The Sanctuary at West Haven - Luxury 4 Bed 3.5 Bath Orlando Villa

We have stayed at the Sanctuary approx 5 times now but the last time prior to our visit last week was 12 years ago. The house was just as immaculate as it was then. Chris the owner is great and he moved his own trip to accommodate us this year. I have recommended lots of friends and our neighbours are staying in the house for the 2nd time next year. The reason it is 12 years since our last stay is the house is very popular and I always left it too late to book. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

From initial contact with Chris, the property owner, I knew there would be no issues. Chris both prompt and transparent, providing all the necessary information to make our decision to book a no brainer. Shortly before we left, Chris sent on directions to the villa and entry instructions, which were all clear and concise. We were not disappointed in the slightest when we entered the property. Spotless and well maintained, plenty of clean towels and extra bedding as well as loads of pool towels, meaning more room in your cases for bringing back shopping bargains at the outlets! The villa is well equipped to make this a home from home. Plently of crockery, knives and forks etc with lots of plastic plates and cups for using pool side. The pool was great and we made good use of it, enjoying the beautiful changing night lights in the evening. Also some wildlife to be seen pool side with the family of sandhill cranes mooching about most days and spotted some rabbits too. The pool is very well maintained also as we seen the pool guy come in twice during our stay. Beds were all good quality mattresses and super comfortable; no complaints here from anyone. TVs were in all bedrooms, however, we didn’t really get to watch too much TV, preferring to be in the pool when we could. The villa is also equipped with a safe to store all your valuables, giving peace of mind when you are out and about. Disney parks / Disney springs are close to the villa. The freeway in the morning always was chocca but always moving, don’t think we ever took over 25 mins to get to any of the parks. Universal parks are bit further away so definitely plan extra time if going there. Champions Gate is a great area with a smaller Publix (another newer, larger one is also near the villa but further on up the road) and has plenty of restaurants and take away places for grabbing a bite to eat when coming home in the evening. Mannys Originally Chophouse is about 30 mins from the villa in Haines City and is a favourite of ours with amazing steaks, and also amazing value. Absolutely recommend making the trip there if you can. A welcome book is present in the property, giving all valuable and important information. This also provides information on shops in the area as the local Publix can be a bit on the pricier side. We did manage to visit the local Walmart for groceries and also the local Target at Posner Park, a shopping park with lots of good restaurants as well as a huge Dicks Sporting Goods and Pet Smart with fab selection of dog toys and dog products etc for the furry baby you left at home. Posner Park also has a Crumbls cookie place! This was a must do for our daughter so we got some on last day as well as take out pizza from CiCis pizza place. Pizza was ok, cheap and cheerful but good value. Shout out too for the top class customer service from the property management company. We had a small issue with the kettle at the property which we noticed on arrival. Reported to Debbie when office opened next day and the kettle was replaced that day! So all in all, we had a brilliant stay at the Sanctuary. So good to arrive somewhere and be instantly at home and be able to relax, with no complaints. Thanks Chris for everything, we would not hesitate to book your lovely villa again.

From the moment I had first contact with Chris, I knew I had found the perfect villa. Sadly I had been messed around horrendously by a previous company and was recommended VR360 homes via a friend. This house is stunning. It’s impeccably clean and tidy. Very spacious. Extremely easy to access in a gated community. Closest to Disney rather than Universal but it’s not that much further. Lovely sized family pool with a new for water volleyball. South facing so lots of sun…! Huge amount of bedding, towels, pool towels and lots and lots of cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, knives. plastic cups etc. There is nothing you will need to buy. Lots around the Villa for shopping, chemist, medical assistance, fuel etc. I honestly, cannot fault this house or the owner Chris / management company. All instructions for wifi, TV’s, bins days, etc is left in the house. Before travel, Chris emails everything to you. A map from the airport to the house, lots of information on the house and surrounding area etc. Everything is covered. Thank you for our dream holiday.

We stayed in this villa as a group of 4. The villa was extremely clean and well maintained. It is spacious & well equipped both inside and out. The heated pool was brilliant and got a lot of use by us all. The villa is located in a gated community which is also well maintained. The area is super quite and peaceful. We dealt directly with the owner Chris and he was extremally helpful and answered all the questions we had regarding the villa promptly. Although we dealt directly with Chris we would like to say a huge thanks to both Chris and the management company for the fantastic villa we was supplied with. We often visit Florida and this villa will no be our go too as it is truly the best we have stayed in. Thanks again until the next time!!

We had a wonderful stay in Chris’s villa. It’s exceptionally clean & well equipped both inside and out. The pool and lanai area is truly peaceful. This gated community is beautifully kept & close to Disney, Universal & Sea World, with plenty restaurants & supermarkets close by too. Being a regular visitor to Orlando, this will be our ‘go to’ villa from now on, a true ‘Home from Home’. Chris is a hands on owner, who is great to deal with. Don’t look at any more villas, this one will be perfect for you ??

This villa, in a quiet gated community, was everything we had hoped for. The owner, Chris, made the booking arrangements very easy. The villa itself was beautifully furnished. The kitchen extremely well equipped. Downstairs had a dining table off the kitchen, plus a more formal dining area. Outside, at the pool, there is a lanai and plenty of seating. The outlook of greenery, gives a nice, peaceful, almost private, poolside surrounding. I would definitely recommend this villa to any potential holiday makers.

Returned today after a fantastic 8 days at this villa. It has everything you need for a self catering holiday. It is within close distance to all the parks. Chris the owner couldn’t have been any more helpful. The villa was very clean. We went there with our 2 grandchildren and they absolutely loved the swimming pool, after a long day at the parks. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in June 2019 and the whole process from point of booking through to arrival was very smooth and Chris sent swift replies to any queries we had. The villa was immaculate and had everything you would need for your stay. The Champions Gate area has developed into a really pleasant area with lots of new restaurants and shops. Would recommend this villa for either a relax by the pool or full on park holiday.

We have been staying in this villa since 2006 and have booked for 2019 which will be our 6th visit. The villa is situated in a quiet gated community a short distance (by car) from a number of useful shops (Publix supermarket, McDonald’s, English fish and chip shop and Walgreens pharmacy to name a few). The villa is in a perfect location to get you to all the main attractions, and no more than 15 minutes to all the Disney parks. As soon as you walk through the door the villa has the ‘wow’ factor, it is spacious and immaculately presented and has a home from home feel to it. The swimming pool is amazing and a welcome relief after a day at the parks or if you are just relaxing around it for the day with an amazing view to the rear. The owners are extremely helpful and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble and that’s why we keep coming back.
