Thousand Oaks Courtyard Villa 4 Bed 3 ½ Bath | Sleeps 9

Had a fantastic stay in a villa with an enclosed pool and courtyard. Plenty of wildlife viewed from the patio. Villa on a quiet estate a few minutes drive from supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacy. Easy access to the parks, malls, celebration, 192 and Air-boat rides without the need to drive along the I 4!!- Uber readily accessible which we used to go to EPCOT and Dine out for less than $20 each way - turned out to be a great location. Villa nicely equipped and very clean. Have stayed in Florida at least once a year for the last 20 years would definitely choose this property again.

We have stayed twice in this villa and it has everything you need for a great holiday. We love the quiet location and privacy of the pool and outside space. The area feels tranquil and safe and you are close to a great Publix supermarket. Carole is a very helpful property owner and the local property management company are very helpful too. We would not hesitate to recommend in and hope to stay there again in the future.

We recently spent two weeks in this beautiful villa. *it’s spacious *has everything you need in it *plenty of games and pool toys for kids *the area itself is really quiet *the pool area is large and the hot tub was wonderful. Everything was exactly as promised.

Following a long period of travel restrictions due to Covid it was nice for the family to get together in this well positioned and well appointed Florida pool home to enjoy some long overdue rest & relaxation. The sunshine state did not disappoint nor did good old Walt & Co. If you're planning to visit the theme parks and other attractions that the Orlando area has to offer than we can recommend this property.

Beautiful villa close to everything ! Plenty of space for at least 2 families . Simple easy directions to find . Publix , CVS and Aldi are 5 mins drive . I4 link also 5 mins . Disney parks 10mins and Universal 20mins when traffic is clear. Short cut down Lake Wilson Road takes you to the 192 area in 10mins . Championsgate with many bars and restaurants also only about 5 mins away . The villa itself is in a quiet residential area . Backing onto Greenland . Very private . TVs in each room with Netflix etc . Kitchen fully equipped . Lounge has 3 large sofas to suit larger family’s. Can’t fault it .

Four of us stayed here in March 2020 and we all had a wonderful time. Detail of the villa received from Carole including address, directions, management company etc., were easy to follow and we found the home without any issues at all. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and when sitting around the pool you really do not know anyone else is around. Lovely. House and pool area were found to be very clean on arrival. There are plenty of plates, dishes and utensils etc. Everything we needed to cook at home was there. The whole house is very spacious especially the lounge area and master bedroom. Television has Netflix etc. so you can watch films if you decide to stay in during the evening. There is also a dvd player with a selection of films for all ages. We had the spa heated and this was really hot and relaxing. Was well worth the small additional cost. Would highly recommend. Carole contacted us while we were there to ensure everything was ok. A nice touch. Would we stay here again - certainly.

Lovely home that was a part of a blessed vacation getaway. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, but with easy access to all the major theme parks in the Orlando area. We found everything we needed in the home to make our stay great. Both the kids and adults loved the spa and pool. We would definitely consider rebooking in the future.

We have stayed here twice (September and December) and we love this place! The amenities make it easy to travel and to be "at home". It's great for making quick trips to Disney, Universal, and the beaches nearby. The kids love having their own room to sleep in. The toys, games, and movies are also a huge perk for them as well as us. The spa and pool are a great way to unwind after being on your feet all day at the amusement parks. Carole has a beautiful home to offer and we will keep coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! Carole was a gem to work with and we had SO MUCH space! We were a family of 7 and we had room for several more if needed. The kitchen is huge, adjacent to a large living area that has ample space and furniture. The master was very large and the separate 1 bed/bath combo room on side of house worked great for our daughter and son-in-law and our 15 month old grandson (packnplay was provided!) because we didn't have to worry about noise from the rest of us in main house waking him. All of us decided it was best place we had stayed and will stay again and highly recommend to others. You won't be disappointed! Easy drive to all Disney parks and a Publix grocery 1 mile away. If staying at time of year with moderate temperatures, there are two porches to enjoy. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily as we returned from long days at the park. It's just an all around great place to stay!

Carole, thank you again for allowing us to rent your "Florida house" as my daughter called it. It was absolutely lovely, the kitchen was so clean and spacious (my daughter loved to dance in there!), and we all were so comfortable. We especially loved loved the cathedral ceilings! The pool temperature was perfect and the hot tub was a godsend after a hectic day at Disney parks. The only suggestion I might make is to place handrails for the pool and especially the hot tub because it was difficult for our elderly parents to get in and out without assistance. We look forward to visiting our "Florida house" again real soon!
