This recently refurbished 2-storey, 5 Bedroom home is located on The Shire at Westhaven. Westhaven is a peaceful, secure gated community, accessed via an attractive landscaped boulevard.
The home features a well-equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a games room, TVs, FREE Wi-Fi and a stunning, private, south facing pool & spa, overlooking lawns. It sleeps a maximum of 10 guests.
Of the 5 bedrooms, the queen bedroom is located on the lower floor with its own private bathroom, there are a further 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, 2 kings and 2 twin bedrooms. The Master King has a fabulous en-suite with a bath and walk in shower. The remaining bedrooms share the family bathroom.
There is a community club house offering a range of recreational activities, including an unheated outdoor pool, gymnasium, volleyball & tennis courts, with free access to all guests.
The home is approximately a 40-minute drive from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes for Disney.

The pool & spa are South facing and very private, overlooking lovely green lawns. It has outdoor dining and seating under a lanai with sunloungers round the mesh covered pool and spa area.

Parking for 2 cars on the driveway at the front and a private south facing pool and spa to the rear with lawned views.
Garage
The Garage has been turned into a games room. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

The nearest course is Champions Gate which currently offers two Greg Norman designed layouts called the National and International with a third course called the Country Club at Champions Gate now open.
Next would be Highlands Reserve which is less than 5 minutes away and has only one water hazard so a great place to start before heading to one of the tougher Greg Norman courses.
Other golf courses within 15 minutes are Southern Dunes and Mystic Dunes all of which are great layouts and a challenge for golfers of every skill level.

Driving Distances from the Shire at West Haven to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

While staying on the Shire at West Haven you will probably be looking for nearby restaurants. The closest place (less than 5 minutes) would be Champions Gate Village which has a number shops, gas stations and restaurants. Optional pool heating available at £25 per day. End of Stay Clean £175.00. We charge a Refundable Breakage Deposit of £250, which is returned within 14 days of your departure. We take a 20% deposit to hold your dates, if you are travelling within the next 8 weeks then the full amount is payable.

Loved it hidden gem
Just back from staying in this property for 3 weeks with my wife 3 kids and my mum. Can I just quick note to start, was great dealing with Jon really appreciate quick replies and very clear instructions. It can sometimes become frustrating looking at villas and waiting on replies but everything from start to finish was so smooth and a pleasure.
Lovely area very quick to get on the I4 and not far from anything at all. Family had a great time in this very spacious home and it had everything we could want and more. My family had an amazing time and we all had more than enough space to relax and have family time away from the parks etc totally perfect.
Wife and kids especially loved the 2 local cranes that would come say hello at the same time every morning and named them Bert & Ernie lol...
Honestly stayed in a good few vacation villas now and this was the one we would definitely recommend and would love to re book without hesitation everytime now, total pleasure my only wish is we could do it more often or permanent. My only concern is if we couldnt re book next time cause someone else gets in 1st hidden gem ....
