Location
Shire at West Haven Vacation Rentals and Villas near Disney World, Orlando. The Shire offers luxury West Haven executive homes to rent, direct from the owners. Located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida and less than 15 minutes from Disney World. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities. As you enter West Haven, you drive down beautifully manicured driveways, maintained throughout the year with new shrubs for each season. NO SERVICE FEES
West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Shires is just one of the subdivisions on the estate, built around a small central conservation area.

The nearest course is Champions Gate which currently offers two Greg Norman designed layouts called the National and International with a third course called the Country Club at Champions Gate now open.
Next would be Highlands Reserve which is less than 5 minutes away and has only one water hazard so a great place to start before heading to one of the tougher Greg Norman courses.
Other golf courses within 15 minutes are Southern Dunes and Mystic Dunes all of which are great layouts and a challenge for golfers of every skill level.

Driving Distances from the Shire at West Haven to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

While staying on the Shire at West Haven you will probably be looking for nearby restaurants. The closest place (less than 5 minutes) would be Champions Gate Village which has a number shops, gas stations and restaurants. We have put together a list of Champions Gate Restaurants so you know what's available.

Rental rates additional information
The weekly rate quoted above is based on a low season stay in 2026 and includes local taxes. Please contact us through the site for a personalised quote based on the dates you require; rates are not guaranteed until a deposit is paid. Optional pool heating can be added if required.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.
Minimum stay 7 nights (unless otherwise stated). A cleaning fee of £150 applies to all bookings.
A £250 deposit per week or part week (non-refundable) is required to hold your dates. Balance due - 12 weeks prior to departure unless travelling within 12 weeks in which case the balance is immediately payable.
BBQ grills are not supplied at the home but can be hired upon request. If you are considering renting one, please be aware that you may only BBQ outside the screened in pool area as per legal regulations of the State.
Security Bond - £300 refundable security bond to be paid with final payment 12 weeks prior to departure. The Bond will be refunded after you vacate the villa and following an inspection of the villa by our Management Company. For bookings within 12 weeks of departure, the full amount together with the Security Bond is payable at time of booking.

Absolutely stunning villa
Just got home from a 2 week stay at Bella Vista. It was perfect, just what we needed/wanted. Villa was clean, comfortable with added luxury. The owners were very helpful all the way through the booking and stay process which is an added bonus. I would and will definitely stay here again!

Having just returned from our 2 week stay at Bella Vista we write to thank you for renting us your beautiful home in Davenport.
The house was ideal in accommodating our extended family of 9. We appreciated your excellent communication from early enquiries, answering our numerous questions, all the way through to communicating the HOA gate code changes. Whilst this was beyond your control, you kept us in the loop along with Dee from your management company which really helped and made the issue insignificant.
Your home is very well appointed with all that you need away from home. We enjoyed having the opportunity to build memories with our children and grandchildren and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bella Vista to anyone looking for a villa to rent in the Davenport area.
Your attention to detail is evident in your web page, photographs, comprehensive manual regarding the home, the area and local facilities and tips regarding the area.

Fantastic Villa
We’ve been renting vacation homes for years, and this one really stood out. It's in the lovely, gated, West Haven community of Champion's Gate. It was perfect for our family. The house is beautiful, spacious, and incredibly well-stocked. It’s thoughtfully laid out, giving plenty of room and privacy for everyone—kids, grandkids, and grandparents alike. The large, community open space in the backyard was perfect for our grandkids to play safely away from ponds/water when they weren’t splashing in the pool. On a rainy day, the upstairs den with the Xbox was deeply appreciated.
We particularly loved the completely sealed main floor games room - no worries about little ones opening a garage door. The kitchen was fantastic, with everything we needed, and the large table there fit all of us comfortably, when we did not want to use the formal dining table or to eat outside.
This villa truly made our trip. It's wonderful, and we highly recommend it. Thank you Phillip and Nicola for making the entire rental process easy, friendly and stress free.

The Spencers are Back!
Once again, we had a wonderful time in your house. This trip looked a little different as we just came to relax and not visit any parks. The house is still very clean and the kitchen is still the best equipped kitchen of any vacation rental we have stayed. We used Amazon Fresh this year to have groceries delivered for free which was wonderful (we don't have this option in Indiana because we live in the country). We really did have a great time

Great Family Home
We had a great family vacation. The house was exactly what the listing described. Everyone in the family was able to relax and enjoy the trip. We had a wide age range in our group (3yrs to 65yrs), this house had something for everyone, and the location was also perfectly cantered to the various places everyone wanted to visit.

Phenomenal vacation
We had a phenomenal vacation! The house was clean and inviting - everything we needed right there on site from hand soap to trash bags. We were elated to see the baby items included - a few less things we needed to pack! The pool was fantastic - highly recommend the upgrade to heat! Even though the days were warm, I imagine without the heat, the water would have been chilly. Phenomenal communication with the owners both before and during our stay. Management company was paged once for a question related to the thermostat and they responded quickly and efficiently. We have already made arrangements for a return trip!

Made to feel like family
My family and I couldn't have been more delighted with our week-long stay at the Bella Vista. Phill made us feel like his home was ours -- and he treated us like family. His communications were steady, on-target and cordial. The home had everything we needed (we especially loved the hot tub and comfy furniture, inside and outside) and was immaculate -- with lots of room for our family to spread out and have their privacy. From a location perspective, it was ideal for trips to Disney (the 3 main parks are 20 minutes away), close to the airport (about 30 minutes), and nearby to many good restaurants and golf courses. We can't wait to come stay again!

Wow
Before we even got to the house, I was already beyond pleased with my experience booking Bella Vista bc of what a great guy Phill is. So easy to deal with and accommodating. When we got to the house we were floored! Even nicer than the pictures. We had an awesome time and I was the hero of the week for getting such a "find". It’s close to all, in a fantastic neighborhood and just a 10 out of 10. Thanks again Phill you’ll be hearing from us again soon! I’m going to share the link you sent with the guys from my firehouse. The house was amazing and we had a great time, everybody loved it! We are definitely going to book it again.
