Villa Dillon Way is situated in the quiet residential community of Westridge, Davenport. Located just off highway 27, between highway 192 and the I4 interstate, Disney World is just 20 - 30 minutes away by car.
The spacious villa is fully air conditioned and offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and large open-plan lounge/dining area. Outside you can cool off in the fully screened private swimming pool, or just relax in the shade of the covered poolside area (lanai). Within a few minutes’ drive you will find a Publix supermarket, petrol station, bank and several restaurants, so it's perfect whether you decide to eat in or treat yourselves to a meal out!
For golfers, there are several excellent courses, such as Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve, within easy reach.
Location
Westridge Orlando villas to rent, located just off HWY27 in Davenport Florida. The desirable community of Westridge is centrally located being just 15 minutes from the gates of Disney World Orlando and the all the big attractions.
The nearest supermarkets Wal Mart and Publix are a 5 minute drive away. Westridge's complimentary guest facilities cater for all active pursuits, featuring courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball, a children's play area and a communal pool and cabana. The homes are well spaced in a landscape of pretty rolling hills. If golf is your passion, there are a multitude of golf courses locally, the closest being Highlands Reserve conveniently placed next door. WIth easy access to both the infamous HWY 192 - crowded with its shopping, restaurants and smaller attractions; and the I-4 for trips further afield to see all that Florida has to offer, Westridge provides a fabulous haven for your dream Orlando holiday.

Rental rates additional information
Please contact us for a booking form.
A one-off £50 cleaning surcharge is payable per booking.
A deposit of £125 per week is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £250 is required with the balance and will be returned in full after your stay on receipt of a satisfactory report from our Management Company.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. A discount is applicable for stays over three weeks or very last minute bookings, please contact us for details.
Changeover day is flexible. The villa is available after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Stunning Villa and Excellent Stay
We have just returned back from 10 nights at this villa. It is absolutely stunning, has everything you could need and is pristine in its appearance / cleanliness.
The Villa is decorated and kitted out to a high level and extremely comfortable. It is pleasing on the eye and situated on a quiet cul de sac with lots of Florida residents.
Villa was about 20 mins from Disney Parks and 30 from Seaworld / Universal.
Pool is a good size and depth, and a spacious lounge with a huge tv and all streaming channels etc.
I would not hesitate to recommend or return to this villa.

Fantastic 3 bedroom Villa
This lovely 3 bedroom villa was perfect for our family holiday, it’s been very well maintained and obviously very well looked after by the owners. Great communication from the owner from start to finish. Lovely location, very quiet and well maintained. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great value very well presented 3 bedroom villa in this location you will not be disappointed.

Our 2nd stay at this villa
This is our 2nd stay at this villa and again it didn't disappoint. With clear signs of maintenance showing the owners invest in this property, very easy to book and fantastic communication with the owner. With teenage boys the pool was put to good use and the villa is comfortable for down times and entertaining. The villa has everything and a little more than a family needs, we will definitely consider rebooking when we return to orlando.

Amazing villa for a great price
Outstanding villa for the time we were out in Florida. Very well cleaned with up to date modern furniture. Very happy that a sat nav came provided with the villa and other items as well. I’ve been to four different villas in Florida and this one has been the best one I have stayed in, definitely will be looking to come back to this villa
