Overview
A luxurious villa, well equipped and furnished throughout. The three bedrooms include 2 double and 1 twin bedded room, 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite. Spacious living space with rooms and furniture designed for comfort and style as well as the more casual breakfast bar and patio poolside dining facilities.

Free USA Telephone Calls to landlines are included in the price.
Our TV pacakge enables free viewing of Premier League and International Football matches.
Living
A large open plan living room which overlooks the pool area. A wall-mounted plasma TV and DVD player are located in the room.
A smaller family room is also equipped with a TV and Video player. A selection of books and Video's are available to all our guests.
Kitchen
A modern open plan kitchen with all the mod-cons and fully equipped for your every need. A dishwasher, fridge/freezer with Ice maker, cooker, microwave are all built in applicances within our spacious kitchen.
Dining
Formal dining room and also an informal breakfast dining area.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom with King Size bed has en-suite bathroom and a walk-In wardrobe. The room also has a TV.
Double Bedroom has a Queen Size bed and has built in wardrobes. This room is also equipped with a TV.
Twin bedroom has two single beds and has built in wardrobes. This room is also equipped with a TV.
A Cot can be accomodated in any of our three bedrooms.
Bathrooms
Two large bathrooms, one which is en-suite to Master Bedroom. Both bathrooms have shower and bath facilites and are fully equipped with hairdryer's and shaving points.
One bathroom has direct access onto the pool deck area through a rear door.
Games Room
We do not have a games room
Pool
The screened and electric-heated pool faces West, and is in the sun from 10am onwards (poolsize is 15' x 30').
Outside
A BBQ is available for use by all our guests and is located outside the pool screen in the rear garden area.
Also available to all guests are community facilities on site include swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball, picnic area and children's play area.
Restaurants, Shops and Supermarkets are all available nearby. About 15 minutes drive from WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort.

Location
Westridge Orlando villas to rent, located just off HWY27 in Davenport Florida. The desirable community of Westridge is centrally located being just 15 minutes from the gates of Disney World Orlando and the all the big attractions.
The nearest supermarkets Wal Mart and Publix are a 5 minute drive away. Westridge's complimentary guest facilities cater for all active pursuits, featuring courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball, a children's play area and a communal pool and cabana. The homes are well spaced in a landscape of pretty rolling hills. If golf is your passion, there are a multitude of golf courses locally, the closest being Highlands Reserve conveniently placed next door. WIth easy access to both the infamous HWY 192 - crowded with its shopping, restaurants and smaller attractions; and the I-4 for trips further afield to see all that Florida has to offer, Westridge provides a fabulous haven for your dream Orlando holiday.

Great villa
Lovey clean and spacious villa with everything you need great location not just for the parks but to explore other areas of Florida

family vacation
very pleased with our stay, villa was in a lovely quiet area which was nice when coming back from busy days at the theme parks, it was very well equipped plenty of towels etc, would recommend it highly, very good value for money, Ben the owner was very helpful especially when we had a issue with hurricane/tropical storm he said we could stay an extra night if needed (thankfully we managed to sort our flights) but we appreciated the offer
