommend and will be top of my list for our next trip! Thank you again Selina for all your help! ??
