Around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over an hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports Tuscan Ridge is great place to stay for dream Florida villa holiday. These luxury vacation rentals are located in a secluded community and are surrounded by pine woods making it a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
When you have finished relaxing at your Tuscan Ridge vacation rental villa and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World theme parks as well as SeaWorld, Universal Studios less than 20 minutes away. In the summer months why not visit the some of Orlando's water parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the newly opened Legoland Florida water park in Winter Haven.
Tuscan Ridge is also close to loads of golf courses like Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes within about 5 minutes. Other nearby golf clubs include Champions Gate which has two Greg Norman designed coures (National and International), Mystic Dunes, Celebration Golf Club and Orange County National which is the home of the PGA Tour School Qualifying and again has two great courses (Crooked Cat and Panther Lakes).
Tuscan Ridge is just over an hour from both the Atlantic and Gulf Coast so you have access to world class beaches right on your doorstep. Whether it's relaxing in the calm warm water of Clearwater Beach or the surf of Cocoa Beach nothing is very far away.
Located on Highway 27 all our Tuscan Ridge vacation rentals and villas are within 5-10 minutes of a number of restaurants, nearby Champions Gate has Chili's Bar & Grill which serves 2 for 1 drinks all day every day, there is also a family run italian / pizza parlor and the usual burger bars, Subway sandwiches. The closest restaurant to Tuscan Ridge (1 minute drive) is Beef O Brady's which is a family / sports pub and serves wings, fajitas, steaks and much more.

Excellent
This is my second stay at this villa,which says it all.You will not be disappointed,it’s well looked after and the rooms all very nicely decorated and furnished,it’s ideally situated for all the Parks and located on a very peaceful estate.
If you have any queries then Terri,the owner is very prompt in replying and nothing seems to be a problem for her.
This villa has it all and the rental cost is well worth for what you get in this delightful villa,would highly recommend.

Disney villa
We have visited Orlando several times and stayed at different villas within the Davenport area. This villa by far was our favourite and excelled the others. It is well located,well equipped and immaculate. A lot of thought has been put into the furnishing and facilities.
Thanks for a great holiday. Hope to be back again soon.

2nd visit!
Holiday number 2 in this villa. To me that says everything. You wouldn’t return somewhere if it wasn’t excellent! Yet again, thank you Terri for all your help with booking the villa and the excellent service you provide. We invited friends to holiday with us this year and the directions to the villa and the info pack were very helpful to them. The villa again was spotless when we arrived and we immediately felt at home. Anything big or small – if you need it on holiday, it’s probably there. We enjoyed the master suite this year – I think it’s bigger than my house!! Even though the children were 2 years older they still loved the Mickey & Minnie room. The men loved the new television and surround sound, the children the pool and the ladies....everything! On the occasions we had to contact the Management Company they were also excellent. We reported an issue, they fixed it as soon as they could – you couldn’t ask for more. We had another absolutely brilliant holiday in a lovely Villa set in pretty surroundings. We are already thinking about our next booking. Once again, thank you for letting us use your home Terri and for your friendly, efficient and helpful manner.

DisneyVilla - Fantastic
We wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help with booking your villa and the excellent service you provide. The directions to the villa and the info pack were very helpful.
The villa exceeded all our expectations and we have already recommended it our friends that travel most years to Florida. The place was spotless when we arrived and we were immediately surprised at the size. It was bigger than we expected. The photo’s don’t do it full justice! The kitchen was more than adequate and has all the gadgets etc that you could wish for. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable; the children absolutely loved the Mickey & Minnie room. The night lights are a great touch & made them feel at ease being away from home.
The air conditioning was fantastic as my parents Law cannot always take the heat. They could sit in comfort and watch the kids (& the big kids) enjoying the pool. Talking of the pool, it was marvellous. Much bigger again than the pictures showed and to have it heated was well worth it – the only problem was getting the kids out!
We did most things we intended and planned – Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens, Aqautica, Shopping. Fantastic but tiring! After a tiring day and with the lovely heat of the day, we were all keen to get back to the Villa and have a dip in the pool to cool off.
One of the near by restaurants we are missing is The Olive Garden. We can also recommend the take-away from Diromio’s – Fantastic service.
We had an absolutely brilliant holiday in a lovely Villa set in pretty surroundings. We are already thinking about booking our next holiday to Florida May/June 2014 too and would definitely return to your villa again as location and amenities were fantastic.

A pervect and clean Villa
For two weeks, we (three adults) enjoyed the perfect Disney Villa in Devonport. The owner "Terri" is very friendly and helpful in all matters. We got more detailed information and useful tips. Eeverything was just as he had described. The villa and the surrounding area was very clean and well maintained. The ambiance and the decor was very nice. The pool was heated perfectly and really as great as in the photos. We enjoyed the sunset every evening at the pool. The instructions written in-house document were very easy and fun. Family Vacation
An excellent holiday and a wonderful villa. Tuscan ridge is the best location we have stayed at in Orlando area. Villa had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. We had two adults, two teenage children, and two young children, and all enjoyed the villa. Shame we did not spend more time there...but the draw of Disney. Julieanne and Mike

Disney Revisited - Nicholson Family, Scotland
This is an excellent holiday home located in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the I-4 and all that Orlando has to offer.
The spacious accommodation is of a high standard and fully equipped with everything required for any level of self catering.
Although we were a family of 6 adults, the villa afforded each of us sufficient space and privacy when required.
The pool area, with its good sized pool, is a real bonus for relaxation or cooling off at any time of day - a memorable moment for us was at 7 a.m. on our first morning when we were surrounded by colourful hot air balloons in a clear blue sky.
The villa exceeded all our expectations and our recommendation is unreservedly given.
Terri must be commended for her friendly efficiency in all matters relating to our booking and stay.
