Tuscan Ridge, the location of our executive home, is a beautiful and tranquil vacation villa community here in the Disney area. The location is perfect for quick and easy access to all of the major attractions in Orlando! 15 mintues to Disney! Our stunning 5 bedroom villa is very spacious at approx. 3000 sq ft and all on one level (no stairs). It provides the ultimate in comfort, privacy and luxury upon your return from a busy day out or to just enjoy a lazy day relaxing around the crystal clear pool and spa. Around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over an hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports Tuscan Ridge is great place to stay for dream Florida villa holiday. These luxury vacation rentals are located in a secluded community and are surrounded by pine woods making it a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
When you have finished relaxing at your Tuscan Ridge vacation rental villa and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World theme parks as well as SeaWorld, Universal Studios less than 20 minutes away. In the summer months why not visit the some of Orlando's water parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the newly opened Legoland Florida water park in Winter Haven.
Tuscan Ridge is also close to loads of golf courses like Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes within about 5 minutes. Other nearby golf clubs include Champions Gate which has two Greg Norman designed coures (National and International), Mystic Dunes, Celebration Golf Club and Orange County National which is the home of the PGA Tour School Qualifying and again has two great courses (Crooked Cat and Panther Lakes).
Tuscan Ridge is just over an hour from both the Atlantic and Gulf Coast so you have access to world class beaches right on your doorstep. Whether it's relaxing in the calm warm water of Clearwater Beach or the surf of Cocoa Beach nothing is very far away.
Located on Highway 27 all our Tuscan Ridge vacation rentals and villas are within 5-10 minutes of a number of restaurants, nearby Champions Gate has Chili's Bar & Grill which serves 2 for 1 drinks all day every day, there is also a family run italian / pizza parlor and the usual burger bars, Subway sandwiches. The closest restaurant to Tuscan Ridge (1 minute drive) is Beef O Brady's which is a family / sports pub and serves wings, fajitas, steaks and much more.

Amazing property, amazing value !
We recently stayed at this home for just over a week and would stay there again and again, it was amazing! The home has everything you need, kitchen gadgets, dinnerware, etc. The home was clean, felt safe, easy to find, close to many of the places we went to, in a beautiful location and just over all amazing. Such a great value ! Will stay here again for sure !

Amazing location for Disney and Universal
Tuscan Ridge was everything we expected and more. We loved the location and privacy of the pool and hot tub. Thank you Ana for thinking of everything we would need to make our stay comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was easy to get to all attractions we wanted to see. We even had time to go to Gatorland, which was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook out own meals and the bbq was clean and ready to use. The neighborhood is very safe and away from all the hustle and bustle of Disney. There is a Walmart and Publix grocery store nearby. Overall, and exceptional value for all the amenities we had. We will definitely return again!!

Another perfect stay!
This is our 3rd stay at this villa and we are never left disappointed. The villa was clean with all amenities that a family could ever need. It was lovely to see the added touches of small packs of toiletries in the bathrooms.
We noticed that the swimming pool and spa had been upgraded with new tiling which was lovely.
Ana (villa owner) was great at keeping us up-to-date with the booking, and gave us our information pack well in advance to ensure a smooth holiday.
We will 100% be booking again

Stunning Villa
We stayed with a family of 3 and 2 friends. Everything was very clean, we had lots of space.
The villa was equipped with a peg and play baby bed and a baby high chair. Exactly what we needed.
The garage is equipped with a pool and air hockey table. All functional! Also a PlayStation and games were available.
The pool was heated and kept clean by a third party. Overall a great experience!

Relaxing for parents
My family and I booked this place already for the second time and we will do it again.
The villa was clean and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen equipment, towels and even equipment for babies like a high chair and bassinet. Entertainment in the gaming room was perfect for a rainy day. The (heated) pool is amazing too and the pool alarm inside the house prevents unattended pool access by a toddler. The pictures cannot give any justice. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and you can easily go out for short walk. There is even a tennis court close by (that we have not used).
Access to grocery stores is easy and the drive to parks like Disney is short.

The one and only villa that really feels like home
We have been to Florida +10 times the last years, location Tuscan Ridge has been always our favorite spot to stay during our holidays.
The previous villa was very good .. but this one is our new favorite for sure. The communication with Ana was very good. The fact that the pool is constantly heated during the day is another BIG plus!
This was the first villa where my wife was able to enter the pool all the time without have any troubles with the temperature which made me smile all day long.
Thank you Ana, keep up the good work and keep that pool temperature as it is, we will be back as soon as possible, hopefully at least twice in 2024 ;-)

Home Away from Home
I can’t describe the pristine condition of this beautiful house. There is nothing it does not have! This was my third stay at Tuscan Ridge and each time it gets harder to leave. I love the private neighbourhood. The location is fabulous and close to everything. The pool is gorgeous. I will never stay anywhere else in Florida.

Amazing villa, luxury with every home comfort
We rent every year in Orlando & all agreed that this was the most comfortable & luxurious villa we had ever stayed in.
It ticked so many boxes for our 2 family’s. 2 separate sleeping areas for each family. All on one level. Amazing, very private pool & spa area. Huge, very well stocked kitchen. My teen loved the games room.
A few minor issues were resolved very quickly. Ana was very attentive to any questions & kindly allowed us to extend our stay due to a late flight home.
We are already planning our return.
